I recently reported my old account under Dianne Belk's name. Due to a hacker, I created a new active Facebook account under Dianne T Belk. After receiving multiple emails from Facebook, I provided my identification, but then they claimed I might be under 13. I am actually 74 years old. I sent proof of my age, but haven't heard back. I suspect the hacker may have intercepted the emails. I urgently need access to my account again. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. If I do not receive a response, I may consider contacting Facebook headquarters via phone as a next step.

My Facebook account, which I've actively used for over 10 years, has been wrongfully disabled along with my Instagram account. I regularly post memories of my family, work, and dog there. Upon waking up, I discovered my account was disabled without any warning. Despite sending my ID for verification, I was informed that nothing could be done to restore it. My email for both accounts is [redacted]
After a few days without access, I created a new account under my alternate email address [redacted], which was also disabled shortly after.
As a military member, I value honesty and authenticity. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Due to concerns for my safety, I needed to change my phone number, which unfortunately has led to being logged out of my Facebook account that stores thousands of precious photos of my children from birth to the present. Despite sending my I.D. and photos along with the necessary codes, I have not received any response or regained access. I recently unintentionally created a second account while trying to sign up for chat. My new email is [redacted], and my old email was [redacted] The old phone number associated with the account is [redacted], and my new number is [redacted]. I am desperate to recover my account for the sake of my children's memories.

My husband sent me money transfers through Messenger. Despite having done this many times before, you suddenly required me to verify my information. Then, you claimed my details weren't sufficient and disabled my account without returning the money to my husband. I urgently need the funds back as you took them without justification. This money does not belong to you. My husband works out of state, and I'm now unable to pay bills or buy food. Please return my money immediately. This incident has caused me so much inconvenience that I intend to close all of my accounts with you. Since the process is supposed to be instant, I expect the money to be returned just as quickly as you took it.

I need help with my online business called Loyal Leo. I tried to promote leggings on Shopify but it's flagged for policy violation. Why is selling leggings from my store not allowed anymore? Can you review and reapprove our account for ads on Facebook? Our page is Loyal Leo, and the admin is Matt Rachelle Richard. Since an age-restricted product was mistakenly listed and promptly removed, our ability to advertise on Facebook shop has been restricted. Can you please review and reinstate our ad privileges so we can resume business operations? Thank you. Mathiew Richard.

I'm feeling unsure about a message I received. I am not seeking technical support, but someone claiming to be from Facebook has informed me that I won an annual lottery. Although Facebook's official stance is that they do not run lotteries, this person is insisting they are Mr. Mark Zuckerberg and can provide evidence. I am hesitant and suspect it might be a scam. I want clarification from Facebook directly regarding whether they conduct lotteries. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I deactivated my account shortly after creating it in [redacted] because Facebook did not offer the option to delete accounts at that time, only disable them. Now that it's possible to delete accounts, I'd like to delete my disabled account. However, after receiving a 6-digit code via email to reset my password, I can't proceed past the security verification stage. It keeps saying, "unable to confirm identity. Try again later," even though I've tried twice. I still have the original email I signed up with for verification. Overall, I believe it's a technical issue because it prompts me to verify but then fails without attempting to do so. Unfortunately, Facebook lacks customer service to call for assistance, which is frustrating. I simply want them to delete my account since that was my original intention, and back in [redacted], there was no option to do so.

I wanted to alert everyone about a suspicious email I received claiming to be from Facebook regarding a password change that I did not make. The email stated a password change was done on 28 September, [redacted], at 5:24 PM MDT from a Mac OS X computer using Chrome at IP address 97.[redacted].28.2. It requested me to send a code if I did not make the change. The header logo and the recipient email address were both off, as I received it on an alternate email address. The sign-off at the bottom included a fake address for Facebook in Palo Alto. Just a heads up about this potential scam.

A few weeks ago, I noticed that my Facebook account had vanished. I suspect it was hacked, along with my other accounts like banks and utilities, resulting in changed passwords. When I attempted to reset my Facebook password, it requested sending a link to an unfamiliar email address ([redacted] - not mine) and wouldn't let me adjust it. Ultimately, my account vanished completely. I'm desperate to restore my old account as it holds precious memories and contacts of friends who have passed away, things I can't retrieve with a new account. How can I go about recovering my lost account?

Hello,
I am seeking assistance in deactivating my Facebook account. Recently, an individual named Chris Morgan contacted me via Hangouts, offering me a job. Unfortunately, I trusted him and shared my ID. He then removed my email address and replaced it with [redacted] The phone number he provided, [redacted][redacted], was inaccurate. It has come to my attention that he has been posting fraudulent job opportunities on Facebook under my name. I kindly request your help in addressing this situation, as it is a serious matter. I am willing to provide screenshots of our conversation as evidence. If necessary, please feel free to contact me at [redacted] for further details. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

A few weeks ago, I noticed that my Facebook account had vanished. I suspect it was hacked, along with my other accounts like banks and utilities, with changed passwords. When I attempted to reset my FB password, it prompted to send a link to an unfamiliar email address (*@***.com) which was not mine. Despite trying to update the email, it was unsuccessful, and ultimately, my account disappeared completely. How can I regain access to my old account? It contains cherished memories and contacts of deceased friends, something I cannot retrieve with a new account. Moreover, it has affected my progress in certain games. I am eager to reactivate my old FB account to change the password.

My Facebook account got disabled, and I'm not sure why. I set up a campaign page for my run for elected office. Facebook asked for a photo and proof of my candidacy for verification, which I provided. It's been over 24 hours, and I'm still locked out. I'm frustrated as I've followed their instructions, but it seems like nothing is happening. I need help to regain access to my main page and campaign page. This situation is beginning to feel like discrimination towards me.

I currently have two separate business pages, and I am facing an issue with one of them not allowing me to schedule posts from my iPhone anymore. On the page that is having this problem, after typing my post, I only see the 'publish' option without the ability to 'share' and schedule it for later. Additionally, the 'invite friends' button to like my page seems to have disappeared as well. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my phone, as well as ensuring that my phone software is up to date, but the problem persists. I find it strange that I can perform these tasks on my other business page but not on this particular one.

My Facebook account got disabled recently because of posting pictures on a page created 5 years ago that violated someone's intellectual property rights. The issue now is that my account is connected to a Facebook advertising business account. As my personal account is disabled, I cannot access the business account to manage the ads, and they continue to charge me for them. I am hoping for some assistance with this frustrating situation.

Hello, I'm attempting to update my email account since my current one is linked to a service that's closing down. When trying to switch to an email I've used previously, a message pops up saying, “this email already exists in a different account.” This is misleading as the old account was opened briefly to assist a friend in monitoring her boyfriend. It was closed a long time ago after only being active for around four months, and the details are now forgotten.

On September 25th, I bought two Light Drawing - Fun And Developing Toys for a total of $41.98 from a Facebook Ad. My payment was made through PayPal, and I got a confirmation from DOODSTAGE, which seems to be connected to the parent company YC Tech. The items are being shipped from Hong Kong. After researching and finding out about numerous scam reviews, I emailed them for shipping details, and they replied on FB Messenger, saying it would take 10-20 days. It's concerning that FB allows scams to be promoted, and using FB Messenger for customer service feels unprofessional. How can FB allow this and what can be done about it? I don't want to be directed to a third-party investigation that requires a fee. Is that another scam on FB as well?

I deactivated my Facebook account a few months ago and have been using Facebook Messenger exclusively. Recently, a friend logged into another Facebook account on my device, and now I am unable to access my Messenger. The platform is requesting a security code for two-factor authentication, but I no longer have the phone number associated with the account. Despite trying to get the code emailed to me and even submitting my government ID for verification, I have not been successful. After sending the ID, I encountered an error message with a broken page. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue and regain access to my Messenger.

I seldom use Facebook now, maybe twice a week. Over the weekend, I tried to log onto the app and found my account with no profile picture, then a message saying it was disabled for policy violations. I rarely post and mainly share family videos. I don't believe I've done anything wrong. I fear my account may have been hacked, which could explain the strange activity. I have had this account since [redacted] and use it to stay connected with my family. I am concerned and seeking help to resolve this issue.

For the past two weeks, my accessibility on the platform has been progressively restricted. Initially, I couldn't share events or external links, then I lost the ability to comment in groups, followed by an inability to comment on friends' status updates. Currently, I am unable to make new posts, comment on my own posts, or react to comments on my posts or others. I have not breached any community guidelines or received any notifications regarding violations.
