I have experienced narcissistic abuse and truly value the support pages that provide a platform for sharing and connecting with others facing similar challenges. Unfortunately, my family members who are narcissists have access to these pages, leading to further abuse. While I have blocked them, they are now involving my grandchildren in their manipulation tactics. I am hesitant to block them from the page for my grandchildren's sake, but I also want to protect myself from their negative influence. I wish there was a way for those sharing on these pages to exclude specific individuals from viewing their posts to maintain progress in my healing journey.

I am a government officer working with the government of Bangladesh and a graduate student at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. Today, I received a message from Facebook stating that someone reported my account for impersonation, resulting in its temporary disablement. I promptly responded by submitting a photo ID, emphasizing the need for policies safeguarding fair and responsible user practices. With over 43,[redacted] followers on Facebook, I am a well-known civil servant in Bangladesh. Notably, I previously verified my ID by providing a verification pin sent to my address. Despite this, I now find myself insulted by these claims. To further assert my innocence, I submitted a copy of my passport. While the significance of the ID is not my primary concern, I am deeply offended by these allegations. Uncertain of the outcome, I am prepared to escalate the matter legally if needed, drawing on my past experience serving as a lower court judge in Bangladesh. Thank you.

I am concerned about a situation I experienced with Facebook. I recently made a comment regarding a news article about Christians being targeted by radical Muslims in Nigeria. I expressed my hope for the situation to be addressed by the UN. However, Facebook flagged my comment as a violation. I find it unfair that sharing the truth about an important issue led to this. As a veteran, I value freedom of speech and want to ensure that platforms like Facebook do not suppress differing opinions. I kindly request that Facebook reviews this matter and addresses it accordingly. Thank you.

Hello, I am Casper C., reaching out concerning our business manager account, Wavell.
I am encountering three different error messages related to my ads and ad account.
Firstly, after my ad was not approved, I attempted to edit it. However, I am now being prompted to address an error stating that disabled ad accounts are unable to create or edit ads.
Secondly, my ad account has been disabled, requesting verification of my identity. Upon clicking the verification link, I am asked to choose an ad account to represent, but I am unable to select any ad accounts, rendering me unable to submit my request.
Lastly, I am informed that the URL linked to my ad breaches Facebook's policy. The ad directs to my webshop, www.wavell.dk, which I do not believe violates Facebook's policies.
I have recently travelled to China and Brazil. Just submitted an ad and now prompted to verify my account. Your immediate assistance is greatly needed as we are launching our pre-sale tomorrow morning. Your help would be highly valued.
Thank you,
Casper C.

Good day, I am Carina Macaalay. I am hoping to recover my Facebook account. Two days ago, as I woke up, a pop-up appeared on my cellphone, and without reading it, I accidentally clicked "Yes." Shortly after, my Facebook displayed "SESSION EXPIRED." Despite my attempts to reenter my password, I was unsuccessful. My friends couldn't find me on Facebook, and our previous messages indicate that I am no longer a user. I followed the instructions provided by Facebook's help center with no success. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my phone number to reset my account because the SIM card associated with it is deactivated as I am currently out of the country. I attempted to use the trusted contacts method and provided a new email address and selected three trusted contacts, but I have not received the email for the recovery process. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering my account, as this is the first time I have encountered such an issue.

On September 21, [redacted], at 11:34 PM, an individual using a Chrome browser on Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 accessed my account without authorization. Since I was at work, I did not see the email notification. Subsequently, I received another email informing me that my password was changed by the same unauthorized user. The device used was ZenFone Max Pro M1 with the IP address 5.62.58.77 from an unknown location. Despite my attempts to secure my account, Facebook had already disabled it, leaving me unable to regain access. Although I managed to reset the password, I was still unable to log in. Facebook later notified me at 3:22 AM that my account was disabled permanently for violating their terms, which left me confused as I was not even able to access my account at that time. It seems my account was compromised, possibly leading to unauthorized activity that I am not responsible for. I would like to request that any unauthorized posts be removed, and my account reinstated, and I am willing to provide identification as needed. Getting assistance from Facebook has been challenging in this situation.

On September 21, [redacted], at 11:34 PM, my account was accessed by someone using a Chrome browser on an Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1. I was unaware as I was at work. Shortly after, I received an email notifying me that my password was changed by the same device. The IP address used was 5.62.58.77, with an estimated location of ? DO. Despite my attempts to secure my account, Facebook disabled it, preventing me from regaining access. Although I managed to reset my password, I still couldn't log in. Facebook later informed me at 3:22 AM that my account had violated their terms, resulting in its permanent loss. I suspect the hacker may have posted something inappropriate. I found it strange that Facebook allowed access from a foreign device with a different IP address when my usual devices are a Samsung Note 9 or an old Samsung Galaxy 8. I request that any unauthorized activity on my account be removed and access restored, offering to provide identification if needed.

I am experiencing repeated issues trying to input my phone number as requested, resulting in being locked out for 24 hours each time. Despite waiting the designated time, the problem persists. I want to highlight that I do not own a cell phone. According to U.S.C. [redacted].a, individuals cannot be compelled to provide personal information. This is especially relevant as I work with the Department of the Navy and the United States State Department at the U.S. Embassy in Manila, Philippines. My spouse is also facing the same challenges despite following the instructions diligently. How many more instances of this cycle must we endure?

I have been using my Facebook page for several years. Recently, after buying a new phone, I couldn't transfer my apps over and had trouble logging into Facebook and Messenger. It turns out my son used his Messenger account on my old phone using my number. Even though my number is [redacted], it keeps linking me to his account. I am still logged in on my old phone through Wi-Fi but want to use the apps on my new phone. Now, I am seeing a message saying "account restricted" on the login page. I apologize if I unintentionally caused this issue and just want to be able to use these apps as I enjoy them. Thank you, Beth H. from Sailor Springs, Illinois. [redacted]

Hello,
I am writing to request assistance with recovering my account as I suspect it has been accessed without my permission. I last logged in on September 15 in the evening, but the following morning of September 16, I was unable to access my account as the password was being rejected. Despite attempting to reset my password, I no longer have access to the associated email and my phone number on the account is outdated. Furthermore, my attempts to search for the account using either my full name or my friend's name have been unsuccessful.
It is crucial for me to regain access to my account as it contains important family photos stored in a private album, including pictures of my daughter since she was a baby. I have exhausted all possible methods to recover the account but have not been successful thus far.
I am willing to provide screenshots of my account and any necessary identification to verify my ownership. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
June Kharl

Hello Facebook,
I am a guitarist and singer/songwriter running the business page "Christie Lenée." Previously, my page was claimed by my ex-manager under CPR Entertainment. As we are no longer collaborating, I need to regain ownership of my page.
I have attempted to navigate through settings and page roles to change the ownership, but I am unable to do so. I am currently trying to revert ownership to myself, "Christie L Jimenez" (my personal account). Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated - thank you!
I have read online that I should utilize Facebook Business Manager. However, I encountered issues when trying to add "Christie Lenée" to the Business Manager account due to CPR Entertainment's current ownership.
I have reached out to Gina, owner of CPR Entertainment, for assistance, but she is occupied. Your help in resolving this matter would be invaluable to me. I am working to rectify this confusion - your support is greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
Gratefully yours,
Christie Lenée

Hello, I have two issues that I need assistance with. Firstly, I recently received an email from "[redacted]" regarding the deletion of my Facebook account, a request which I did not make. I refrained from clicking any links in the email to avoid potential risks. I want to confirm if this is a legitimate communication or not. Secondly, I deactivated my Instagram account a few weeks back, and upon reactivating it, I noticed that two of my recent posts had disappeared. Despite reaching out to Instagram multiple times, I have not received any responses. I am hoping to resolve this issue soon as it seems like it could be a simple fix. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble deactivating my accounts on Facebook. I attempted to deactivate them, but it says it will take 30 days, so I refrained from using Messenger and Facebook to ensure full deactivation. I have ended up with four different Facebook profiles, and I do not want any of them. Even after opting out of email notifications, I still receive them. The notifications lead me to believe that a family member or something important has contacted me through Messenger or Facebook, prompting me to log in again, which resets the deactivation process for another 30 days. Facebook seems to discourage deactivation, as the notifications are not always accurate. I am frustrated that I cannot permanently delete these duplicate profiles. I want to be free from these social media accounts and would appreciate any help. Thank you.

Hello,
I am Angelie Caranyagan, the owner of the Angelie Caranyagan (Kitty Kit) Facebook account and the Angelie Caranyagan - SMDC Philippines page, which I've had since [redacted]. The account is extremely significant to me, holding 80% of my life's memories and business transactions.
Recently, while chatting with my boyfriend Jamie Bray, an issue occurred. After he sent a link, the FB page vanished, and my account now appears as "Facebook User" to him. Despite attempting a password reset, I couldn't receive the confirmation code sent to my old cell phone number as the SIM card is inactive.
I've reached out to Facebook's help center using a new email, providing my full name and a valid government ID for verification. I urgently need access to my account as it is crucial for my real estate business in the Philippines, where I handle client appointments, follow-ups, and sales.
Attached are screenshots of my recent Facebook stories and conversations with Jamie, as well as a photo of my valid government ID for your assessment.
Thank you,
Angelie Caranyagan

I have been consistently receiving emails on my work address ([redacted]) that are unrelated to my Facebook account. Despite my efforts to unsubscribe and stop these notifications, I continue to receive daily emails from individuals in the Philippines who appear to be adding me as a friend on Facebook. When I try to unsubscribe, I am redirected to a non-existent Facebook page. This is interfering with my professional work, as this email address is meant for serious communication. I have screenshots available for reference. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I have an old Facebook account that I haven't been able to access since [redacted]. The email I used at the time was a Yahoo one, which I cannot log into now, and I no longer have the recovery phone. I am unable to recover the account at all. I possess my passport and driving license as proof of identity. I urgently need the account to be removed due to safety concerns for my family. The account being public is a risk and has caused multiple issues. I have no other social media presence to turn to, and there seems to be no way for me to delete it. I have tried unsuccessfully to have friends report the profile, as well as attempted to find help to hack into it. I have all necessary identification documents to demonstrate it's my account. The situation is distressing, and I am unsure of what steps to take. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Michael Whitehead.

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my Facebook account that has been hacked.
I recently noticed suspicious activity on my Facebook account when a hacker appeared on my page and my Gmail alerted me that someone from Vietnam had accessed my account. Initially, I was able to recover my account twice successfully. However, on my third attempt, the hacker was actively recovering the account, preventing me from regaining access after changing my password. The hacker also altered the access email associated with the account. Despite trying to recover through methods like sending codes from trusted contacts, I have not received a response. I attempted to send my government ID, but Facebook did not accept it, citing that the email provided is under recovery. Currently, I am still attempting to recover my account, but Facebook has blocked my attempts due to multiple recovery tries. I believe this is due to the hacker changing the email address associated with the account. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated, as I have exhausted all my efforts but have not resolved the issue.

As an administrator of the Pomeranian UK group, I wish to address the recent permanent deletion of our group, which has been in existence for over 5 years and had over 5,[redacted] members. The group owner and founder is "Zoe Louise". We believe the deletion may have been due to a post or comment that inadvertently breached Facebook standards. Our group rules explicitly prohibit certain actions, such as sale posts, that violate these standards. Despite regularly checking for breaches using the "Group Quality" feature and finding none the day before, we were surprised to receive a notification of the group's deletion the next day. We are dedicated to adhering to Facebook's guidelines and request a review of our group's deletion, as it has a significant impact on our members and serves as a valuable resource. We are willing to address any unintentional rule violations if identified. Your consideration in reinstating our group would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Dan

I've had issues with fake accounts on Facebook using my name. Even though my ex, his family, and his girlfriend have created these fake profiles, including Nicole Hitchcock and Robert Webb, I find it unfair that I cannot create a new page for my mediumship. They have a history of stalking, threats, and even police involvement. My previous profile, linked to [redacted] since [redacted], disappeared after being disabled. I've experienced unfair treatment as they continue to have profiles under fake names while I'm restricted. I have evidence of their actions and would like to regain access to my old account for legal reasons. I'm looking to create a separate business page from my personal one and seek assistance in resolving this situation promptly. Thank you. - Jennifer H.

I need assistance addressing abuse and slander on Facebook. In the past, I had a person named Vicky Heartland on my friends list who has been dishonestly using email notifications to receive updates about my posts on Facebook. She has used these screenshots from her email notifications to falsely claim that I have been sending her direct messages. This deceitful behavior has caused me significant distress, especially as I have recently completed mental health therapy. I am seeking guidance on how to prove that she has set up these notifications herself and clarify that I have not sent her any direct messages. I also request assistance in preventing her from using Facebook in this harmful manner to protect others. Your support is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
