Good day. I am Arlyn Oliveros Ragma, seeking assistance regarding my son Daryl Royce Ragma's Facebook account. He is my eldest son and has special needs. His account has been deleted, and we are unable to access it anymore. He does not want to create a new account and insists on getting his old one back, where all his happy memories are stored. His current frustration is causing tantrums and he is refusing to speak to us. I am concerned about his emotional well-being. Your reconsideration of his situation would be greatly appreciated. Please help me resolve this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am Stamos from Greece. I am feeling frustrated and anxious because when I tried to add a person on my Messenger, it suddenly blocked me and asked me to sign in again. I clicked to retrieve my password, entered it, but it said my account was disabled. After trying again, it claimed my password was incorrect when I knew it was right. I requested another password, but it was never provided. Following this, the app restricted me from taking further actions due to "too many actions." I attempted to fix this by re-installing the app and rebooting my phone, but the issue persisted. I do not have a Facebook account, only Messenger, and I am worried about losing any data. Please, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

Dear Ma’am/Sir, I am Nanda Kisore Biswas from India. I am facing an issue with my Facebook account. My login email is [redacted] My previous device, Lenovo K8 Note, suddenly stopped working while I was logged in to the Facebook app. When trying to log in from another device with the correct credentials, I am prompted to enter a code as it is recognized as a new device. Unfortunately, the phone number used to open the account is no longer active, and I have forgotten the password for the associated Gmail address. Despite uploading my identity proof multiple times to verify ownership, I have not received any response. It has been a week since I have been locked out of my account. I would appreciate any guidance on how to regain access to my Facebook account as my previous attempts have been unsuccessful. Thank you for your help. Regards, Nanda Kisore Biswas

Recently, I got a message from Facebook regarding someone trying to access my account. As I didn't recognize the attempt, I marked it as not me. I then created a new password. Although I managed to log in once, I've been unable to do so again. Despite several password reset attempts, I kept getting an incorrect password message. Even when trying the "forgot password" option, I didn't receive the promised code. After numerous failed attempts, my account got locked, and I'm still locked out. I've tried contacting Facebook support via email and phone, but there has been no response. The message during calls states that there is currently no support available. I'm concerned as my account holds precious family memories from the past 7 years. I'm seeking assistance to regain access. Thank you.

While scrolling through my Facebook newsfeed, I was unexpectedly logged out and notified that my session had expired. Despite entering my usual password, which I have used since creating my account years ago, I was informed it was incorrect. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email linked to my Facebook account. Although I managed to reset my password, I encountered difficulties with the security questions, despite being confident in my answers. I believe I was hacked as the verification pictures featured family members I could identify. Despite providing my birthdate and uploading my ID photo, I am still locked out of my account. As a result, I have created a new profile but would prefer to regain access to my original one.

Hi Eileen, We wanted to inform you that your mobile number [redacted] was registered and verified by another user on Facebook on Thursday, September 19, [redacted], at 10:27 AM (EDT). However, if you no longer utilize or have access to this number, please update your contact details accordingly or remove it from your account. I have been unable to access my Facebook account for the past 5 to 6 months. I had set up two-factor authentication, but after a phone reset or clearing my cache, I lost access to the saved browsers. I really want to regain access to my old account but have been struggling to do so. Can anyone from Facebook help me with this issue? The email linked to that Facebook account is [redacted], and I would like to receive the login code on that email and remove the two-factor authentication.

Hello, my name is Laura Ankers. I have a Facebook account and a linked Instagram account with the username lauraelsean. Unfortunately, my Instagram account has been hacked. The recovery email address associated with the account has been changed to an email that I do not recognize and is not mine. When trying to recover my account, I am unable to remember the original password, so I have to go through the verification link process. However, during this process, I am confronted with the unfamiliar email address. I am unable to progress further to recover my account as the steps provided by Instagram do not offer any other options. Since my phone number is not linked to the account, I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue.

Dear Facebook Support, I am a member of the Longmont Genealogical Society and have encountered an issue with our Facebook page. After the passing of Diana Ornstead, who managed the page for many years, I was entrusted with the responsibility. However, upon logging in, I discovered that the page I accessed only displayed three posts from January 10, [redacted], whereas our actual page dates back to January 13, [redacted]. It appears Diana used a different email and password. I am in a dilemma as I do not want to lose 7 years' worth of valuable photos and posts by starting anew. I am exploring two options: either updating the email and password for our original page ([redacted]) or transferring all content to the current page named "Longmont Genealogical Society-new". Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Rolf McHenry

Dear Facebook Team, I require assistance resolving an issue regarding the Longmont Genealogical Society's Facebook page. After the passing of Diana Ornstead, who managed the page for many years, I volunteered to take over its management. Unfortunately, upon trying to log in with the provided email and password, I discovered an outdated page with just 3 posts from [redacted]. It seems Diana used her personal login details instead. I have made unsuccessful attempts, with her son's help, to access the original content. I face a dilemma now - whether to continue with the current page, losing 7 years of valuable posts and photos or to retrieve the old content. I am considering two options: updating the login details for the original page or transferring all content to the new page I now manage ("Longmont Genealogical Society-new"). I can be reached at [redacted] for further assistance. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Rolf McHenry

Hello Facebook team, I have been trying to reach you for the past 9 months but have been unable to find live chat support online. In [redacted], I created a page with another email ID: [redacted] I initially used this page and later transferred the admin role to a different ID before deleting the original one permanently. Unfortunately, my page fell victim to hackers after I unknowingly clicked on some links they provided. As a result, another admin was added to my page and despite my efforts, I was ultimately removed. I have invested a considerable amount of time and effort in growing this page, having posted thousands of posts on it. I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter and restoring ownership of my page. Thank you for taking this issue seriously.

I have completed the "take a picture with a piece of paper..." procedure and believed everything was in order. I have always managed to log into my account using the web on my tablet without any issues. However, when attempting to log in using my computer's web browser, I am prompted to enter a two-step code that should be sent to my phone, but nothing arrives. The alternative suggested is to generate a code via the Facebook app on my phone, yet the app also requires a code to log in. Similarly, trying to use the app on my tablet results in the same problem. Although I can still access my account through my tablet and the web, I would like to resolve the issues with the app on my phone and tablet as well as the web access from my computer.

For the past week and a half, I have been attempting to create a Facebook page. Initially, I found the process to be straightforward and uncomplicated. However, after sending friend requests and trying to set up a business page, I encountered difficulties. I spent over an hour working on it, only to be unexpectedly logged out and asked to verify my identity with a photo, resulting in my account being disabled. Seeking assistance, I enlisted a web design company's help, the same one that created our business website. Despite their efforts, the account was disabled multiple times, even after creating a new page with them as administrators. Each time we tried to rectify the issue, the account was swiftly disabled again. This cycle of disabling occurred three times in total. Today, in a final attempt, I used a different email and phone number to create a new account, but it was disabled within hours. The frustration and confusion abound as to why this keeps happening.

I recently changed phones and forgot my password to access my original Facebook account under the name Alighwa K Henderson. The profile picture features my daughter wearing pink with black sunglasses. I attempted to create a new account but prefer to regain access to my original one with all its photos, groups, and friends. Unfortunately, I forgot to note down my passwords. I've tried following online steps but haven't made progress. If feasible, could someone assist me in resetting the password or provide guidance over the phone at [redacted]? Thank you for any help.

I am seeking assistance as I have provided all necessary evidence for the verification of my business pages including /stilhuset.no, and social media accounts @stilhuset, /scb92, and @steffenchrisander, without success. Our brand holds a patent for the name and logo, has presence on wikia and everipedia, and our unique brand name "stilhuset" is a recognized Scandinavian term. We have faced attempted name hijacking and scams. Unrelated Tinder profiles using my photos have been found. As a JP at Forgeblock Capital and a consultant for VC-funded startups, my upcoming feature in the local press makes it crucial for me to be verified to protect against imposters. However, instead of a review, an AI algorithm has repeatedly denied my verification request.

I have been using Facebook for years but faced an issue yesterday when trying to update my email. I received a message indicating that my account is under review for security reasons, restricting my access. I tried creating a new account but encountered the same problem. This is frustrating as I manage the official FB page for Motorsport South Africa Drag Racing and need to stay connected. Assistance in resolving this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you. Recently, we purchased 4 items through the Marketplace, paid in advance. Upon pickup, the seller claimed we took the wrong size, accusing us of theft. We explained we received the 4 units matching the description in the ad. The seller alleges we mistakenly took an XL unit. Our measurements confirm all items match the ordered size. The seller has multiple ads on Facebook, with two showing the same item but different sizes (120cm and 126cm). The seller has made false and defamatory statements on FB unrelated to our disagreement. We request FB to remove and sanction his comments. We refuse to engage or acknowledge his false claims, as we believe his behavior is unjustified.

Last night, I attempted to enable second level authentication on my account. However, I ended up being locked out of my account. Despite two attempts to verify my identity through comments and photos, the system keeps stating, "we can't use that information to authenticate your account." I also encountered difficulties with the "use friends" option as two out of three suggested friends are not easily reachable at the moment. One friend didn't receive a code when logging in, even after confirming my identity. I am frustrated with the authentication process and considering abandoning my account. However, I rely on it to stay in touch with friends abroad. The authentication system seems flawed, and I question why such stringent measures are necessary for adding a security layer to my account. I am willing to provide screenshots of the photo ID verification process to illustrate the issues I am facing.

I have had a Facebook page for some time now. Recently, I received an email saying I couldn't post on Facebook anymore. I initially thought it was a spam message, but realized I couldn't make any posts. After being asked for proof of identity, I submitted my driver's license and another document. They said I could post again in 5 to 10 days, but that didn't happen. Then, I got an email asking for my credit card details and a $5 payment, which would be refunded. I didn't feel comfortable giving out my credit card information for this request. Despite this, I still cannot post on Facebook.

Hello, lately my family and I have been dealing with some disturbances from another individual. I have currently blocked this person, but I am unable to monitor their activities. I suspect they are attempting to embarrass us. Despite blocking them from viewing my friends and posts tagged by friends, the individual can still comment on my posts and photos. I have temporarily blocked them, but I am unable to track their actions. I have noticed that Facebook allows users to restrict comment visibility to friends only. I am requesting an enhancement to the privacy settings to include an option for "friends except _____". This feature is already available for blocking individuals from seeing my friends list and posts tagged by friends. I would appreciate any guidance on resolving this issue. Thank you.
