As a moderator for a lost and found pet page, I encountered a new situation when sharing a post to Nextdoor and Ring. Typically, I share posts regularly without any issues. This time, however, after sharing on a page I don't oversee, I received a message claiming a violation of community standards on spam. I am puzzled by this as I follow the same sharing routine daily. Another moderator I know has faced similar challenges in the past and even got restricted on Facebook for sharing posts across various lost and found pages. I seek clarity on the rule that I have unknowingly broken. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you. - Moderating Lost and Found Pets of SCV - [redacted] - Maria Watt

Approximately an hour ago, while browsing my Facebook feed, I offered congratulations to individuals for various life events such as an upcoming grandchild, a son's mission call, and expressing concern over a friend's neighborhood fire. I also showed sympathy towards someone who was ignored by an acquaintance and wished another person well on their move to Texas. Within the span of an hour, Facebook repeatedly flagged these comments for allegedly violating company standards, despite them being positive and harmless. I am worried about a possible hacking incident within the last hour as none of my actions warrant a violation. Your assistance in addressing this matter is greatly appreciated.

I recently made a new Facebook account. However, when I tried to log in a week later, I received a message about unusual activity on my account and was prompted to add extra security. Despite being asked to provide my mobile phone number to receive a code, I never received one, leaving me stuck. I don't want to use this phone number due to past issues, and Microsoft can only send codes via call, not text. A Vistaprint customer service representative tried calling me but was unsuccessful. When attempting to reset my password via email, I am still required to enter my mobile phone number to receive a code, which I never receive. Even after reporting a hack, I am unable to log in successfully. I've tried various formats for entering my phone number, including with and without spaces and using both US and UK codes. Ultimately, I simply wish to close the account for now and potentially start anew with a different phone number in the future.

Dear Customer Service, I encountered a problem with my Facebook account approximately one week ago when it was hacked. Even after flagging the account, changing the password, and setting up two-factor authentication to receive a code on my phone, the code never arrived. To regain access, I followed Facebook's protocol by submitting my ID and a picture of myself with a code, but I still could not receive the code. Despite receiving an email to reset the password, I continue to be stuck in a loop requiring the code. I have attempted to contact Facebook through different methods without success. My business relies on this Facebook account, and I urgently need to regain access. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Best, Ivo

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been struggling to regain access to my Facebook account for the last week. My band relies on this account for promotion, and I am facing financial losses due to being unable to promote our upcoming tour. Despite numerous attempts to contact Facebook, I have not had any success in resolving this issue. Here is a summary of what occurred: I was recently logged out of all my devices and could not log back in as my password was deemed incorrect, even though I did not change it. I suspect my account may have been hacked. My account was linked to my old email address, [redacted], which I no longer have access to. Despite attempts to reset the password via email, I am unable to receive the two-factor authentication code on any of my devices. I have tried submitting my ID and a written code with a picture, to no avail. I am trapped in a frustrating cycle and desperate for a resolution. I am actively seeking assistance from Facebook but have had no success in reaching a real person for help. Any guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Ivo

I am unable to access my account. I have submitted my ID but have not received any response. Facebook has banned me forever, and I am a Hungarian citizen. This problem has been ongoing for 2 months. I cannot stay in touch with my family, as I only communicated with them through Facebook. Please, please, please lift the ban on my Facebook account. I am so sad that I can only cry; I am already feeling depressed. Please help me, GetHuman team! I have not been happy for 2 months. I really don't know what to do anymore! Who can I turn to for help? If you don't help me, dear GetHuman, I am living on tranquilizers because Facebook has banned me! Please help, dear GetHuman, only you can assist, but you are not helping. Why? I am a normal person, not a criminal. I have been a regular Facebook user for 9 years with real information, not a fake profile. Why doesn't Facebook ban the fake accounts forever? Only me, because I am a Hungarian citizen? I am not a criminal, just a very sick normal person! I have serious illnesses; I am a diabetic on insulin, and I have a pancreatic tumor! Who knows how long I will live. In the meantime, I would like to regain my 9-year-old account or have the ban on Facebook lifted so I can stay in touch with my family for as long as I live! I won't live much longer! Please help me, GetHuman! Dear GetHuman, help a very sick person, me, to get back on Facebook! For the sake of my family and my relatives. I don't know what will happen to them 😢😢😢😢 I just cry every day! Dear GetHuman, you help everyone. Please help me too! Lift the ban on my Facebook account.

My name is Judy van der Merwe. I have never posted inappropriate videos or naked photos on Facebook. Maryna Bekker from Stilfontein hacked my account and posted inappropriate videos and photos. I tried to warn everyone, but she reported me instead. I have been suspended for 45 hours, and I feel like the victim. I am very disappointed with the situation. Please review my account history to see that I have done nothing wrong. People should not be able to report others falsely and get away with it. I ask you to check Maryna Bekker's messenger profile and the content there. Please contact me via phone or email at [redacted]. I have nothing to hide on my profile; in fact, I share messages from the Bible every morning. It is unfair that the guilty party is getting away with this behavior. I have tried to expose the inappropriate content Maryna posted on Facebook to her family. She seems to be taking information from my account now. Please take action against her as well. Thank you. Judy van der Merwe.

I have experienced two instances of hacking on my account this month, once on August 15th and again three days ago. However, this time I am unable to regain access. While trying to reset my password, I am being prompted to receive a code, but despite selecting the option for phone verification, Facebook continues to send the code to my email, which I cannot access as Yahoo deems it invalid. Yahoo has suggested no current login activity on the account. Despite multiple attempts over three days, the issue persists. I am concerned that my account may have been compromised and the phone number linked to my account may have been altered. Although Facebook requested a photo of my ID for verification, I am still unable to regain access. This situation leaves all my personal information vulnerable to potential misuse.

I recently received a suspicious video through Messenger with my picture on it, claiming "It's you." When I clicked on it, nothing happened, but then my contacts started receiving similar videos with their pictures. I warned everyone not to open them, but the messages kept coming. It took hours to notify everyone and even posted warnings on my Facebook page. I had to change my password and set up additional security measures, but now I'm locked out because the security code is being sent to old phone numbers. I need help to resolve this issue as it's affecting my online activities.

When linking our products from Ads Manager to Instagram and Facebook, a long messy URL shows up. It appears on the product page and directs to different color variants. The URLs contain fbclid and IGshopping&utm_medium=Social, affecting customer experience. Our website, flatlisteyewear.com, on Squarespace, is involved. I attempted to remove custom CSS and code injections but couldn't fix it. I suspect issues with anchor slug URLs or image sizes in the product catalog. I can provide images of the error. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Best regards, M.T. Flatlisteyewear.com

Hello, I am encountering an issue with my business account. I opened it a while back without a clear business idea in mind, naming it after myself, Ester Covarrubias. Now that I have defined my business as Planting Seeds, I have been trying to update the account name but have faced difficulties as it did not comply with the guidelines. Despite appealing, I have not been successful in making this change. I am seeking assistance to update the business account name to match my current business name to prevent the inconvenience of having to close and open a new account. Thank you, Ester Covarrubias

My Facebook account has been hacked. While trying to recover it, I was asked to provide my driver's license, military ID, and national guard ID, and hold up a piece of paper with the verification code, but after waiting for the review, nothing happened. I created a new account, but it now has an email address attached to it that doesn't belong to me. Even though I selected my SMS phone option for receiving text messages, I did not receive any codes for 12 hours. In August [redacted], I found out I had an alumni Facebook account, and when I logged in, Facebook kicked me out and blocked me. My college alumni IT technician mentioned they couldn't help and advised me to contact Facebook. My old numbers are associated with my account, but I can no longer use the email option. I couldn't back up my sentimental pictures. This situation is distressing, and I've unknowingly shared personal information in trying to recover my account. It would be helpful for companies to find better ways to secure users' information. If I'm not wanted on the platform, please inform me. It's disheartening to potentially lose access to accounts containing my personal information. Please assist me with this issue.

I was contacted via messenger by someone claiming to be my friend Chris. They mentioned a government grant I was eligible for. I was asked to provide personal information and even sent a copy of my license. Eventually, they requested money to deliver the grant, which raised red flags. Now, my Facebook account is compromised, and the scammer is contacting my friends posing as me. I have two new accounts but want the old one, with a blonde profile picture, removed. I have received messages from concerned friends. I have reported this to the police due to the misuse of my information. The scammer also contacted me through WhatsApp. I believe the accounts are linked as I cannot access my old account without a WhatsApp alerting. It is a complicated situation, and I request help in removing the old account. Thank you for your assistance. - L.R.

Hello, I have encountered an issue with accessing the Carolina Shuckers page. The page was originally created by a former partner who is no longer with the LLC. My ex-partner's wife established the page approximately 9 years ago but has been unable to access it due to forgetting the password. I possess legal documentation declaring me as the sole owner of all Carolina Shuckers accounts. Unfortunately, despite being an administrator, I am unable to reset the password without the current one. My ex-partner and I are not on speaking terms. I am seeking a solution to either reset the password with my legal documents, restart the page from scratch, or request the involvement of Leah Foushee Waller, the individual who initially set up the FB page, to deactivate it so I may reclaim ownership. I have been endeavoring to address this matter since my partner's departure in April [redacted]. I eagerly anticipate your guidance on this issue. Thank you for your attention. Best regards, Kirk P. I need assistance with my Instagram account, @phuctran._. I temporarily deactivated it and recently created a sub account, @p.tranvisual. All my links seem to have transferred to the new account, and now I can't access my primary one. When I attempt to recover my account using my email [redacted], it doesn't show up in the help section. Additionally, my phone number [redacted] is now linked to my secondary account inexplicably. Upon trying to log in with my username, it prompts me for an authentication code, but I keep receiving an error message when I enter it, even with the backup codes. What's even more peculiar is that when I use the "find my account" feature and input my email, it shows no users found. However, if I try to register a new account with the same email, it indicates that the email is already taken. It appears to be a technical issue that needs to be addressed.

Hello, I am reaching out because my Facebook account has been disabled suddenly. I contacted Facebook, and they mentioned security issues and a violation of their terms, which I find confusing as I don't recall breaking any rules. I believe it's essential for Facebook to inform users of any potential violations beforehand to prevent misunderstandings. With the rise of hacking and false reports, it's crucial to address these issues promptly. I trust you can assist me in reactivating my account. I provided my email [redacted] and my name Odai S. Bannoura for reference. I have already submitted my Passport ID and an appeal. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Odai B.

I have been trying to reach out for assistance with accessing my account linked to [redacted] I am unable to log in even though my password is correct, as it requires two-factor authentication. Unfortunately, my phone number is associated with a different account named Charles Haddad, while my main account is under Chuck Haddad. I also have a third account with the email [redacted] As my phone number is not linked to my main account, I am stuck at the two-step verification process. Currently, I am in Grenada for medical school and cannot receive SMS messages, but I can receive iMessages. I have uploaded my passport multiple times to recover my account without success. I need access to important study groups. Is there a way to add my phone number to my main account, bypass the two-step verification, or regain access to my account through other means? I primarily accessed my account through my laptop and phone, which are both logged out now. Any guidance on resolving this issue would be appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue with Facebook Marketplace. The responses I am receiving seem automated, which leads me to believe a bot is handling my problem. I am filing a formal complaint about a glitch on Facebook Marketplace that created a listing using my garden fountain photo and text without my consent. Despite my attempts to revert it to a regular post, the issue persisted. I did not intentionally list my fountain, and I did not input any information to create a listing. I managed to remove the unauthorized post by deleting the photo and text, then reposted a different image of my garden. After recently purchasing a bed on the platform, this glitch occurred. I am unsure if this purchase triggered it, but regardless, I should not be blocked from Marketplace for addressing this problem. I am certain I am not the only one facing this issue. Please review and address this matter promptly. Case #[redacted][redacted] Kind regards, [Initials] Attachment: fountain.jpg

I am experiencing an issue with Facebook Marketplace. The responses I received seem to be automated messages with generic responses. My problem seems straightforward, so much that it feels like a bot is handling it. Case #[redacted][redacted] Today, I am reaching out again to file a formal complaint about a GLITCH on Facebook Marketplace. Somehow, a photo and text of my garden fountain were turned into a Marketplace listing without my consent. Despite my attempts to revert it to a regular post, the issue persisted. I want to make it clear that I did not intentionally list my fountain on Marketplace and did not input any information for a listing. I only managed to remove the photo and text and repost a picture of my garden. I suspect this may have been triggered after purchasing a bed on Marketplace, though I cannot confirm. The fact that I was blocked from Marketplace is unacceptable, and I demand my access to be reinstated.
