Please assist me with logging into my account. Although I use a different name, my accounts are genuine, and I have many photos stored there. I created two Facebook accounts because I have two SIM cards and phone numbers, one for family and one for work. It is frustrating that confirming my identity is challenging; these accounts are personal and not for illicit activities. I kindly request a simpler way to verify my identity, like sending a security code to my phone number ending in [redacted]8. I regret posting personal photos of myself and my family. My account name is David King, inspired by King David from the Bible. Your cooperation with sending a security code would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking your assistance regarding my hacked Facebook and Messenger accounts. My username is Stephan Ginobili, and my name is Stephan Estrella. This incident has caused me emotional and mental distress, and I have already reached out to my lawyer to take legal action. I kindly request that you block or remove this account to prevent further harm to me and my family. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Please contact me via email at [redacted] for any updates or assistance provided. Thank you.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with Facebook disabling my new account, citing violations of their community standards that I have not committed. I have submitted a genuine photo for verification purposes to prove my identity. I am frustrated as I should not face consequences for actions I did not do. The individual causing these troubles is Dawn Bocci from Ontario, Canada. She misleadingly promises money to people, then seizes control of their original Facebook and email accounts, deactivating them. I urge for her accountability and legal actions. Meanwhile, I would appreciate assistance in retrieving my old account, under the name Deborah Schenk, with my secure and updated Gmail address. Please address this matter with Facebook promptly.

I have been locked out of my Facebook account, possibly due to a perceived security issue. I am currently overseas, which might have triggered a false alarm on their end. The problem is exacerbated by the fact that I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my account, thus hindering the standard retrieval process. Despite submitting my ID multiple times to verify my identity, I keep receiving the same unhelpful responses from Facebook. The reset links and passwords provided do not work, leaving me in a frustrating situation where I risk losing all my valuable data on the account. I am seeking an alternative solution from Facebook to gain access back to my account and preserve my photos, messages, and contacts. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, We have created a Business Manager account to manage our paid advertisements and handle our various pages belonging to the MRC de la Vallée-du-Richelieu. The Vallée-du-Richelieu Development Service page was formerly known as the Vallée-du-Richelieu CLD page (we have changed the name). When attempting to add our pages to the Business Manager, it shows that the request is pending. We are not receiving any authorization requests on our different accounts to approve this and proceed with our paid advertisements. Could you please guide me through this process? Thank you! Jenny P. I hope you are doing well. I want to share a situation where I fell into a trap or scam. They lured me with promises of double profit investments. They requested my Facebook ID and password. After giving them this information, they requested me to confirm logging in from another country, then they changed my email and password, creating a new account. Please review the details. My birth date is 21-05-[redacted], and my full name is Fazal Rahman Mohd Khan. I have since changed the login details through email, but now when I enter my credentials, they are sending the security code to an unknown number.

I am facing harassment on Facebook by an individual who continues to create new pages despite my blocking them. I did not authorize the use of my photo on their current page, and they are now harassing my wife since I deleted my account on May 28th. I request that her page, under the name Jasmine Echevarria/ejasminelza with contact information from Cross City, FL, working at Tri County Primary Care, be taken down as it is illegal for her to use my photo and torment my family. Another account of hers has already been removed, and I urge for the removal of this one too to prevent further harassment. It is important to address this promptly to avoid involving legal action. Thank you.

The page was unfortunately taken down after a complaint about copyright infringement. It's surprising as the post was a tribute to Wendel Bezerra, the voice actor of Goku in Dragon Ball, with the anime's opening only sung by him. The post included a sentence praising the joy this combination brought. It's unclear who made the complaint or how it caused harm. Facebook allows anyone to report, making it hard to understand. The notification led to the page's removal, despite over 12 years of engaging with a geeky audience, having [redacted],[redacted] followers, and sharing [redacted] posts. Facebook lacks a way for us to contact them, see the complaint, or appeal. Hopefully, someone can help rectify this error as we're in the dark about it. Thank you, and may the force be with you all!

Hello, I manage the Facebook page "World of Fashion - Made in Italy," a men's clothing boutique in Berlin. We recently rebranded as "Laudano," keeping the same ownership. Unfortunately, we are unable to rename the Facebook page to reflect this change and prefer not to create a new page to avoid losing our customers and followers. Instead, we created a Facebook Location page for "Laudano" and would like to link it to our existing page. Additionally, our Instagram handle has been updated to @laudano.madeinitaly, and we are having trouble tagging the new location. Our requests are: 1. Rename "World of Fashion" page to "LAUDANO" 2. Link the "LAUDANO" page with the "Laudano" location Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Facebook, I closed my account shortly before the Cambridge Analytica news and asked for all my data. Now I'm worried my information was shared without my consent. I need confirmation that my details weren't shared and would like proof. Thank you, Phil Monaghan

Hello, my name is Misty, spelled M-I-S-T-I-E Schauer. My Facebook profile is "Misty made you look." My phone number linked to that Facebook account is located in the area code [redacted]. Recently, I've been experiencing an issue where Facebook sends a six-digit code to my old phone number every time I log out, preventing me from accessing my account. As a result, my Facebook has been deactivated unintentionally, and I'm unable to retrieve important photos or access my daughter's account. To resolve this matter, please contact me via email at [redacted] I would greatly appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my Facebook account.

I received your message regarding Mr. Darryl Butcher and find it offensive. Despite his abuse towards me, I did not engage with his comments and simply requested a review. I also asked for your stance on anti-English racism. Your reaction suggests bias, which is unlawful in my country, the EU, and many other nations. By allowing D. Butcher's abuse, you are endorsing it. He instigated the insults, to which I responded without filing a complaint. Insulting a whole country is unacceptable. I urge you to apply rules fairly to all individuals. I am awaiting your response.

I created my Facebook account before having a cell phone and used my father's home number. After years passed and I forgot my password and Yahoo email, I tried to recover my account in June 5th, [redacted]. When changing my password, I used my current cell number and got into someone else's account named Riaza Avrizo. Despite uploading my ID multiple times for verification, I missed some links and a one-time password reset due to notifications being off and losing my phone temporarily. The old disconnected home number is still associated with my account, and Riaza still has my current cell number on her profile. Facebook mistakenly identifies me as Riaza Arvizo, complicating the recovery process each time I attempt it. Requesting assistance online led me to a form for confirming my phone number and carrier, but Facebook did not offer this form. Unfortunately, my account holds contact with old friends, and I've struggled to regain access despite multiple attempts.

I’m having trouble with my Facebook account after logging out from another device. It became disabled and required me to confirm my identity due to a suspected login. I changed the password and tried to confirm but reached an hourly limit. The only option left is to confirm on another phone or computer, which didn’t work for me. I’ve seen others have success by contacting Facebook support or sending IDs, but I can’t find that option. How can I resolve this and regain access to my account? Your assistance is appreciated.

My Instagram account was hacked on July 20th, a Saturday, while I wasn't even near my laptop. I can no longer log in and need help to resolve this issue. The hacker accessed my laptop and posted photos/videos on my Instagram account while I was out. Instagram is essential for my business, and I was planning to invest more in advertising. I feel violated and stressed not being able to connect with my clients. I take pride in my Instagram image and would never violate Facebook/Instagram guidelines. I'd appreciate any help in regaining access to my account. Thank you, Kevin Torrez Instagram: Kevin_Xclusiv Chicago, IL

Last week, I noticed strange pop-ups on my Facebook account. I haven't accessed my Yahoo email since [redacted] and cannot remember the password. I contacted Yahoo, and they informed me that the account was deactivated due to inactivity. However, I have been using this email for my Facebook login. I am willing to provide my name, date of birth, recent posts, and even a picture of my ID to verify my identity. Unfortunately, I never updated my contact information on Facebook, so my old phone numbers are outdated for password retrieval. As I created my Facebook account a long time ago, any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my partner has been facing harassment on Facebook from someone who is trying to disrupt our 13-year relationship for personal gain. Despite blocking this individual, they continuously create new accounts, making it an effortless process. Surprisingly, the person's grandfather has an alarming number of Facebook accounts - 13 that we are aware of, while the individual's spouse has 5. We are baffled by how this is possible and why Facebook does not flag such behavior. Despite reporting it, the police are unable to intervene as the messages are not deemed threatening. Even after requesting this person to cease contact verbally, Facebook seems to enable this behavior. This has been ongoing for more than a year with no resolution in sight. How can Facebook address and prevent such persistent harassment due to the lack of enforcement of its terms and conditions? - T. Patterson

Hello, my partner has been experiencing harassment on Facebook from someone intent on sabotaging our relationship for personal gain. Despite blocking them, this individual creates numerous accounts easily. Shockingly, the person's grandfather is also involved with multiple Facebook accounts, along with the grandfather's spouse. We are baffled by how this can happen and frustrated with the inability to prevent it. Law enforcement hasn't been able to help as the messages are not considered threatening. We are at a loss for how to stop this ongoing harassment due to Facebook's lax enforcement of its terms and conditions. Any advice on addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - T.P.

Around 4/15/19, we received a message from Facebook stating that one of our posts did not meet their guidelines. Despite deleting unauthorized posts appearing on our page, we found $[redacted].00 in charges on our credit card statement for an ad supposedly placed during that period. Contacting Facebook several times through the support center, I explained that my account was hacked, and I did not create the ad. Facebook's response remains that my ad did not comply with their standards and my account is blocked. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].00.

Good afternoon, I am having trouble accessing my Facebook page under the name Mario Arafat Doniz. My actual name is Nestor Arafat Doniz, but I prefer to go by Mario. The issue is that Facebook has disabled my account where I run my business page named the Brother Barbaras Shop. Here is my email address, [redacted], and telephone number, +[redacted]2. Your help in resolving this matter promptly is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
