Today I attempted to create a new Facebook account using an old email address that I seldom use. Upon checking my inbox, I discovered numerous Facebook notifications in Indonesian, which left me perplexed. Despite this, I proceeded with the account creation process. Facebook flagged a security concern and the prompts started appearing in Indonesian, requesting that I reach out to a list of friends to confirm my identity. Since I did not recognize any of the individuals listed, and their accounts were in Indonesian, I felt uneasy, especially considering I never linked a Facebook account to this email. This raised concerns that someone might be using my email address to operate a Facebook account without my knowledge. I would appreciate it if Facebook could terminate the account associated with my email.

I recently received a notification that my Facebook account may have been hacked. To verify my identity, I have been asked to provide a passport photo ID. However, I am currently unable to access my account through my phone since I changed my phone number to +44 [redacted] a few weeks ago and failed to update it on my profile. I am certain that my account has not been compromised because I changed my password a few days ago. I am seeking guidance on the fastest way to resolve this matter. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Rasheeda Freeman. I recently reached out to your team regarding an issue with my Facebook account. Although I thought it was resolved, I keep encountering problems. When logging in, I receive suspicious activity warnings, and after submitting my license as requested, my account gets deactivated. Despite following instructions, my account remains disabled. I have used several email addresses such as [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] I suspect my foreign-sounding name may be a factor, even though I am a Christian. This experience has been embarrassing, and I feel frustrated creating new accounts only to have them deactivated repeatedly. Can you please advise me on what could be causing this issue? I recently tried to create a business account with the email [redacted], but encountered further problems with identity verification. I am eager to use my business number [redacted] and email [redacted] I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide. Thank you for your help.

My comment was wrongfully reported, resulting in a 30-day ban from Facebook. Despite a comment on CBS News invoking violence against gay individuals, my response was labeled as "bullying and harassment." I am frustrated and upset by this double standard. I will be reaching out to media outlets with evidence of this situation. Facebook is failing its users by penalizing the victims while allowing actual harassment to go unchecked. This unjust treatment needs to be addressed and corrected.

I recently discovered that a phone number was linked to my account without my knowledge, and I've been unable to remove it for unknown reasons. Additionally, I received an email from [redacted] stating that my password had been reset. Despite my attempts to recover my account, I found that my emails and phone numbers had been removed. I've tried different methods, including submitting my ID for verification, but all I received was an email with an invalid link to regain access and a new password that I'm unsure how to proceed with.

On June 21, [redacted], my mom encountered an issue with her Facebook account. The account suddenly prompted that her login had expired and she was signed out. Upon attempting to log back in, her credentials were not accepted. She decided to reset her password, but encountered difficulty as the 6-digit confirmation code provided did not work after multiple attempts. Subsequently, the code stopped being sent altogether. The following day, she encountered a notification stating that the phone number linked to the account did not exist when attempting to log in. Despite trying various account recovery methods, she continued to receive a message stating that the entered email or phone number did not match any account. She utilizes an iPhone 6S for this account. Could you please investigate and assist in recovering her account?

To whom it may concern,
I believe my Facebook account, which I have had for eight years, was possibly hacked around two years ago and was accidentally deactivated. Although my official name is not listed on that account, I am willing to change it back to my official name if I can recover the account. I have important photos on that account of my daughter and granddaughter, which is why I am eager to regain access. The name on the account is Tammy Mae Baldwin Melton, but my official name is Tammy Mae Richeson. I have previously reached out for help but have not received any human assistance. I am hopeful that there is a way to retrieve my account. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Tammy M. Richeson

Hello, my name is Nicholas Hawley. I recently worked for a company that used Facebook for business in the construction industry. Unfortunately, myself and three other employees were laid off suddenly without notice. We were told it was due to the company's lack of profitability, which I believe to be false as we handle the company's finances. The situation is concerning as we were in the midst of a project when this happened. The company's owner, Mr. David Turton, received over £50,[redacted] from customers, but only £36,[redacted] was spent. He owes money to various parties, including around £8,[redacted] to scaffolders, £13,[redacted] to suppliers and builders merchants, and nearly £5,[redacted] to us employees. Additionally, he took deposits from customers and didn't fulfill the work. I have evidence of the tax deductions he made from our salaries, amounting to roughly £25,[redacted] collectively, which he hasn't submitted to the tax authorities. I have reported this to HMRC, who confirmed he hasn't reported any employees. I intend to involve the police and have his accounts permanently shut down. His businesses are DT Roofing/DT Roofing and Loft Conversions, and he operates in Sheffield, England. I seek immediate action on this matter. Thank you for your attention.

I received a call from +[redacted][redacted] on June 6, [redacted], around 7:00 PM. The person claimed to be from Facebook, offering me [redacted] naira airtime for my upcoming birthday on June 7, [redacted]. He asked to send a confirmation code to validate my account, which I unwittingly shared. As a result, my account got hacked, and the hacker used it for fraudulent activities. After resetting my password, I noticed a drastic decrease in my friends list and missing posts. I decided to delete my Facebook account to prevent further misuse. Despite receiving ongoing calls about the fraudulent behavior, I remain concerned about my reputation. My Facebook name is Ayoola Muideen Alabi, and you can contact me at +[redacted][redacted].

My account was disabled a week ago. While I was browsing Messenger, I suddenly got logged out, and I couldn't log back in. I was informed that my Facebook account was disabled. I believe this was done in error as I did not break any rules. I have already submitted my ID to verify my identity, but I haven't received any response from Facebook in a week. I'm concerned as I have many childhood photos uploaded there. I've used that account for over 7 years, and this is the first time this has happened to me. My friend also had their account deactivated recently, but I'm really hoping to recover mine. Can anyone advise me on how to reactivate my account or how to get a response from Facebook? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, yesterday on Facebook, a new page suddenly popped up informing me to reset my password following some recent changes to my account. As my account was hacked three weeks ago and subsequently deactivated by Facebook for security reasons, I had to create a new page to reach out to them. After receiving an email from them to reactivate my account, I changed my password several times before gaining access again. Now, when I attempt to log in, the password change page reappears, and despite entering my password correctly (even copied from Dashlane), it rejects it. This situation leaves me stuck without a way to move forward. I am unsure if this issue is from Facebook or an attached popup to my login page. I am puzzled as to how my account could be compromised again so quickly, especially with a complex password. Could a laptop restore help resolve this if it's a harmful attachment? I am in a predicament and would appreciate guidance on how to proceed when the password change page keeps appearing whenever I interact with Facebook. Thank you, John.

I am having trouble logging in via touch screen on my phone. Previously, I could log in by touching the screen, but now it won't let me. Whenever I try to enter my password, it says I am using an old one. Usually, it sends a temporary password to my cell phone, but I am not receiving it now. I am concerned my account might have been hacked. I can access Facebook through Chrome as I didn't log out completely once, but I cannot add an email to fix the login issue. Please assist me as I use Facebook for business and to store important photos. My name on Facebook is Crystale Lynn, and I have added my mother, Linda Bridges, as a contact. I can provide any necessary information if needed, such as my phone number [redacted] or email [redacted]. Please help me regain access to my account.

I have encountered a series of issues. Initially, I legally changed my name in [redacted], which led to complications after losing multiple cell phones and experiencing theft. Consequently, I had to alter my email addresses numerous times over the past few years.
Following the theft of my cell phone, linked to my Facebook account, and the subsequent unavailability of the associated email addresses, I encountered challenges verifying my identity when resetting passwords. To regain access to Facebook recently, I created a new account connected to my current email address. However, I have observed four profiles bearing my current name on Facebook, suggesting that individuals who fraudulently posed as government officials and withdrew over $[redacted] from my checking accounts last year may still be attempting to infiltrate my account and obtain personal information.
I am interested in reactivating my original account and having the duplicates removed.

I recently encountered an issue with my Facebook account where the language switched to Spanish, and while trying to change it back, I accidentally triggered the login with a password option. Unfortunately, I had changed my password a few months ago and couldn't recall it. When attempting the recovery process, I realized the email associated with the account is from [redacted] ([redacted]), and I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account for verification. Despite making efforts with Yahoo and checking my credit reports, I can't locate the old phone number. I can provide detailed information about my account, including personal details and contacts like my children (Jase, Jacob, Allie - jajaallie). How can I regain access to my Facebook account? Who should I contact for assistance with this issue?

I need assistance with my disabled Facebook account due to a security issue. I believe it was mistakenly disabled as I have not violated any rules. I provided all the requested information such as email, full name, and a picture of an official document. However, when I try to submit the information, an unknown error occurs. I am unable to contact Facebook to explain my situation and my account, which is important to me as it contains connections with family and friends, remains inaccessible. I am willing to undergo any necessary verification to prove ownership of the account. I have tried using the Facebook Help Center for account recovery without success. Any help in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated.

I have been attempting to list a wallet on Marketplace for the last 24 hours, but it keeps getting flagged for review without any resolution. This has happened before with other items, causing me to give up on posting altogether. While trying to address the issue, I found a support inbox with past interactions. On April 20th, I recall encountering a problem when listing some new boxes of brand-name cologne that were flagged and led to a warning of a potential permanent ban. I appealed this decision and eventually regained access. However, upon checking recently, I was notified of a permanent ban due to policy violations related to the cologne sales. I am confused by this and would appreciate a thorough review of my case to understand the reasons behind the ban. I assure you that if given another chance, I will adhere to all terms and policies diligently. I am Bryan Rust on Facebook with the email [redacted] linked to my account, but please respond to my updated email for communication. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
