I need help deleting my Facebook account. In October [redacted], my account was hacked, and I had to change my password. Since I rarely use Facebook, I can't recall the new password. Despite trying the usual recovery steps, I haven't had any success. I'm frustrated because I'm being contacted by unwanted individuals on Facebook. The issue is that the password reset code I receive isn't working. I've waited for months, but every time I try, it says I've used the code too many times. I've reached my limit, and I just want to recover my account to delete it completely.

Hello, I recently received a notification from Facebook stating that Rs.3.39 was deducted from my account for an Instagram ad without a proper reason. I tried to find a Facebook helpline number to address this issue and came across a toll-free number, +1[redacted]. Unfortunately, when I called this number, Rs.24.45 was deducted from my balance. I hope to receive a prompt response to resolve this matter. I appreciate the hard work of the large team behind Facebook and kindly request your assistance in resolving my concern. Thank you.

I need assistance with logging into my active Facebook account. I have made multiple attempts to contact the Facebook help desk via email without success. Despite following the password reset instructions available on the help desk pages and reviewing other users' suggestions, I have been unable to regain access. The issue lies in the fact that my email address is not associated with my current active Facebook profile, and it appears that my mobile number is not linked as well. I have requested the help desk to send me an email to facilitate the password reset for my active account. My mobile number is [redacted], although it is attached to an inactive account that I have unintentionally created and deactivated a few times. Furthermore, I have two inactive accounts linked to my mobile number, which I would like to have permanently deleted. Kindly send an email or text message containing the reset link for my active account. I am willing to provide my driver's license for verification purposes.

To Whom It May Concern, I suspect that my account has been compromised since my friends reported conversations I never had. I can no longer access my mobile number or email since they are no longer active. Despite this, I can provide personal information, details of individuals on my blocked list, and old passwords pre-theft. I possess another email and Facebook account with identical personal information. I also have access to my Instagram account linked to my Facebook, along with the original password. Please assist me in recovering or closing the account as my identity is at risk. If no help is provided, I may need to contact the authorities for assistance as this situation is distressing. Thank you, Daniel Goncalves

My mother, Anna D., is distributing inappropriate photos of my wife to multiple individuals, including my minor sister and my wife’s mother. The pictures originated from my sister, Colleen D. (possibly also known as Colleen K.), who took advantage of my wife two years ago. I am Tyler D., serving in the Navy, and this situation poses a security threat to my wife, Ashley D., and me. I urgently request the removal of all these photos. Thank you.

I have been in a relationship with Moe Keepsitreal Moss since June of last year. I recently returned from a wonderful trip to Charlotte, NC, where we celebrated our one-year anniversary. Last night, Moe accidentally blocked me on Facebook while falling asleep on his phone. I discovered this when I tried to send him a message on Messenger this morning. After speaking with him, he explained that it was unintentional. Now, on both our profiles, it only shows "In a relationship" without specifying the partner's name. We both want our profiles to display who we are in a relationship with. How can we correct this?

I have been trying to contact Instagram for three days with no response regarding my hacked account. The username, password, and email associated with my account have all been changed, leaving me unable to restore my information. My previous username was Vic7Sinz, and my name is Vicky Sinishtaj. I received an email stating that my password was changed on Friday, and since then, I have been unable to log in or request a new password because the email for recovery was altered. Despite following Instagram's recommended steps and reaching out for help through their support center, I have not received any response. Attempts to call their phone line have also been unsuccessful. Please reach out to me via email or phone at [redacted]. The attached images show the new username and partial email being used on my account. Additionally, it appears that my account now offers [redacted] followers to those who follow it.

I have three separate accounts that I would like to merge into one. I have tried to reset passwords without success, and I do not even know the account numbers. I can identify the accounts by the photos associated with them: one with me and my husband waving, one with two youngsters on a rope/tire swing, and one family picture. There may also be a fourth with my husband and me in swimsuits with a kayak. Some of my previous passwords include: Janseyfun!70, Janspirit14!, jansey74, Jansey75!!, Handygal70, Spirit14!, and Spirit10 from way back. My current usernames are [redacted] and [redacted] I am considering deleting all three or four accounts and starting fresh. I am 75 years old and feeling frustrated. Would appreciate guidance on how to proceed, perhaps through a phone conversation.

I have noticed several individuals on Facebook using multiple fake profile pictures. I have been keeping a record of my interactions with each impersonator. I believe Facebook security should be made aware of this. I am willing to collaborate with Facebook in tracking and addressing these users. I suggest adding an icon on the homepage for users to easily report impersonators. Users can be a valuable ally in maintaining the site's integrity. Contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Please pass on this suggestion to the CEO. Thank you, Aubrey.

After being logged out of my account, I attempted to reset my password by using the passcode sent to my phone. This allowed me to reset the password successfully. The next day when I tried to log in again, I was logged out unexpectedly. When I tried to log back in, it stated that the passcode I entered was invalid, despite it being the one I had set the previous day. I attempted to reset my password, but the option of using a phone code was not available, only an outdated email address which I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, this prevented me from accessing my Facebook account. I then tried to reset my email provider password without success.

Our son, Todd Eager, passed away 2 1/2 years ago, and we have maintained his Facebook account as per the request of the IU Nation and his many friends and loved ones. Unfortunately, within the last 1-1 1/2 hours, his account has been hacked by someone of Middle Eastern descent, as evidenced by posts and language used. As his parents with power of attorney and access to all his accounts and passwords, we are distressed that we cannot access his Facebook account, to which we had full access until now with written consent. We urgently seek help to resolve this issue and preserve his account as a memorial, including responses from the time of his passing. Thank you, Dianne Eager.

Hello! My father-in-law's Facebook account was recently compromised. Someone posted inappropriate content and changed the password. I understand that there may be limitations in resolving this issue, but resetting the password to an earlier state would be greatly appreciated. Alternatively, if reverting the password is not possible, we are seeking assistance in removing the problematic post that is negatively impacting their work and involvement with foster care. I am grateful for your attention to this matter and eagerly await any feedback, even if it is to inform us of the constraints in rectifying the situation. Thank you.

I am a retired school teacher who continues teaching voice in my retirement. Last week, a criminal gained access to my computer remotely via Supremo, deleting my documents and downloading 5 inappropriate photos, resulting in my FB account being disabled. $[redacted] was fraudulently charged to my Paypal account. A specialist confirmed the existence of the photos on my C: drive, and my computer was cleaned and software reinstalled to prevent further access. My FB account was vital for staying connected with nearly [redacted] friends, students, and family, so I am distressed by this violation. I hope we can communicate by phone to address the content posted and regain control by removing the photos and updating my password. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I need assistance with my account. Earlier today, I was informed of possible interference and suspected phishing activity. I tried to recover my account as instructed, but it has been unsuccessful. During the final step of deleting items from Marketplace, I keep receiving an error message stating 'something went wrong, try later.' The process repeatedly asks me to reset passwords, leading to confusion. Your help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dave B.

I've been managing social media accounts for my boss's apartment complex. Recently, I encountered a problem with one account's login. When I tried to log in, a different account would appear. After indicating it wasn't mine, I had to sign in again. Once, the password was changed without my knowledge. Despite inquiring with colleagues, no one admitted to altering the password. I reset it through my email. Now, the login prompts me for a personal photo, which I am hesitant to provide as it's a work account. Regrettably, I'm unable to access the account without uploading a photo. I'm unsure how to proceed. Any advice would be appreciated.

Kim Caracappa has posted pictures of my 6-year-old daughter, Kendal Smith, on her Facebook profile without my permission. She is in a relationship with Ken Smith, my daughter's father. Despite having residential custody, my requests to remove the photos have been ignored, and I have been blocked. Kim's profile is not a safe space as she is involved in drug-related environments. Considering the safety of my child, I believe that Kim's profile should be shut down to protect my daughter's privacy. I am considering involving the police and have informed my lawyer about this issue. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you, Danielle DeGeorge.

I recently received a message from Mary Nathaniel on Facebook claiming to be from Facebook HQ, mentioning about a promotional lottery program I supposedly won. They provided numbers like Lucky Number (FB-17 98 09 67 46) and asked me to choose between check delivery or ATM card delivery for my winnings. They asked for personal details like Full Name, Home Address, Phone Number, Occupation, Email Address, and Phone Network. This all seems suspicious to me.

I've been using Facebook Marketplace for about 2 months without any issues. However, recently I lost access to my posts and couldn't respond to anyone. Another company linked to Facebook charged $[redacted] to my American Express card, claiming they could fix the problem within a couple of days. Over the past 2 months, they kept giving me different excuses like my account being hacked. Just recently, they said they couldn't do anything. I'm curious to know which Facebook subsidiary would charge money for Marketplace assistance without being able to resolve the issue. Thank you.
