Every time I use Facebook, I keep getting banned from posting in groups for violating the rules. I'm not sure how I am breaking any rules. Initially, I shared some links to my blog, which is all about amateur (Ham) radio. I shared them on my page and group and then to other like-minded groups which I thought was a good idea. I received great feedback with many likes and constructive comments. After the 7-day ban was lifted, I avoided using links to my blog to be safe. Instead, I created an event for a live stream of a space station astronaut talking to a local school. I shared this event in 5 amateur radio-related groups and got automatically banned again for 7 days. I'm unsure if I'm really breaking the rules. Can anyone advise me on how I can share links and events or get content from my blog onto Facebook as guides and instructions? I appreciate any help before I lose all my hair. Thank you. - James Preece, M0JFP, Part of Make Experiment and Operate MX0MXO group.

Since [redacted], I've been using my Facebook account without any privacy or hacking issues. Recently, my sister-in-law informed me about a group message sent from my account with screenshots of past conversations, which I did not initiate. Checking my activity log, I noticed unfamiliar login and logout records. Additionally, the IP addresses associated with these logins do not match my locations. Despite changing my password multiple times, unauthorized access continues. I fear losing control over my account and worry that creating a new account may not solve the problem. I suspect a few individuals might be targeting me. Please assist me with this urgent matter.

Concerned about Privacy I recently witnessed the release of Shawn Brooks' name to a news agency, which raised serious concerns about privacy protection within your organization. I believe that my personal information should only be disclosed in response to a legally binding subpoena. The lack of respect for privacy displayed in the Shawn Brooks situation reveals a worrisome bias at Facebook. I am seeking reassurance regarding my own privacy rights under your policies before deciding on further steps. Your response will determine my future actions. I intend to share this letter widely to raise awareness, so I urge you to address this issue promptly and truthfully. Thank you, Jamie Pomana

I am writing as an assistant to Dr. Renae Norton, who manages the "Eating Disorder Pro" page on Facebook. There have been issues with the ads on the page not being visible or controllable for several months. Despite being an admin, I couldn't see two ads that were running and costing about $[redacted] a month until recently when I accessed the ads through Dr. Norton's personal account. The ads were buried in a list of inactive ads, causing difficulty in identifying and deactivating them. Moving forward, we plan to run one promotion at a time to prevent a similar situation. We are requesting a credit for the money spent on ads that were not easily accessible to admins. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated as we intend to continue advertising on Facebook. Thank you for your consideration.

I was banned for 3 days, which was extended to 7 because an old picture of Tommy Robinson was found. Although I accepted that, my ban was then increased to 30 days without any additional content of him being posted. My account, which holds videos and pictures of my late mum and friends, was disabled and I cannot retrieve them. I am due for a major operation at Leicester Royal tomorrow and have no means to notify my loved ones. This feels like victimization, especially since my 10-year-old account has sentimental value to me. I refuse to create a new account like others do and demand access to my account to retrieve important photos, videos, and messenger conversations. I am a 60-year-old woman with health issues being unduly affected by this situation. I will involve a solicitor as this action is incredibly cruel. No reason was provided for disabling my account. My name is Joy Elaine Murfin, and my profile picture features over-the-knee boots with skulls.

Dear GetHuman, I am frustrated that my issue remains unresolved. Facebook blocking me from the Marketplace without explanation has been extremely disappointing. While I ran ads for Scarface prints, this sudden ban leaves me puzzled. I believe Facebook's actions are unjust, and their monopoly is under scrutiny. I look forward to the consequences they will face for their questionable practices. Zuckerberg and his team should be held accountable for their actions. I condemn their behavior and hope justice is served soon. Thank you.

Hello everyone. I could use some assistance with troubleshooting for my first client ad. I am split-testing an ad for a real estate agent, comparing a customer lookalike audience to different interests targeting. Initially, the customer lookalike audience worked, but duplicating the ad seems to be causing issues. When selecting detailed targeting, I aim to choose two specific interests: 1. Detailed Targeting > Demographics > Home > Home Ownership 2. Detailed Targeting > Behaviors > Residential profiles > Likely to Move I am encountering a problem where "Home" is not showing up under interests, and "Residential profiles" is missing under behaviors. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I wonder if these options have been removed or if there's another reason they are not available to me. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

I have encountered issues with my Facebook accounts being disabled. Several of my friends, including my wife, use aliases on the platform, like me changing my account name to reflect my Buddhist clergy title and name. Despite submitting photos as requested, my accounts remain disabled. Recently, my account under my real name Nathaniel Merritt was temporarily disabled, requesting additional photo verification. After multiple attempts, a close-up photo was finally accepted. I'm awaiting reactivation. If needed, my email is [redacted] and phone numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. As a disabled shut-in, Facebook is crucial for me; I seek clarity on why I'm facing this targeted action and just want access to my main Nathaniel Merritt account. Feel free to disable other accounts.

I do not have a personal computer at home, so I typically use Facebook on my Android device. However, when I briefly logged into my account from a PC yesterday, I was prompted by Facebook to confirm some transactions that I had indeed made. Despite verifying the transactions, Facebook flagged security concerns. I complied with their requests for more information, including sending a photo of myself. Now, whenever I try to log in from my Android, Facebook notifies me that they are still reviewing the photo and to try again later. I want to address the issue promptly since my Facebook profile is under my pen name, Lnego Arts, rather than my legal name. I am unsure of how to proceed and would appreciate advice on how to resolve this matter with Facebook.

My name is Alice Otero, and I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted]. Recently, my Facebook account got hacked and subsequently disabled. I've made numerous attempts to regain access without success. Strangely, it seems my account is linked to someone with the same phone number, as their pictures and timeline appear when I log in. Despite trying to send a code to my phone number for verification, the system displays my old numbers, [redacted] and [redacted], which are no longer active. I urgently need help to separate our accounts and regain control of mine to ensure my privacy and data security. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Alice Otero.

Breeders have utilized Facebook for networking and promoting litters for years. Facebook's recent enforcement of their rule against selling live animals has caused our breeder pages to be disabled after years of paying to boost ads. Despite being categorized as businesses, not private parties, our pages are affected. Many breeders, including myself, have refrained from using sales language or pricing in posts, yet pages are still disabled for minor infractions. It is frustrating that after benefiting from our paid promotions for so long, Facebook is now implementing this strict enforcement. We are eager to engage with Facebook to address the impact this has on our community, given our longstanding support and financial investment in their platform.

Hello, I recently deleted my Facebook page a few months ago due to having too many fake friends with fake accounts. I tried to create a new account but it got disabled because of some new guidelines. This also affected my email and phone number. I need my account enabled for my business and to connect with Instagram. I've already submitted my identification card. I'm unable to receive any codes on my cell number to activate my account. Could someone help me with this issue? Thank you.

Today, I noticed that from my perspective on Facebook, I had no friends at all. I suspect that a hacker or something similar has deleted all of my Facebook friends without my knowledge. I contacted my girlfriend and another friend, and both of them could still see that we were friends on their Facebook accounts. Strangely, they even received friend requests from me, despite us already being connected on Facebook from their perspective. On my Facebook account, however, it was showing that I have zero friends and that my friend requests were pending. I am unsure how to resolve this issue. I have spent time building a network of around 2[redacted] Facebook friends, including personal and business contacts. Any assistance in addressing this problem would be greatly appreciated.

When I opened the Facebook app on my Android phone, it seemed like the app had reset, asking me to add friends as if I was a new user. After skipping through and restarting the app, I found that my friends were no longer listed. I've confirmed with my friends that we are still connected, and they didn't receive any friend requests from me. Additionally, I've unintentionally reported my partner for a post without them being notified. As a precaution, I've changed my password. However, I'm concerned about the friend list issue as it seems I've lost contact only on my side.

Hello, my name is Erik Vasquez, and I have not used my Facebook account since [redacted]. I am reaching out for help in deleting this account as I no longer want it to be associated with my name. I unfortunately do not have access to my old email or phone number to receive a verification code. I have tried reaching out to Yahoo for help, but I had trouble answering the security questions. I can verify my identity and prove that it is me, but I am struggling to resolve this issue on my own. I am looking for assistance from a live representative or one-on-one help from Gethuman. It is frustrating that Facebook accounts do not delete automatically after a few years, as this could have prevented this situation from occurring. Thank you for your support.

I recently shared a post with important photos, and although I received notifications of comments on my lock screen, I couldn't view them within the app. Even after trying to troubleshoot and fix the issue, now my newsfeed isn't working at all. I've attempted to reset the app, but it keeps showing an error message. I'm really hoping to restore access to my newsfeed and catch up on the comments that seem to be missing. Thank you.

My name is Alex C. and I am from Corinth, MS. I had an account under the email address [redacted], which I created 12 years ago. Over time, I started using a different email address for my daily activities, but my Facebook account remained linked to the old yahoo email. Unfortunately, due to inactivity, my yahoo email account was closed. When I tried to access my Facebook account on a new device, I couldn't remember my password and was unable to reset it because the yahoo email was inactive. The phone number associated with the account is also outdated. As a result, it seems my Facebook account has been deactivated, as friends are unable to find my profile when searching for it. Any assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Losing access to 12 years of memories on Facebook would be disappointing, and I am hopeful to regain access to my account.

I recently changed jobs and informed my Facebook followers that I was retiring from my old job, but now I want to reactivate my old Facebook page to keep them updated on my new job at Lewis & Clark Law School. As a non-techie at 66 years old, I am struggling to figure out how to do this. Additionally, I accidentally created a new Facebook page that I do not want to use, as I have already built a following on my old page where I am listed as the founder of the Animal Legal Defense Fund. I also need to remove the outdated aldf email address from the old page.

I am having trouble accessing my account because the email associated with it has been hacked and is no longer in use. I want to recover my old page under the name Bunmi Alonge. Unfortunately, my old phone number has been lost. The number I currently have is [redacted]. I have received several codes but none of them seem to work when I enter them. Although I can access Facebook on my Android phone, I am unable to log in on my laptop which was just returned from repairs today. I am feeling very confused and frustrated as I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to log in. I really need help as I want to read my messages, especially since I do not have enough memory on my phone to do so. Please assist me as I value using Facebook for improving my internet skills, as I am not very computer literate and am striving to learn more through the platform.
