Hello, I am reaching out because my Facebook account was recently disabled. I am confused as to why this action was taken as I believe I have not violated any of the platform's rules. Last week, I was temporarily blocked for sharing a photo of a bracelet that I was selling a decade ago. I find it unfair that this old post has led to the disabling of my account now. My Facebook profile mainly consists of pictures and memories of my daughter and me from the past 10 years. As a single parent, losing access to these precious memories would be devastating. I am committed to complying with Facebook's policies and will promptly remove any content that may have caused the issue. Could you please reactivate my account so that I can address this matter promptly? Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account after getting a new phone and forgetting my password. I believe my current phone number linked to the account is [redacted]. I have tried to reset my password, but I am not receiving the verification code via text message. I really need to access my account to retrieve important photos and messages. I have been attempting to resolve this issue since yesterday at around 10 p.m. Any assistance on how to regain access to my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently got a new phone, and I'm having trouble signing into my Facebook account. The platform requires a verification code to log in, which is sent via text to my old phone number. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that number. Even though I've tried submitting my photo ID twice to Facebook for verification, I still can't access my account. I've attempted to log in through email, but the system insists on the text message code. I'm feeling frustrated with this process and hope to resolve it promptly; otherwise, I'm considering deleting my Facebook account.

Hello, I am the owner of uktripping. I woke up to find my page disabled. This is a new experience for me. I believe it may have been disabled in error, as I have not received any prior warnings. I am shocked and upset by Instagram's swift action. I have invested significant time, effort, and money into my page to bring joy to my followers with entertainment and laughter. I never intended to violate any terms and conditions, though I apologize if I unknowingly did. I hope for a positive response as I had envisioned a successful future with Instagram. Today is indeed a sad day. Usernames: meme.pluggy, uktripping

I have been blocked from posting on both my personal account and a page which I created. I keep receiving notifications that state my posts or comments violate community standards even after the page was unpublished by Facebook. I am confused about what I am doing wrong and feel I am being unfairly targeted. Despite the unpublishing of my page, I am still experiencing post removals. I am losing my photos as a result of the continuous removals. I am puzzled as to why other groups with clear intentions are allowed to remain active while my page is taken down. Additionally, I do not understand why I keep getting blocked for old posts I have made. I believed that unpublishing the page would be the end of it, but I am still receiving notifications and posts are being taken down. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with clarification on this matter.

Dear Facebook, I would like to express my frustration with your platform. As a 67-year-old disabled veteran, I feel targeted and unsupported. The lack of compassion and understanding from your end is disheartening. I love my country dearly, and the current political climate is distressing to me. The constant negativity and lack of respect for individuals like me is deeply troubling. I feel so neglected that I have even considered drastic actions. It pains me that my patriotism is not acknowledged. I hope for a change in the way veterans and individuals like me are treated. Thank you for hearing me out.

I recently purchased a new device, and when I downloaded Facebook, I noticed that my friends list is no longer showing under my photos. Although I can access my friends by clicking on a bar above my profile, they are now out of alphabetical order. I prefer them to be in the same order as before. I understand that this may be a new version of Facebook, but as someone who is not very tech-savvy, I rely on this platform to stay connected with past students and contacts. Navigating the page has become challenging, and I am not enjoying the changes. Can someone please assist me with this issue? Initially, everything was the same on my Facebook page, but now it has changed without me adjusting any settings. What can I do to resolve this?

Hello. I am seeking advice regarding a situation where a Facebook user, Davide Mormile, has reported me to my previous employer through Facebook Messenger. This report claimed that I was inciting violence online for agreeing with a protest that involved removing a political party's flag from a gazebo in my hometown. This report has jeopardized my chances of receiving a positive reference. Due to this user's defamatory actions, I am considering taking legal action. I have saved screenshots of the conversations with this user and my former employer as evidence, and I am in need of the user's personal information to send a legal letter. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Sarah and I'm currently facing an issue with my Facebook account. I forgot my password and am unable to log in. The reset code is being sent to an old Hotmail email address that I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, it seems the only way to retrieve the code is through this Hotmail account, with no option for using a phone number or trusted friends for verification. I attempted to update my email on Facebook for future notifications but was unsuccessful. This login problem is causing me a lot of frustration, and I hope it can be resolved promptly.

I recently received a message from Facebook informing me that an ad from Suphanburi FC was reported anonymously. Upon reviewing the ad, I discovered it was in Chinese, a language I do not understand, and I am uncertain about its content. I have not posted this ad and now I am restricted from making any posts. I am concerned that my account may have been hacked, as this has been happening quite frequently. I am cautious about accepting new friend requests due to previous hacking incidents. Could someone advise me on how to regain access to posting on Facebook?

I am requesting to have my Facebook account, Erica Fabricius, permanently deleted. Approximately four years ago, I attempted to delete it but have recently discovered that it is still active and connected to my old friends' lists. I am receiving tags and messages that I cannot respond to, leading to privacy breaches and potential harm to my professional reputation due to lack of responses on Facebook. I no longer have access to my old email, [redacted], which is associated with the account. If this issue is not resolved within two weeks, I will seek assistance from the eSafety commissioner and potentially an ombudsman.

Since arriving at my cabin in California, I've been receiving notifications from Facebook about my browser changing locations, despite only being here for 18 days. This all started when I had issues with a Google account, prompting me to briefly use Chrome for screensharing with Google. Since then, Facebook keeps flagging my browser as being in different places. I attempted to set up two-factor authentication but found it too complex and stopped midway. Now I'm locked out of my account, with Facebook requesting phone numbers of friends I'm not close to, instead of the ones I actually am. They won't even allow me to verify my identity with my closest contact. Clicking on their name claimed I was blocked, which isn't true. Facebook seems to be sending me in circles, and all I wanted was to stop getting these annoying browser alerts.

My business account, ID number [redacted][redacted], was disabled from advertising, along with all associated ad accounts. I was asked to undergo a verification process which was rejected due to missing documents. I attempted to inquire about VAT registration, but was told I am ineligible as my earnings do not meet the AED [redacted],[redacted] monthly threshold. I am requesting that the verification process be cancelled, and my ad accounts reinstated as I have not breached any Facebook advertising policies. I am eager to resume advertising. As a paying customer, I have always abided by the rules. Though I understand the high volume on Facebook requires automated checks, I believe an error has occurred and I hope for a prompt resolution. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Hello, I have attempted to contact Facebook support multiple times this week, but I have not received any response or confirmation that my issue is being addressed. Unfortunately, my phone was recently damaged beyond repair. My Facebook account has two-factor authentication, and when I try to log in from my new device, I am unable to provide the 6-digit code as my phone is unavailable to receive messages. While I have access to my email and phone number, without my phone, I am at a loss for how to proceed. With my wedding approaching, a lot of crucial information is inaccessible in my account. I have also submitted my ID card to Facebook, but still no response. Thank you for any assistance, Best regards, Simona G. [redacted] [redacted]

I have been running two different mental health support groups on Facebook for over five years. I advocated for the addition of new features, like admin logging, to enhance safety on Facebook groups. Unfortunately, my primary group with over 40,[redacted] members was unexpectedly deleted due to alleged "terrorist supportive activity." Some disgruntled banned members created new accounts, rejoined the group, and posted inappropriate content to get it reported multiple times. Despite my efforts to contact Facebook for an explanation and resolution, my group was not reinstated. I am disheartened by the lack of support and communication from Facebook. The situation could have been prevented if I had received timely notifications or if there were tools available to address such issues promptly. It is frustrating to see new tools being released now when they could have helped me save my group. I still hope for a response from Facebook to clarify this misunderstanding.

Overnight, someone unauthorized accessed my account and altered my password. Despite numerous attempts to update my email address on Facebook, it remains the same, limiting my ability to reset my password since I can no longer access my Yahoo account. I can prove my identity and provide details like the updated email with two additional numbers. Although I can provide references from my friends list, my attempts to update my email on Facebook have been futile. I refuse to accept that regaining access to my account is impossible, as I possess evidence that it belongs to me. Given that I am locked out of my Yahoo account, this situation jeopardizes my access to other accounts linked to that email. Resolving this issue is critical to me, so I'm requesting assistance to regain entry into my Facebook account.

I tried to follow your help documentation to learn how to create offers on Facebook, but I couldn't find the correct steps. The terminology used in the documentation doesn't match the actual buttons on the site. Can you please provide an updated, step-by-step guide on how to create offers? The terms on the help pages seem outdated and don't align with the current Facebook interface. I've been trying to create offers for my fans and friends for two days now, but I can't locate the necessary tools to add offers, rearrange page positions, or modify the left-hand page columns. When I click on the "create" button, it only allows me to create a page, not add offers. I would appreciate a detailed, user-friendly explanation. Thank you.

I believe the recent issue stems from my offer of awards and goody bags for those who spread positivity through acts of kindness, encouragement, and support to others. Unfortunately, a misunderstanding arose when I made a spelling error, leading to a negative reaction from someone who criticized me for my spelling mistake and insulted my upbringing. I responded by pointing out the lack of respect and kindness in their remarks. The confrontation escalated over messenger until I decided to remove that person from my contacts. Subsequently, I discovered that this individual may have targeted me due to my disability. It's disheartening that promoting positivity resulted in such a situation. If there are any other reasons for this conflict, I am unaware of them and seek assistance in understanding the situation.

Dear Facebook Team, I deeply regret my mistake and acknowledge that I have breached Facebook's policies. This is the first time in my three years of managing pages that I have encountered this issue. My initial page, Vintage Watch Junkie, established in [redacted], has had no problems. However, I am facing a new challenge with my second page, Swakswik Lang, which is currently blocked. I am hopeful that I can restore full access to both of my pages, Vintage Watch Junkie and Swakswik Lang, and continue to deliver high-quality content. I eagerly await your response. Sincerely, Juan Carlos Pelinio

I have been using Facebook since I was in elementary school. The email I originally used to sign up ([redacted]) has been deactivated as I now need a Gmail account for work. The phone number associated with my account has changed due to switching carriers. Recently, I had to reset my password because it seems someone was trying to access my account from a different location. Unfortunately, I can't recall the new password and the last one I remember is Thecoolest1. I need to reset my password to regain access, but I can't receive codes since I no longer have access to the email or phone number. I tried submitting my ID for verification, but it seems this option is only available if the account is disabled. Creating a new profile isn't an option because my business page is linked to my current account. Please assist me in recovering access to my account.
