I attempted to log in to Facebook today and was instructed to verify my Facebook ID, resulting in my account being locked on Messenger as well. The verification process did not provide clear examples of acceptable proof, so I made my best guess. I am currently awaiting confirmation on my proof, but I keep receiving two Facebook password notifications every time I try to log in. Subsequently, I reached out to Facebook at 1-[redacted] and was informed that my account had been hacked, with a request for $[redacted] to rectify the situation. Given that I do not possess a credit card and cannot afford the fee, I suggested charging the hacker instead. Unfortunately, they abruptly ended the call, and now I am encountering a busy signal each time I attempt to contact them. Are there any alternative methods available to restore my account access?

I need help with my disabled account. It was reported for impersonation, which is false. I've had the account since [redacted] but used incorrect information to protect it from hacking. I can provide my ID to confirm ownership. I've cherished photos on there, including of my deceased dad. I'm not able to contact my family without it. I hope to resolve this soon. Thank you.

While I was asleep, I received a series of concerning emails regarding my Facebook account. The first email arrived at 1:21 am, containing a security code to change my password. Shortly after, at the same time, another email notified me of a login from Leskovac with the IP address [redacted].[redacted].[redacted].[redacted]. Not long after, a third email at 1:26 am indicated the login through Chrome on Windows 10. Then, at 2:24 am, I received a second security code and another email reporting a login from the same location and IP address. Now, when I attempt to access my account, I am met with a message stating it has been blocked for security reasons. The only options provided to unlock it involve a defunct phone number and an identity confirmation process on another device that is unresponsive. I am concerned about unauthorized access to my account and seek a way to regain control without losing it.

Hi, I encountered a hacking issue with my Facebook and Messenger accounts on 18/5/19. I've been unable to log in properly since then. Although I briefly logged in on Sunday for about 30 minutes, I was quickly kicked off. Upon checking the security settings, I discovered the hacker's email was linked to my account. I've tried sending my ID to Facebook for verification, but they keep sending emails saying they can't assist. This all began when I fell for a Facebook promo that turned out to be a scam, allowing the scammers to access my personal account. As someone who uses the platform to help rescue dogs from pounds, losing access is distressing. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you, Martina W.

Yes, I have been on Facebook for four years. My account was disabled by mistake, and I haven't done anything wrong. It's causing my friends to log me in under the name Angela Purchase Sogan Baghernejad, which is actually my daughter's name, Angeline Angelica. I always stayed logged in, but it keeps logging me out of Messenger and disabling other accounts. I bought a new phone and contacted 02, my contract provider, and they advised me to use a laptop to disable these accounts. I'm struggling with too many passwords and accounts and would like to stay logged into one account under my number, which is [redacted]. I'm feeling overwhelmed as I recover from pneumonia and need to stay in touch with my family on Facebook since I'm not in the same city. Thank you very much. From Angela Purchase in Hull City.

I have been working on resolving Instagram issues all night and now need help recovering my Facebook account. Instagram is already sorted out as that was the priority due to drug-related concerns involving my loved ones. I appreciate any assistance with Facebook. I have requested to change the login email from [redacted] to [redacted] I have provided two pictures with handwritten numbers, along with my birth certificate and driver's license, in the long email thread. The process has been exhausting, and I would appreciate getting a reset code sent to my new Google email for Facebook. Your help with this change is greatly appreciated.

I was banned recently for violating community guidelines on a social media platform. This is my first offense in 7 years as a user, and I was never given a prior warning. I believe everyone deserves a second chance and I didn't intentionally break any rules. I have noticed other posts that clearly violate guidelines still remain online, which is why I feel my situation should be reconsidered. It has been some time since the ban, and I have not received any communication from Instagram explaining the ban or providing a reason, which is why I'm reaching out for help. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you, Maximillian

I recently purchased a Galaxy S10 and transferred all my data using Smart Switch. I created a new Facebook account, as I had not used it for over a year, under the name "De Cluck." However, after just 2 days, my account was inexplicably disabled. I have been a long-time user of Facebook for over 8 years without any issues and am familiar with the rules. I submitted my ID, social security card, and a photo of myself to prove my identity. Some of my friends mentioned seeing other accounts using variations of my name, including "Roberts" and "Kylia Bruns," which have caused this confusion. I am unable to provide details for the fake accounts as I am not familiar with their information. Despite providing my authentic details multiple times, my account remains disabled. I am eager to recover my account, especially since I recently posted photos of my daughter's graduation. Please address this matter promptly so I can regain access to my genuine account. Thank you for your assistance. -DeAnn C.

I have submitted four messages regarding my account that needs fixing for me to regain access. Unfortunately, no action has been taken. The process seems to involve solely reporting issues without any resolutions. I am disappointed with the lack of assistance and efficiency in the Help Center. Other platforms typically resolve such matters within one to two days. It feels like there is a lack of concern on Facebook's part to address problems promptly. Considering the numerous unresolved complaints, I am contemplating reaching out to the BBB. I will provide evidence of other users' long-standing issues that remain unaddressed by Facebook. Thank you for considering the welfare of your users and the community, Facebook.

I need to speak with someone at Facebook as I have been suspended and feel discriminated against. This has happened before. The issue is related to a picture and comment in the Zadruga-Pink.rs group. Others are still posting and commenting, but I am blocked. I would like to know why it's only me and not everyone who is being suspended if it goes against community standards. Zadruga-Pink.rs is a TV reality program that displays similar content. I kindly request an explanation as to why this is happening to me alone. If I don't receive assistance, I will have to seek legal help to address this discrimination. Thank you, Vesna S.

Dear Facebook, I am writing to express my regret for the mistake that led to the disablement of my account. I assure you I will take better care of my Facebook profile in the future. Kindly consider reopening it for me. I am encountering an additional issue: I am unable to access my Gmail as I have forgotten the password for my old account. The mobile number linked to my account is the only way to confirm my identity. Please use my new Gmail for further communication. I have previously submitted my driving license, CNIC, and passport for verification purposes, and I am willing to resend them if required. Please contact me via the mobile number provided for any necessary confirmations. I recently upgraded from an iPhone SE to an iPhone 7 and encountered issues accessing my Facebook and Messenger accounts due to an old email address that I can no longer access. The previous email, [redacted], was used when I first set up my accounts, but I've been using [redacted] for the last 6 to 8 years. Unfortunately, my Facebook account got disabled and I'm unable to access it, affecting my ability to communicate with my older sons. I do not want a new account as my current one has sentimental value with a picture of myself and my boyfriend, Stephen Geldart. I'm a parent of three children, Tyson, Tegan, and Gage Negus, and seek assistance in reactivating my old account. Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Facebook Team, I am reaching out regarding the block on my website URL. My website features my own online women's lingerie and accessories clothing brand. I kindly request your assistance in removing the block on my website URL as it is hindering my ability to promote my brand effectively. I am frustrated by this issue despite my overall satisfaction with your services. My website does not contain any inappropriate content, as it is solely for a clothing brand. I heavily rely on Facebook for promotion and visibility of my brand. I have attempted to contact Facebook Support multiple times through the inbox but have not received a resolution. URGENT: Seeking Immediate Help with Facebook Account Issue I am reaching out regarding my Facebook account that was first blocked and then disabled about four weeks ago without a clear explanation. This situation is affecting both my personal and business accounts, including ZeroDownVAHomes and Amazing Gold Coast Homes, which are crucial for my work as a realtor assisting veterans in finding homes. The financial impact is significant as I invest around $[redacted] monthly in Facebook lead ads. I urgently need to understand if my accounts will be reactivated after the initial 30-day block or if my business pages can be enabled separately. While my personal page is less of a concern now, I am eager to regain access to my business pages to resume my professional activities. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Robert A. G. Bob Gonzalez Real Estate (Account ID: [redacted]) Email: [redacted]

I have been trying to reach out about the issue with my Facebook accounts. My personal account was blocked, followed by my business accounts being disabled without any proper explanation. This has affected my work as a realtor helping veterans find homes, as I heavily rely on Facebook for advertising. I need to understand if my accounts will be reactivated or at least have my business pages enabled to continue my work. I am not as concerned about my personal page at this point. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Robert A Gonzalez Bob Gonzalez Real Estate

I recently got a 7-day ban for sharing a video that was already on Facebook. I don't understand why I should have to screen the video for violations when I didn't originally post it. It seems more logical to punish the original uploader than those who share it assuming it complies with Facebook standards. If the content of the video is real, I have no issue with it being removed, but I don't believe I should be penalized for a video I didn't initiate on Facebook.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the shop section on my business page. The page is facebook.com/mamatried.tattoosmith. I recently began adding our first product but encountered a problem when trying to replace a picture I no longer wanted on the shop post. I attempted to upload two new photos with a total file size of less than 3Mb, but each time I tried to save the changes, I received the error message "Sorry, Something Went Wrong: Please try again later." This issue has persisted since last week, and it is urgent as sales were scheduled to be open already. I am unsure if I am making an error. I have screenshots available for assistance.
