I recently created a new account to promote my art through ads and connect with a wider audience. Unfortunately, the account was disabled due to alleged suspicious activity after I tried to remove a credit card and assign admin privileges. I then created a second account with my real details but faced issues linking it to Instagram as it was still associated with the disabled account. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn't resolve the issue and was prompted to submit additional photos for verification. I'm struggling with the face recognition process and worry it may not work. My goal is to reactivate my account, unlink it from the initial disabled one, and successfully link it to Instagram. I'm unsure how to proceed but hope to permanently remove the first account and regain access to the second one.

My account was closed due to "Suspicious activities." I simply added my core group of friends and posted a few updates. They then requested that I upload a clear picture of myself. I uploaded my state ID and was informed that I cannot use my personal account until I verify my identity. This situation feels like a violation of my rights and data requisition laws. Given the recent issues with data mining on Facebook, I am incredibly upset. I am actively seeking access to my account as a resolution. If your company cannot help resolve this matter accordingly, I will consider pursuing small claims and civil proceedings in hopes that a court will recognize the violations I am facing.

To whom it may concern,
I manage a page called "Annihilist" along with my four band mates. On March 25th, each of the six admin accounts, including a personal profile named Anni Hilist created for ads, received emails notifying us that we were removed from our admin roles.
Two accounts named Hoang Cong Minh and Duong Hoang took over the admin roles and removed us. They are also associated with a suspicious page called "Kho Sim 4G Toc Do Cao". Furthermore, my personal account was hacked and added as an admin to this suspicious page.
Despite reporting the issue promptly, we have not received any assistance from Facebook. The hackers used our page to post inappropriate sales content and spam, and made around $[redacted] in unauthorized transactions using one of the credit cards linked to the page, which we have addressed. This card was regularly used for FB Ads payments for the Annihilist page.
Despite our repeated attempts to contact Facebook, the page has vanished entirely. We are eager to reclaim the page we've dedicated years to building. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Josh Voce

Two days ago, my Facebook account was compromised by someone in a different country. I received alerts from Facebook and changed my password. The next day, my account was breached again, the password was changed, and now I am completely locked out. The email associated with my Facebook account is an old one that I cannot access, and my current cell number, which I used previously for verification, is not being recognized by Facebook. Despite providing my current email and ID to Facebook, I am unable to receive the 6-digit code required to regain access. The link sent by Facebook for the code is not working as I haven't received any codes, and it's claiming I've entered too many codes even though I haven't received any. This is concerning as I rely on Facebook for communication with my family spread across the country.

My Facebook account was disabled without warning, and I cannot understand why. I have always followed their rules and policies. Despite contacting Facebook, I received a generic response. I suspect my account was hacked and would like an investigation into this unjust action. I have been a loyal member since Facebook's inception and have never faced issues like this. I am confused and frustrated. I simply wish to have my account reinstated to reconnect with loved ones. Thank you.

Since August [redacted], I've been a user of my account and was once an admin of a football-related group. Due to recent spamming activities, my group and personal ID, which I've used since [redacted], have been disabled. I've submitted my photo ID multiple times to Facebook to verify my identity and prove ownership of the account. Unfortunately, I haven't received any emails or notifications from Facebook to my email address. Given the importance of my friends and contacts, I urge Facebook to restore my account as I haven't violated any of their rules. I kindly request the Facebook team to assist in returning my ID to me.

I need help verifying my account. I changed my password recently, but now when I tried to access my downloaded files, I was prompted to verify my profile by either identifying friends' photos or getting codes sent by friends. I attempted the picture verification and then asked three friends for codes. Despite entering the codes correctly, Facebook says they are wrong. Now, I'm locked out of my account even though I have my login details. This is the email I received after resetting my password, but now I'm having trouble accessing my account. It seems like Facebook doesn't want me to regain access.

Hello, I'm David Kilpatrick. My Facebook profile picture on the account I wish to access is set as the Wolfman. I previously changed my email from [redacted] to gmail.com within my account, although it seems to have reverted back. Currently, my number and email are linked to an account I did not create, with a profile picture of me partially shown standing by my Harley. I seek assistance to delete the incorrect account along with the Harley profile and regain access to the one associated with the Wolfman. The unauthorized switch back to Yahoo and my old number [redacted] is concerning. My correct number is [redacted], and email is [redacted] Your help in resolving this mix-up where my personal information is linked to the wrong account would be greatly appreciated.

I have been experiencing repeated issues with Facebook blocking my posts, citing violations of Community Standards without clear reasons. This problem has been ongoing for two years. Whenever I report the problem, my posts are eventually removed with Facebook admitting the error was on their part. However, a few months later, the blocks reoccur without explanation. Despite not sharing any prohibited links, I am unable to post from my business page, The Soulful Woman, to my personal timeline. The system flags it as containing a disallowed link, even when there are none included. It appears that there is a recurring block activated on my page whenever I try to post. I am frustrated by this situation and would appreciate any assistance in resolving it.

My son's Facebook account has been hacked. The hacker changed both the email and password associated with the account.
Despite multiple attempts to recover the account, the provided email for password recovery does not belong to my son. The password was reportedly altered 7 hours ago.
My son, Nathan S., has a profile picture showing three marines, including himself and two comrades. The current email linked to the account now is d*******[redacted], which belongs to the hacker.
After reaching out to my son about the hacking incident, the hacker promptly blocked and deleted me. Similar actions were taken when my father, Nathan's grandfather, messaged the hacker.
It's worth noting that my son no longer utilizes the original Yahoo email linked to the account created approximately 8 years ago. However, we remember the password before it was changed.
This Facebook account holds significant photos from my son's military service, and regaining access is crucial to us.

I am currently unable to access my account as it is asking me to collect confirmation codes through friends, but I would like to confirm my identity in another way. Unfortunately, the system is not allowing me to do that. My account has been locked due to recent security issues, and every time I log in, it stays on the page to collect confirmation codes without providing me with alternative options. I desperately need access to my account. The lockout occurred when I forgot to enter my password after typing my username and quickly clicked the login button. I appreciate any assistance you can provide with resolving this matter.

Hello, I recently reviewed my credit card statement and noticed a payment to FB with reference number N59SKKJ762.
I have a few concerns regarding this:
a) I don't have any payment information linked to my Facebook account, so I'm puzzled how this payment was made without my authorization.
b) Upon checking my FB Payments section, I couldn't find any payment details. Where did my credit card details come from and how was this payment processed?
c) Could you please clarify what the charge is for and guide me on how I can request a refund?
Discovering an unknown charge on my credit card is troubling, especially considering I haven't authorized any payments via Facebook or Messenger. I'm eager to understand how this occurred and address the potential data security issues under GDPR regulations.
I'm looking forward to your prompt response.
Best regards,
P. Beach

I recently fell for a shoe scam on Facebook and lost over £50. Facebook should ensure they are not promoting criminal activity through their ads. I've decided to opt out of seeing any more Facebook ads. The scammers created a fake Loakes page, and when I saw my money was going to China instead of the UK, I knew I had been duped. Although I tried to stop the payment and got it reversed, they reattempted the transaction via my bank the next day, resulting in a loss of £44 plus currency conversion charges of around £50.

My Facebook account has been disabled, as they claim I used a fake ID to access it, which is false. I have had the same account for a long time under the name Rebecca Price or Becky Price. I believe the account owner's name is Rebecca, and I use Becky to connect with friends and family on Facebook. I kindly ask for assistance in restoring my Facebook account. Thank you for your help. I am not very computer-savvy and struggle to follow instructions to recover my account. Thank you.
