I recently discovered a false and harmful accusation made by someone named Harish Moongah on a post of mine from 5 months ago. This was only brought to my attention now, and I have reported it to the police for investigation. I believe this individual is still a member here. I would appreciate your support in helping to identify the person responsible for this slanderous act. While I understand the principle of innocence until proven guilty, the person behind this accusation is someone I haven't been in contact with for years due to past disrespectful messages, later excused as being under the influence. What troubles me the most is that my 11-year-old son saw this post, and I am concerned about his interactions with my other children and family members. I purchased a ring from a seller named Laura Cromley in Baltimore for $35. Unfortunately, I accidentally paid her twice. When I informed her about the double payment, she seemed confused and abruptly canceled the transaction. I messaged her asking for a refund of the extra $35, but she did not reply and even changed her Facebook profile picture. Despite reaching out for assistance on Facebook Marketplace multiple times, the responses were unhelpful, stating they could not assist. I am frustrated as I have been told by an individual claiming to work at Facebook that Laura attempted to make additional charges on my debit card, which is illegal. I am perplexed as Facebook allegedly cannot intervene in this situation.

My account was hacked. The hacker is using inappropriate pictures of my infant daughter and asking for inappropriate photos from people on my friends list. I have changed my email, phone number, and password, but Facebook has not deactivated the account despite multiple reports from me and my friends. Many of my friends have also reported the account. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly.

I recently experienced a hacking incident on Facebook on Tuesday, 5/7. The hacker reached out to my contacts on Messenger asking for money by taking control of my account and changing both my Facebook and email passwords. Though I successfully reset my email password, I am facing difficulties receiving the security code from Facebook to regain access to my account. I am seeking to discuss with a Facebook representative about the censorship of my freedom of speech. The "Community Standards" seem biased and unjust. I recently made a post about the Muslim religion with factual statements and opinions, not threats or hate speech. However, it was taken down. Meanwhile, I've witnessed multiple hate speech posts that go unremoved. This double standard is alarming, especially with Facebook facing an investigation for unfair treatment. I need assistance with a situation involving a previous manager, Marcia Fowler, who has hijacked my business account "The Fire Pit." She is posting derogatory content and trying to sell unrelated items. I don't have access to the email and password associated with the account and have been unable to regain control or delete the page. I have been searching various websites for information about messenger's secret conversations without any luck. Can anyone offer assistance? When I go to secret conversations, it displays options such as turning it on or off and deleting it. Under that, it shows for an iPhone 6s "this device, last seen 7 months ago." When I tap on this, it shows the device and the key, stating "first seen on this device 26.9.[redacted]." I am puzzled about whether I initiated a secret conversation 7 months ago, if someone else did, or if it relates to a group chat. I tried to replicate this with a friend by starting a secret conversation, but it didn't show any data similar to the "first seen on this device... last seen on this device..." information. How does the process work? When does it show keys, last seen info, and so on? I appreciate any insights you can provide to help me understand this better.

I am currently experiencing harassment on our company's Facebook page. Someone is using my personal name to make false accusations against me and the community because they are upset. This has been ongoing for three days, with relentless threatening and harassing posts directed at me and even bringing in their friends and family to join in. It is causing distress for me and my staff as we are simply trying to do our jobs. The posts must be taken down, and the individuals responsible should be permanently banned from our page. This behavior is bullying and is greatly disturbing. I had to leave work the other day due to the level of harassment I was facing online. Even on my personal Facebook, as I am the administrator, the posts continue to appear, causing me further distress. They have even shared a video of me without consent. I was on Facebook yesterday morning, but after resetting my phone, I am unable to access my Facebook account. I have tried various methods, including adding friends, using different emails, and verifying with my phone number without success. I received an email from Facebook earlier this month regarding a friend's birthday, and I typically sign in using my picture. Yesterday, my brother-in-law sent me an unusual message asking me to click on a link. Despite not fully comprehending it, he continued to talk about a website where I could supposedly earn $50,[redacted] quickly. I was preoccupied at the hospital with my husband undergoing a procedure, so I chose to ignore him. Today, my contacts are receiving messages claiming I received $50,[redacted] and instructing them to click a link. I am seeking assistance regarding my disabled Facebook account. When it was suddenly disabled, I attempted to create a new account without success. I assure you, I have not engaged in any misconduct such as using inappropriate language. I am a disabled veteran and have faced hardship as my wife passed away two years ago. Facebook is my primary means of communication, and I live alone with limited interaction. The loss of my Facebook and Messenger accounts has left me isolated. I tried to sell my pink rain boots on Facebook Marketplace twice, and they keep getting flagged for "community standards." The first time I appealed, it said the review would take 24 hours. I encountered an issue on Facebook yesterday while trying to engage with a political post on my timeline. Since 3:30 PM yesterday, I have been unable to interact on Facebook without any explanation from the platform. Despite reporting the problem multiple times, I have received no response. I believe this may be an error on Facebook's part, as I am a 68-year-old senior who relies on a walker. I have been a user for many years without prior issues. I have witnessed inappropriate posts allowed on the platform and have personally been a victim of bullying in the past. I am seeking a direct explanation from Facebook to prevent this issue from happening again and have already changed my password as a precaution. My Facebook and Messenger accounts were disabled, and I'm unsure why. I tried creating a new account, but I believe I did nothing wrong. As a [redacted]% disabled veteran and senior citizen who lost my wife two years ago, I rely on these platforms for social interaction since I live alone and feel very isolated. I've had a Facebook account since [redacted], but it was hacked and the name was changed to Hayat Khan. The email linked to my account, [redacted], was also compromised. I can't access that email anymore. My real name is John Deschambault. I've tried everything to recover my account with over [redacted] contacts and numerous photos that are precious to me. I have a secondary account for political reasons under my name. I'd like to regain access to my original account and link it to [redacted] I'm willing to provide my driver's license if necessary. Unfortunately, my account is currently inactive.

The hacker unfriended my trusted contacts and uploaded a disturbing profile picture. I no longer have access to my email [redacted] as the hacker removed my mobile number as well.
