Over the last three decades, I've created various accounts under different names such as Daniella Bourgogne, Daniel Bourgon, Danielle H. S. Bourgogne, and Danielle Bourgogne. Unfortunately, my photos and videos have been stolen and are being used online without my consent. Recently, four of my accounts were hacked from my phone security. I have legal documents proving these were my official names at one point. I kindly request assistance in shutting down these unauthorized accounts and stopping the illegal use of my pictures and videos, both pre-operation and recent ones. I am experiencing harassment from an individual who repeatedly tags me in comments on her various Facebook pages. This person targets multiple individuals, as evident from the numerous pages she operates solely for this purpose. Despite efforts to block and report her, the accounts remain active, and she manages to circumvent any blocks imposed. The pages in question include Kristyana Maberry (San san), Kristyana Maberry (Marina), Kristyana Maberry (teen girl), and Kristyana Maberry (San Diego). I kindly request for the pages to be disabled, her behavior to cease, or for her to be banned from Facebook. I await your prompt action and appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. A few days ago, I noticed an issue with my Facebook feed. The problem seems to manifest in a few different scenarios. Firstly, upon opening Facebook, I see a message "Welcome to Facebook, Let's get started," with no new posts. Secondly, sometimes only a few new posts appear with no feed following them. Thirdly, old posts from days ago appear randomly without any clear order. Lastly, there are times when a new post briefly appears but then disappears shortly after. Surprisingly, accessing Facebook on my phone seems to work fine, but on my computer, it's as if there's a glitch. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this perplexing issue.

I recently switched phones but retained the same number I've had for 8 years. Normally, I stay logged into my account. However, I forgot my password and tried to follow the instructions to retrieve it. Unfortunately, I did not receive the code via text to my phone, which is how I typically access my account. After multiple attempts to receive the code, I emailed Facebook from my Gmail account. They requested an upload of my driver's license, which I promptly provided. I received a message indicating they received it and were reviewing it; however, I have not heard anything further from Facebook. I miss accessing my account to see pictures of my grandchildren. I have already provided all the information requested. I am unsure why Facebook has not responded, and I am seeking advice on what else I can do.

I need help accessing my account. I recently got a new phone and had to log in, but I can't remember my password as I was always logged in previously. I've tried repeatedly to receive a code via text to my old number, which I still have. I also sent an email to FB account recovery and attached a copy of my driver's license as requested. However, I haven't heard back from them since. When I tried to follow up last week, they mentioned they already received my ID and it's under review. I'm worried my case has been forgotten or lost. I never received any of the codes they claim were sent to my phone. It's been over a month now, and I'm missing important updates from my family. I provided all the requested documents, so they have my phone number and email, but I haven't received any updates or instructions on how to regain access to my account.

A Facebook account is in violation of Facebook's Community Standards due to misrepresentation. The profile is inauthentic, uses misleading images, and assumes the identity of another person without authorization. Despite multiple reports from myself and my boyfriend, Facebook has stated that the account is authentic and doesn't breach their standards. However, it is clear that the account is deceptive as it impersonates my boyfriend, using his picture and having similar friends. We urgently request Facebook to re-examine this situation thoroughly and take down the misleading account. Thank you.

I am reaching out on behalf of my boyfriend who is having some trouble with his facebook account. His name is Louis McNulty and his contact number is [redacted]. Louis recently upgraded to a new cell phone and is locked out of his facebook account because he cannot recall his password. Unfortunately, he no longer has access to the email addresses associated with his facebook, specifically [redacted] and [redacted] We attempted to recover the emails without success. Even the recovery email, his sister's address, has not been successful in accessing his account. Despite multiple attempts, we have not received any code on his phone to gain access to the account.
Is there another way we can regain access to the account or change the password?

I’ve had a Facebook page since I was young, filled with memories, family, linked accounts, and photos. The password was changed, and I can't reset it as I lost access to the linked email "@[redacted]" I'm unable to recover the AOL account due to inactivity. Although I can't recall the security questions, I can prove ownership of the account by sharing the old password. The account, now under a hacker's control, contains my photos and identity. The hacker using my account is distressing, invading my privacy and preventing access to my old friends and cherished memories. After starting a successful business and FB page called @luxyogilife, I faced harassment and bullying which affected my health and led me to move. Wanting a fresh start, I no longer wanted to be the Admin of the page due to the stress I endured. In a confused state, I created multiple FB accounts with fake names and accidentally made one of them the Admin of the business page. I now can't recall which account it was and am locked out of several for security reasons. Despite this, I still wish to regain access to my legitimate business account, as it holds great sentimental value to me. I've created a new profile for my freelance work and planned to use it on my business cards. Unfortunately, the account was disabled after a friend reported it mistakenly. I received an email from Facebook requesting ID photos to verify my identity, which I promptly sent. However, my account was disabled just 20 minutes later. Despite my efforts to contact customer service, I have only received automated responses stating that Facebook cannot assist me with this issue. It's crucial for me to regain access to my profile since my business email is linked to it, and the profile link will be used for business purposes. I find it frustrating that despite providing all necessary identification, I am still unable to resolve this matter.

On April 7, [redacted], I received a notification from Facebook about an attempted login by an unfamiliar person, resulting in my account getting locked. Despite my attempts to log in, I kept being redirected to another user's account, belonging to Christine Metz, where all my personal information was displayed - my phone number, photos, and friends. I tried to contact Facebook for help, but they only addressed me as Christina Metz and didn't recognize any of my email addresses or passwords. As a user for five years, I'm unable to access my account due to this mix-up. The verification codes sent by Facebook are displayed too quickly for me to note down, making it challenging to proceed. At 85 years old, navigating through these issues is daunting. Even if I delete my account, the information on Christine Metz's profile won't be removed. Someone has created Facebook accounts using my full name, which is dangerous in my line of work. They are listing where I used to work, which was a nude bar but I was not a nude dancer. They are posting pictures of me and giving false information about where I went to school and where I live. It seems like somebody is hacking into my account or signing in under it using a Mac computer. My ex is a psychopath who has tried to harm me multiple times. I urgently request that all my information be removed from the site immediately. I would like to explore pressing charges against the person responsible for this. This situation is not only harassing but also dangerous, given the proximity to where I live and the history of stalking. Please take down the site immediately. I was contacted by Robert P. back in April regarding a sweepstakes. Following some instructions, they asked for money. Before proceeding, I questioned Robert's identity and the legitimacy of the request. After that, I encountered issues accessing my Facebook account, which was eventually disabled. I have screenshots of the person involved and my accounts. I understand the reason for the disablement but I wish to restore it. The account, Nana L., still holds my games, pictures, and more. When trying to log in, an old number, [redacted], appears, which I no longer use for the past four years. Many important pages are associated with this account, including Purple Orbital and Centric Empire.

Hello FB community, I am Lakisha Green. I have been an FB user for over 10 years with the same account.
