My account was temporarily locked and I was asked to provide a copy of my marriage record. I have submitted various documents, including my birth record, bills from Facebook that I have paid, proof of emails related to these bills, and proof of boosting posts on Facebook. I have provided documents with both my maiden and married names. Despite this, Riley, a worker, has not reviewed my documents and is attempting to keep my account locked. I request for someone else to review all the documents I have submitted. I have also referenced the groups and pages I own. Please review my ads account using my Facebook email, [redacted], to see that I have provided accurate information. Riley has not adequately reviewed my submissions, even though I have gone above and beyond the original request. I will not be sending any additional documentation, as I believe I have provided enough evidence to prove ownership of my account. I trust that Facebook will resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi, I would like to share an idea I have, sparked by the Facebook Dilemma Documentary. I've contemplated my departure from Facebook and have developed a simple and hopefully efficient solution that could ease the burden on moderators. I value giving users control and believe my idea aligns with Facebook's principles. If possible, I'd like to discuss my concept with senior Facebook staff in Vienna. Despite recent criticisms, I still see Facebook as a positive platform. I agree with Mr. Zuckerberg that the platform itself is not the issue, but rather some users. If you're interested, please reach out to me. Best regards, Juergen Krailler

I submitted the required document, my marriage record, promptly, along with additional documents like bills and screenshoots as requested by Facebook to unlock my account. Despite paying nearly $[redacted] to boost posts, Facebook has failed to review my submission adequately. I provided more than requested, including bills and screenshots, but the assigned worker, Riley, has not been diligent in addressing my case. I am requesting another staff member to thoroughly review my documents, considering the effort I have made to comply. The delay in restoring my account is unfair as I am losing access to significant groups and pages, one of which boasts over 33,[redacted] followers. Facebook's inconsistency in taking payments to boost ads while neglecting my account issue is unjust.

Two days ago, my Facebook account got disabled due to a copyright complaint filed by Bravado International Group, acting on behalf of The Rolling Stones. The basis for the report was a picture I supposedly shared on my timeline in [redacted]. Rather than just removing that specific picture, Facebook disabled my entire account, wiping out all my content, connections, and memories. I've attempted to contact Bravado International Group, but with them being a large global agency representing various music clients, it seems challenging to get a resolution. I am willing to delete any infringing content once identified, yet I wasn't provided with an opportunity to address this issue beforehand. The drastic action of disabling my entire profile over one image raises questions. Additionally, I question if the reported image was even on my personal timeline as I used to work for Camden Market and might have posted it on their official page instead. Regardless, the account disablement seems excessive for a single image. I am seeking assistance to restore my account as it holds valuable personal data and relationships.

Hello Facebook community! I'm Fuller. I'd like to share the sequence of events this past week that led to the ban of my ads accounts. On Monday, I was running 4 ads which were all going smoothly, focusing on just 1 of my 3 active accounts. The next day, an error message prompted me to verify my identity due to "unusual activity". After promptly verifying, I was surprised to see my accounts banned later that day around 2-3 PM. I was advertising a car phone charger, and I can't see how it breached any of Facebook's rules. Could this account ban be related to the earlier unusual activity? I value Facebook for my business and hope to regain access to my ad accounts soon. I'm here to help if you need more information. Thank you, Fuller

Dear Team, I am writing to inform you about the sudden disablement of my Facebook account named "Sagar Narula" linked to my email address [redacted] The account was functioning normally until Saturday night, and to my surprise, it was disabled when I woke up on Sunday afternoon. I am unaware of any potential violations that could have led to this action. I assure you that if any unintentional mistake was made, I will ensure it is not repeated, as I am committed to abiding by Facebook's terms and guidelines. I am reaching out to seek clarification on the cause of this disablement, as it has been four days since the account was deactivated. This has disrupted my communication with important contacts and work-related groups that are connected through Facebook. Despite providing a copy of my passport to verify my identity, the issue remains unresolved. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and respectfully request for a prompt resolution to reactivate my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best Regards, Sagar Narula

Good evening, I recently received an email from Instagram indicating an attempted login to my account. When I clicked the link provided, I inadvertently signed up instead of logging in. This action led to the creation of a new account tied to my Facebook account. It was only later that I realized my original account was missing. I attempted to rectify the situation by deleting the new account and trying to access my old one, but encountered difficulty. My username, the.book.of.radwa, was associated with my Facebook account, phone number, business account (winchesterdentalstudio), and the email I am reaching out from. Despite my efforts, my account remains inaccessible, and even my friends are unable to locate the.book.of.radwa. Any guidance on recovering my account would be appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

Three days ago, upon opening my Facebook account, I encountered a message stating that my session had expired, logging me out. Subsequently, when attempting to log back in, I faced difficulty as Facebook claimed my password was incorrect. After trying to reset my password, a new account unintentionally replaced my login repeatedly. Despite reaching out to Facebook's help center and providing my IDs, I received no response. Switching to a different device, I was informed that my account had been disabled. Regrettably, I am currently unable to access my original Facebook account. Your prompt attention and assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been trying to post ads for slot machines that take quarters on Facebook, but many of them have been rejected lately for violating Commerce Policies. I have reviewed the policies and I don't see any issues, especially since similar slot machines are listed. I am unsure what the problem might be unless it's related to the specifics I include about the machines. I have two pending appeals for ads that I would like to have posted on Facebook. Seeking clarification on this matter to understand what I might be doing wrong and how to rectify it. Thank you.

My account was compromised. Despite multiple password resets and setting up additional security measures like recovery contacts, I am still locked out. I have not been receiving the verification codes via text and have tried various methods to regain access with no success. Additionally, I have been receiving concerning emails and notifications about interactions I do not recognize. This situation is extremely frustrating and I appreciate any assistance in resolving it. Thank you.

My account has been compromised. I saw it was showing activity in SC even though I was in NC. Despite attempting to reset my password and use the double verification code, along with adding recovery contacts and changing my password multiple times, I remain locked out with no texts containing codes to unlock it. I've followed the provided instructions, even submitting a photo with a code to no avail. Strange email notifications mentioning comments by unfamiliar individuals have also been received. A suspicious message was received from someone before the account was locked. I've unfriended them but had already opened the message. While I'm not receiving any text messages from Facebook, email communications are coming through. I appreciate your assistance to resolve this frustrating situation as I wish to regain access to my account.

My Facebook account has been compromised. The email linked to my account is [redacted], and my name is Shantell Latoya Campbell. I used to access my account on my iPhone with the thumb press feature and forgot my password since I had deleted the associated Hotmail email. A friend alerted me to suspicious activity on my profile, and I discovered Hebrew text on my profile, which I did not put as I only speak English. Please assist in deleting and deactivating my account to prevent further unauthorized access.

My Facebook account was hacked, and despite changing my password multiple times, a former boyfriend alerted me to strange activity on my profile that I hadn't done. I tried to rectify the changes made, but recently I noticed a post missing from my timeline that was tagged with my ex. I am certain I didn't delete shared memories. When I checked his profile, the post was there but under his control, not mine. This has left me concerned that he may still have access to my account. I am unsure how this could happen or what steps to take next. Any assistance would be highly valued.

Username: Kopec-electrical @hotmail.com Name: Daniel Michael K. I am the owner of this account, and it is active. Recently, someone created a fake account using my photos. My wife and many friends reported the fake account created yesterday. The impersonator messaged friends asking for my new mobile number, which I updated on Facebook. Please keep the fake account banned and reactivate my original account, as it was wrongly shut down. I rely on this account for work through the messenger app "DC work." Restoring it quickly is crucial. Thank you.

Hello, I am Ogunjimi A. from Nigeria. My Facebook username is Queen Aderonke, and I also manage a Facebook page named Hemir News for my blog. Unfortunately, yesterday Facebook blocked my domain, preventing me from sharing my blog posts directly on my page. Each recent post from my blog has been automatically restricted on my page, and I am unable to access or share them. I believe someone reported my domain unjustly, and Facebook instantly blocked me without verifying the situation. I plea not guilty and kindly request that my domain, www.testim.overblog.com, be reinstated to function on my Facebook page. I hope to receive a positive response from you soon. Thank you.

Hello, I am Marquis Young. I have been incarcerated for the past 17 months and unfortunately got locked out of my Facebook account because my fiancé made several unsuccessful login attempts and now I am unable to access it. I also have a business page linked to my profile called Pacplus Services which is crucial for me as I have customers to connect with. I was advised to reach out to GetHuman for assistance, even if it involves a small fee to regain access. I am willing to pay for this service. I am able to verify all the necessary information on my account; however, I no longer have access to the associated email and wish to update it. I kindly ask for someone to help me with this matter at their earliest convenience. Thank you very much, and have a blessed day.

On February 19th, I received an alert that my Facebook account posted something I didn't share. Apparently, my account was hacked, the password was changed, and now I'm completely locked out. I've tried for hours to resolve this, but Facebook's help steps require access to the account, which I no longer have. This situation has left me frustrated, leading me to consider not using Facebook anymore. If there's a way to speak with someone for assistance, I may reconsider. It's disappointing that such a popular platform doesn't offer direct support for these kinds of issues.

Back in [redacted] or [redacted], I created an account that I've since lost access to. I can't recall the email, number, or password associated with it. I tried reporting it as a case of identity theft, but Facebook indicated it was likely my account and suggested I recover it following their steps, which didn't work. I then attempted to delete the account through the help center, choosing the option for no access to email, password, and number. However, it requires me to log in from a familiar device or location, which isn't feasible as I used outdated flip phones and have moved to a new city. I'm seeking alternative ways to permanently delete the account, as it's been inactive for the past five years.

I'm encountering trouble accessing my account due to using two-step authentication. During Facebook's outage on Wednesday evening, there was no alert on the login page. I attempted to log in numerous times before reinstalling my web browser, believing that was causing the issue. After an hour of struggling to log in, I tried to reset my password and verify my account with no success. Finally, Facebook displayed a message acknowledging their problems and working on a fix. The following day, upon hearing it was back up, I tried to log in again. Since I had reinstalled my web browser, Facebook prompted me to verify my 'new' browser. Despite my attempts, I have exceeded the number of text codes allowed and cannot verify my browser. I don't have any trusted browsers and my phone is not an option. I tried the photo ID method by sending a picture of my driver's license, but even after 3 hours, I received a message stating it was not a valid form.

I recently encountered an issue logging into my Facebook account. Although I am using my usual device, the platform doesn't recognize it. Despite requesting an SMS code for verification, I haven't received one and subsequent attempts were blocked. The option to use a code generator is not available or accessible to me. I attempted to submit my driver's license photo, but it continuously loops back to the login page. I also tried sending a photo of myself with a handwritten code, with no success. I urgently need access to my account, as I heavily rely on it for Facebook marketplace transactions and communication. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. - A.
