I deactivated my Facebook account back in May or June. I reactivated it over a week ago, only to be prompted to verify my identity by providing a code sent to my phone. After sending the code, they asked for a picture of myself, followed by my driver's license. It has been a week, and my account is still disabled without any response from them. I find this delay frustrating after complying with all their requests. I have had my account for about 10 years, and now, it seems like I have lost access to it abruptly. The lack of communication and support from Facebook is disappointing. Such a delay for account reactivation seems unreasonable for a platform of this size. I am displeased with the situation and the difficulty in reaching out for help or support from Facebook.

I'm Andrea A. I deactivated my Facebook account in September, and recently found out it has been reactivated without my knowledge. I don't want access restored but simply want it deleted as it has been hacked. The associated email and phone number are outdated. Despite updating my email with support, I can't log in to delete the account due to being locked out. Additionally, someone created a fake Instagram account using my Facebook profile picture. Hello! I previously had a Facebook profile and business page named Recipe-Times. Facebook requested verification as my profile was under my business name, not my personal one. I've submitted my document which is under my personal name, but the verification is still pending. After logging in, I see a message stating the account is under review. To continue working on my business blog, I created a separate account under my name, Nidhi Tyagi, and added the business page Recipe-Times as before. I purchased Gems and units on Stormfall for $99.99. After receiving my items, Facebook Payment Center caused a delay which led to a chargeback to my Citi credit card after 31 days. Despite explaining the situation to Stormfall, they insist I owe them for the Gems. The support team, Jessie, acknowledged the delay was their fault and apologized for the inconvenience caused. However, I am still pursuing the matter and have requested their address multiple times to send court papers for a potential lawsuit. The Facebook payment center blames it on an app issue, but I believe they mishandled the payment causing this situation. I have not received a satisfactory resolution yet. I was logged out of Instagram because someone reported me for impersonation. I have frequently changed photos on my account, featuring various stars, singers, rappers, and local celebrities I admire. Despite being hacked before, I made it clear that my account was a fan page and always tagged the original owners in the photos. When one owner mistakenly thought I was impersonating them due to using their photos, I explained that I was a fan page and willing to remove the photos if asked. However, without warning, the owner demanded I delete my entire account during a conversation that got lost in translation. Sadly, I've lost the opportunity to explain and have lost connection with many valuable contacts I made on the platform. It's disheartening to lose an account with nearly 10k followers over a misunderstanding that could have been resolved amicably with a simple request to remove the photos.

I ran a fan account on Instagram that was disabled by Instagram a month ago for violating their Terms Of Use by posting paparazzi pictures of my idol. I had been reported three times before by a Paparazzi agency. I'm devastated about this and unsure how to recover it. I need help reporting harassment on Instagram via Facebook.
After blocking and reporting an account on Instagram, I find it necessary to provide more details via email. The initial account I reported, Roman_the_king_, was deleted but swiftly replaced by a new one called romanthemastiff_1, allegedly owned by Mara S. This individual, active since June, has persistently messaged me from numerous accounts. Despite my blocks, she continues to create new ones. I've had to block her from my workplace account after she obtained my email address and contacted me. She even followed my children, whom I had also block her from. Despite being blocked on all my phone lines, she persists in creating new accounts to bypass these blocks. It was only with these most recent accounts that I decided to report her to the appropriate authorities. Some of the accounts she has used to contact me are alhensley58, maralynn117, roman_the_king_, romanthemastiff_1, snowflake_the_princess_, mls_117, liarsneverwin_, and pa_freestyle_. Any assistance in stopping her would be greatly appreciated, as her behavior indicates she shouldn't have access to social media.

I suspect Zena Stephens, head Sheriff of the Jefferson County, TX Sheriffs office, may be involved due to a personal issue. I recently had trouble resetting my password on Facebook. I am experiencing issues with recovering my two Facebook accounts that have been hacked. The hackers have changed the associated email addresses and telephone numbers. Despite having one of these accounts for 9 years, the support process for account recovery is not helpful. Even though I can provide various details to prove my identity like familiar faces, friends, passwords, and other lost accounts, I am still unable to regain access. I am frustrated with Facebook's lack of action against hackers and demand the retrieval of my accounts.
