After checking, I received a message from Lisa U. Richard who claims to be from Facebook Summit's 24-hour Center. She stated that I was listed as a winner of a Facebook benefit money prize to claim. According to her, there is $[redacted],[redacted] in financial aid awaiting delivery to me. As part of the process, she requested some details which I provided. However, she mentioned a required cash deposit or bank transfer of $1,[redacted] to a cashier. She also mentioned that the FBI in Washington is monitoring this Facebook year promotion. I seek clarification to confirm the legitimacy of this opportunity and ensure it is not a scam.

Hello, I disabled my account for personal reasons. Now, when I try to reactivate it, I mistakenly entered the wrong password three times. Now, I am getting an error message on Facebook saying "account temporarily unavailable, log in on your mobile or browser." However, when I log in on a desktop browser, it shows another error message saying "Something went wrong." How long do I need to wait for this to be resolved? Is there anything I can do to regain access to my account? Thank you.

I understand that there are specific regulations for changing business names, but I have had my new name denied three times. I believe if a person reviewed my case instead of a computer system, they would see my business is positive and the new name reflects that well. I find it confusing that companies with fewer than [redacted] followers can change their names while those with over [redacted] cannot. I would appreciate it if someone could review my business page to understand the significance of the name change. The change is essential for the unique direction of my business compared to typical fitness pages. I hope you can reconsider and allow me to progress in my personal and professional life.

Since November [redacted], I have been experiencing continuous restrictions on Facebook. As a community manager overseeing numerous groups and fan pages, I operate within the terms of service and do not engage in spamming. However, I frequently face limitations on using groups that are not under my management for extended periods, even after innocent activities like sharing photos of charity events. I often receive restrictions seemingly without cause, sometimes soon after posting or when I have not logged in for many hours. Even after a brief reprieve, I am swiftly placed back on restrictions. Despite attempting to appeal, the process has been ineffective. I am perplexed about the ongoing issue and seek clarity on why these restrictions persist.

Our business Facebook account has been suspended for three business days due to a copyright issue involving the term "PopSocket." We unknowingly used this term to describe a product, not realizing it was trademarked by the company "PopSocket." This suspension is hindering our ability to post or reply to customers, affecting all business transactions on our page. Hello, I have two Facebook accounts. One has been inactive for a while because I couldn't access it. I created a new one that I currently use. I recently discovered that someone has hacked into my unused account using my name and is trying to scam money from my friends. I believe my Facebook account is being hacked. About a week ago, I received an email informing me of unauthorized access to my Apple ID account. Subsequently, I noticed unfamiliar logins on Facebook from different locations. Taking measures, I updated my security settings, changed my email and password. However, I found out someone is still accessing my account through VIWebview on my iPhone. I am facing a serious situation with an ex-boyfriend stalker and feeling threatened. In conversations with significantly older men, she discussed experiencing physical abuse from my ex-husband and expressing suicidal thoughts. The account has been locked as fake, necessitating the submission of her state ID for verification, which is unattainable due to her age. I solely require access to her messages and I am willing to have the account relocked or deleted if needed. This information is crucial for addressing her urgent need for assistance and thoroughly investigating the abuse allegations. I have a Facebook account under the name Tommy J Kelly. I also have another account for my paving business under the name Tommy J Kelly Paving, which I recently deleted. On Instagram, I have two accounts: one for Tommy J Kelly Paving and another under Tommy J Kelly [redacted]. While on the Tommy J Kelly [redacted] account, I tried to create a business page and inadvertently ended up merging my personal page with the Tommy J Kelly Paving page. This resulted in all my personal photos being transferred to the business page, which led me to delete it. Now, I can't access my original Tommy J Kelly Facebook page associated with the phone number ending in [redacted]. Resetting the password doesn't work, as I no longer receive a code at my new number, [redacted]. Despite finding my page through a friend's connections, I can't recover it. Currently, I have both profiles on separate phones, with the Tommy J Kelly page functioning as Tommy J Kelly Paving and the other account inaccessible. I need help with recovering my Facebook account. My old account linked to my phone number was compromised when my phone got stolen a few months ago. I managed to get my phone number back recently and tried to log in, but it logged me into someone else's account instead of mine. I suspect the thief updated their Facebook with my phone number. I have reached out previously, but the issue remains unresolved. I am hesitant to create a new account. I am unable to access my account as an old account came up while attempting to change my password, removing my associated email. Since the email is my only one, I am unable to use it for verification. Despite entering my phone number, I do not receive any messages. I was asked personal questions and noticed a login from Nigeria, so I changed my password. After that, I was logged out of my account, and all my information was changed.
