Hello, I recently created a new demo page for my chatbot service. However, while testing the flow with ManyChat, the page got restricted from sending messages via Messenger. This issue occurs with every page I connect to test the ManyChat flow. I have submitted an appeal to lift this restriction, but I have not received a response yet. Additionally, the appeal does not show up in the page support inbox, making me unsure if it was received. Effective communication via Messenger is crucial for a chatbot service like mine. I have two inquiries: 1. What is the reason for these restrictions being put in place? Understanding this will help me avoid making similar mistakes on other pages. 2. Why has there been no response to my appeal? I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance so I can begin offering my chatbot service to my clients.

There is a business Facebook account displaying my information that I did not create - Bella Sciences. My account is linked to my personal account but appears as "BELLA SCIENCES". I clicked a link on the page which prompted me to call and confirm it was my business. I foolishly followed the instructions and merged the accounts, now I fear it may be a scam. I provided my contact information for verification, and they are supposed to contact me within 72 hours. I am worried about this situation. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

A while back, my ex accessed my email account and subsequently got into all my social media accounts. She changed my Facebook password, and now I can't log in. The account has been inactive for some time, and I simply want it deleted. I reported the account for deletion, but I would like to confirm with a service technician that it will be removed and get an estimate of the timeline. The account holds sensitive information as all my friends and pictures are public. I urgently need the account removed as soon as possible.

Hello Facebook Support, I unintentionally created a duplicate Facebook account on December 27, [redacted], as JENNIFET NSENKYIRE (no profile picture) while already having an account as JENNIFER NSENKYIRE (with a profile picture). I previously interacted with a Facebook representative who directed me to a company named PopUP, which charged me nearly $60.00 to eliminate the duplicate account. Despite following their instructions, the duplicate account persists, and my attempts to contact PopUP have been unsuccessful. Recently, I discovered my original account was deactivated by Facebook for impersonation concerns. I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue with Facebook, but have not succeeded. I kindly request the reinstatement of my original account, as it is crucial for my activities. I have attached my ID for verification purposes. Please remove the duplicate account under JENNIFET NSENKYIRE. Thank you.

My account has been deactivated due to an impersonator using my name and profile picture to post on my wall. Despite reporting the incidents to Facebook and filling out the necessary forms multiple times, I have not received adequate assistance. The responses I receive only direct me to log in to my disabled account, which is impossible. I have also forgotten my password due to having to change it multiple times. Additionally, I have explained that I will be moving on the 28th and provided proof of my identity through my U.S. Passport as Daniel O'Shea. The support inbox link provided has not resolved the issue, leaving me unable to access my account.

Hello, I am A.K.N. and I am an administrator for the KMC Private High School page. Our page, managed by me, my mother O.M.K., and my father K.M.C., was hacked on May 15, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my father's account was compromised, leading to all three of us being removed from our admin roles. Upon noticing unusual posts, clearly indicating a hack, we realized the severity of the situation. My father's inability to access his account, due to changes in the email and password, has further exacerbated the issue. Fortunately, my mother's and my accounts remain unaffected. Our family's reputable school's page, with [redacted],[redacted] likes and [redacted],[redacted] followers, has been tarnished by disrespectful posts. As Facebook ad customers since [redacted], we have invested $3,[redacted].69 in growing our social media presence. We urgently seek guidance to regain control of my father's account and restore the integrity of our school's page. Despite exhausting the resources on Facebook's help page, we have been unable to resolve this distressing situation.

I previously had an old Facebook account that I deleted around 3 years ago after breaking up with my ex. I didn't want to delete everything at the time, so I created a new account. I am currently in a custody battle with my ex, scheduled for June 19, [redacted], due to his violent behavior. My solicitor mentioned that messages from my old account could be very helpful for my case. If there is a way to retrieve these messages, it could greatly benefit me. I am willing to provide any information to prove ownership of the old account, such as identifying mutual contacts or sharing a link to my current Facebook page. I had two Facebook accounts. One for personal use as Hillra Stone Qualls. The second account was for the Rookduels League Rook card game under Lucy Longlegs. Someone changed my Yahoo email, and now I can't access my account. I've been trying for a few months without success. I have a new email address but can't sign in to change Lucy Longlegs. Additionally, someone added photos to the account that I did not upload. I did not put those photos there. Thank you, Hillra Stone Qualls. My personal email is [redacted]

My sister-in-law, Kerry V., runs a private Facebook group called "DID and Me." She shares accounts of supposed abuse from family members, including graphic details of rape and molestation, which are completely untrue. There is no history of abuse in our family. She needs psychiatric help, not validation for these hurtful lies. She has mentioned family members by name, which may lead to a defamation lawsuit. We have screenshots and will involve the authorities. Thank you for any assistance, Facebook.

On Friday, I attempted to log into my Facebook account, but it stated that I had changed my password the day before, which I hadn't. I couldn't reset my password because the email linked to my account is outdated and inaccessible. Furthermore, I didn't have my phone number or any trusted contacts set up for a password reset. When I reported my account as hacked, Facebook promptly disabled it. Despite trying to confirm my identity to regain access, Facebook required me to use the outdated email to contact me, which isn't feasible as I can't access it. Consequently, I'm unable to complete the verification process and regain access to my account.

This is my final attempt to resolve this issue before I permanently delete my account. Repeatedly, I receive notifications of a suspicious login attempt from Clifton, NJ. Even if I confirm whether it was me or not, the system insists on changing my password. I find this frustrating, especially today when I had to reset my password, only to be prompted to change it again for the same reason moments later. It is becoming impossible to manage and notify my archival service about the constant password changes. This system is truly exasperating, and I can't keep up with it any longer. I am currently unable to log in, and I am unwilling to change my password twice within such a short timeframe. The frequency of password changes is making it difficult for Erado to access and archive efficiently. I've raised this concern multiple times with no solution. At this point, contacting Facebook seems nearly impossible due to the hurdles in the system. Is there a way to address this ongoing issue?

I am facing technical challenges with my Facebook account. When I try to view my profile, the photos do not show up, including the background image and profile picture. I am prompted for a temporary bio. I suspect a possible hack and wish to change my password for security and adjust privacy settings. My Facebook account should display as Karen Lee Hill - Ole Miss. My Facebook account, [redacted], has been disabled. I provided a copy of my driver's license to prove my identity. I was creating a new account to access mine when this happened. I followed the support steps to no avail. Jesse messaged me asking which account I wanted to keep. I chose the one with me in a blue top in Hawaii, but now it's disabled. Is there any way to reactivate it? I'm having trouble changing my primary contact from [redacted] to [redacted] since we no longer use the previous email provider. I don't receive the verification code when trying to update the information. I've been trying to resolve this for over a month. My husband is also experiencing issues updating his primary contact to papleech@centurylink.

In [redacted], I changed my Facebook name to Missin Tig when my son Tig went missing. Recently, I've been unable to access my account. I can reset the password, but it then asks for an ID which is Amanda Langley. I also have an account under Amanda Langley, but I can't access the Missin Tig account due to a loop issue caused by the name change from Moo Ska. How can I regain access to my Missin Tig account?

Hi Everyone, I wanted to share that my Facebook account has been hacked multiple times, and I have reported it more than 10 times. I am being harassed by a professional hacker who is associated with my ex-partner. There are posts, likes, and notifications on my account that I have not made, and my activity log shows actions I did not take. Despite reporting these issues in detail, I have been unfairly banned for thirty days, preventing me from connecting with my family, even my daughter. I urge Mr. Zuckerberg to review the evidence I have provided, showing the inconsistency in the bans imposed on my account. This continuous harassment not only affects my Facebook account but also extends to my emails, necessitating password resets. Hello Facebook, I am reaching out in desperation regarding the disturbing situation I have been facing. About three weeks ago, a fake account surfaced, displaying all my newborn pictures of my daughter Elsie. After countless reports, the account was successfully shut down. However, I woke up three days ago to yet another fake account, despite having all my posts set to private. This account featured my daughter once again, under the name "Megan Watson." They have not only saved and reused my pictures but have also stolen photos of my friend's stillborn baby, Louie. This has left my friend Jasmine and me feeling deeply upset and violated. We have mobilized friends, family, and local groups to report the account, but after three days, it remains active. The lack of police assistance in this matter is disheartening. The fact that we are blamed for sharing pictures of our children online is unacceptable. We should not have to live in fear of such individuals. The account creation date in [redacted] implies a disturbing level of intrusion into our lives. They have even gone so far as to dig up pictures from my old Twitter accounts and my friends' accounts, leaving us with a sense of utter vulnerability. I have three Facebook accounts, two of which were taken over by my ex almost two years ago. These accounts no longer reflect my current life and are impacting my job search. I am particularly keen to regain access to one of them as it contains personal college papers I'd like to retrieve. I believe the profiles are mine as I am the only Derek Piland on Facebook, and many photos match those on my current profile.
