I have two accounts under the name Miranda Lee. The first account, with a profile picture of me in a pink sweatshirt, is the one I am reaching out about. This account was compromised when I believe I was hacked on January 2, [redacted]. The password was changed from "Baseball4life!" to an unknown one, supposedly from a G4 phone in Atlanta, Georgia, a location I did not access from as I reside in Oregon and typically use servers from there or Washington. I have since regained control of the account with text and email verification codes. However, my attempts to use a code to change my password initially failed, despite numerous tries over a month. Eventually, I was successful, but the correct codes were submitted each time. I now access my accounts from a Samsung J3 Eclipse and Samsung J3, having recently switched to a Samsung Galaxy A6 after breaking my Samsung J3. I suspect there was unauthorized activity on my account while it was compromised and would like details on the password change on January 2, [redacted], along with any other information on account activity during that time.

On December 4, [redacted], my mother, M.A. ([redacted]), had trouble accessing her long-standing Facebook account. I utilized the password reset feature and input the emailed code for her. However, upon logging in after the reset, she was directed to a profile belonging to "H.A.," my father, who doesn't use Facebook. Neither of my parents recall setting up his account. I reached out to Facebook via the "help" page but have not received guidance on how M.A. can regain access to her original account. She is retired and values her time on Facebook. Both my parents are older and depend on my help for technical matters. Prompt resolution is crucial to ensure their satisfaction. Thank you for your assistance.

I used to be part of a group called "You Know You’re from Waterbury When." I replied to a post and was then blocked by the Admin, George Buddy Wall. After requesting to be reinstated and apologizing if my comment was political, Mr. Wall said I could pay a fee to his PayPal account to get back in. I don't believe I should have to pay to rejoin the group. I can provide screenshots of the messages if needed. Thank you for any advice.

Please unmemorialize my brother's account that we are using to announce funeral details for tomorrow, December 6. I previously requested memorialization but did not realize it would prevent us from making posts.
Regarding issue #2, all my Facebook posts to anyone's timeline, including my own, and my comments are not sticking. Even when I press Post or Done, they do not save. Sometimes selecting Edit manages to post them, but usually it does not work.
Additionally, I am experiencing a small dialog box at the bottom of my Facebook page resembling a chat box, listing posts but disappearing along with something I posted if clicked on. Please address this as well.
I have attempted to resolve these problems by refreshing the page, restarting Facebook, and even rebooting my entire PC, but the issues persist.

Following the recent outage, I am experiencing difficulties accessing my account. Despite submitting various forms of identification, such as a bank statement, medical record, government letter, and a recent photograph, I continue to receive a generic response indicating that my account ownership cannot be verified. This automated reply prompts me to confirm my identity to regain access to my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I am unable to use my original email address for recovery purposes. This situation is frustrating, and I seek assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I recently experienced a hack on my Facebook account approximately two weeks ago. It seems like the hacker, who resides just a few miles away, is now using my account. One of my friends received a friend request from me, but she immediately knew something was wrong since we always communicate on Facebook. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to regain access to my account, which I have had for many years. Social media is my primary means of social interaction as I have been homebound due to disability for an extended period. I sincerely hope for assistance in resolving this issue and appreciate your help. Thank you.

After finishing work, I attempted to log into my Facebook account, only to discover that my password had been changed. Following Facebook's procedures to recover my account, I was sent an SMS to my cellphone with a 6-digit code, which I used to reset my password. Facebook notified me that someone had tried to access my account from a location far from me, and I confirmed that it wasn't me. However, the process took an unexpected turn when I got logged out again, and my password was changed once more. Despite my efforts to request another code, Facebook declined, citing that "too many codes have been sent." I then tried to verify my identity by submitting pictures of my driver's license, and I received an email to an alternate email address with a confirmation link. Unfortunately, when I clicked on the link to reset my password, it was labeled as invalid. I am currently stuck in a loop with no way to access my account or verify my identity. Any assistance in regaining access to my account and changing my password would be greatly appreciated.

I have two Facebook accounts. Supposedly, one was blocked for showing inappropriate pictures, but it wasn't the one associated with *****@***.com; it was the one linked to *****@***.com, which now can't use Messenger. I created a new account with *****@***.com, which was meant to be the blocked one, but it wasn't, and now my *****@***.com account is blocked for no reason. The newest account I created doesn't have any pictures like the other two. Please delete the one without pictures. I would appreciate it if you could unlock both my accounts and delete the newest one using the phone number ending in [redacted]. My Facebook accounts are crucial for my business, and without them, I can't earn a living. Thank you.

I have two Facebook accounts, and one was blocked for showing inappropriate photos, but it should have been the one under *****@***.com. Instead, it was the account linked to *****@***.com, which is the one I use for Messenger. I created a new account with *****@***.com, but it was supposed to be the one blocked, not my *****@***.com account. I want the account without any photos to be deleted, please. Please unlock both of my accounts and delete the newest account that uses the phone number ending in [redacted]. My Facebook accounts are essential for my business, and I am unable to make a living without them. I have tried everything to fix this issue with no success; I need your help to resolve it as I am currently blocked from accessing all my Facebook accounts with that phone number.

I received a friend request from a woman and started chatting with her. She convinced me to have a video call on imo, where we exchanged explicit videos. Realizing it was a setup, I abruptly stopped the call. Moments later, a man demanded $[redacted], threatening to share the video with my contacts. After negotiation, the demand was lowered to $[redacted]. I bought some time, changed my imo username, and deactivated my Facebook account. Although nothing has been shared, I fear the worst. I attempted to find her profile but to no avail. Should I be concerned about future repercussions? Any advice on safeguarding myself would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, this is Angelina Alcantar. I am reaching out for assistance regarding my Facebook account. Recently, due to someone attempting to access my account, my old account was taken down. Now I find myself with a new account, losing connection with my friends and family. My main request is to retrieve my old account as I am unfamiliar with the new connections on the current one. Despite numerous attempts since 4 p.m. this afternoon in California, including contacting T-Mobile for advice, I have not been successful. I have provided all the necessary information, reset my password, and verified my phone number, but only received a new account in return. The new account does not fulfill my need to reconnect with loved ones. It is important for me, especially as a senior, to have access to my old account for communication. Please assist me promptly in regaining access to my old account so that I can continue using Facebook as I have always enjoyed doing. Thank you for your help and I look forward to your response.

My account has been disabled again because I refuse to give money to scammers. I received a wrongful report, and now I am blocked. I am getting seriously frustrated with this situation. I want my account unlocked, and the false reports from individuals like (LINDA BRAT) need to stop. Please return my account ([redacted]) as soon as possible. I have done nothing wrong, and it is unfair to be blocked repeatedly due to scammers. If my account is not reinstated promptly, I will escalate this matter. Sincerely, Mr. Robert Johnston - author and businessperson.

I received a Facebook message from your organization on January 28 inviting me to join a fundraiser of my choosing. I selected one that holds personal significance, and many of my Facebook friends generously donated to support my cause. However, I have not received confirmation that the donations were transferred to the nonprofit organization I selected, North Cottage Program in Norton, Massachusetts. Upon reaching out to them, they have no record of receiving the donation. Could you please verify that the donation was successfully made as intended?

I have been experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account since yesterday afternoon (05.12.18). The issue started when I was prompted to enter my password while sharing a post from Instagram to Facebook, something that usually doesn't happen. After failing to recall my password, I selected 'forgotten password'. A 6-digit number, [redacted], was provided to me, but after entering it, I received a message saying I had 'tried too many times - try again later'. Despite my continuous attempts, I kept receiving the same code and error message. I am unsure about what steps to take next to regain access to my account and I am concerned that unauthorized access attempts may have occurred. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am frustrated with how Facebook handles scammers on their platform. Earlier tonight, I refused to send money to someone and was immediately blocked. This is unfair, as law-abiding users like me frequently face restrictions while scammers roam free. I am a businessman and only share my poetry and writings online. My blocked pages, associated with my email [redacted], are impacting my ability to promote my business as a published author. It is unjust that rejecting scammers leads to being blocked. I request the swift restoration of my pages (Rihaana fan page201), as my livelihood depends on them. It is disheartening that Facebook allows scammers to thrive while penalizing honest users. I urge Facebook to address this issue promptly. - Robert Allan Johnston, Published Author

Hello, I'm Jacob F. and I've been struggling to regain access to my Facebook account for almost a year now. The issue began when I changed my password and then lost the phone I used to log in. When I got a new phone and tried to access my account, they sent the access info to an old AOL email I had from when I first signed up for Facebook 10 years ago. Despite linking that old email to my current Gmail, verifying my identity, and receiving notifications through Gmail, I am still unable to log in. I've uploaded my CA ID multiple times as requested for identity verification, but I have yet to hear back from Facebook. I rely on Facebook to stay in touch with family and close friends, including my grown daughters and childhood friends. If there's a way to resolve this, I'm willing to cooperate fully. Please update me on the progress. Thank you for your assistance. Respectfully, Jacob F.

I am unable to access my Facebook account for a few years due to forgetting my password. The phone I used when I created the account was stolen and no longer in use. I now have a different phone with a new number provided by my sister. Without access to the SMS verification code, I cannot change my password to regain entry into my account after my laptop's hard drive crashed without any backups. I am eager to retrieve important information from my Facebook page. Is there an option to answer security questions or provide personal details to regain access to my account?

Hello Facebook Terms Support, I am reaching out regarding the account Liv Santong, which is a nickname my mother uses to call me. I was born on the 1st of February [redacted], and my account has been active for many years. I am aware of your privacy policy and have not engaged in any inappropriate actions. I have various documents available to verify my account, including my National Identification Card, Passport, University Student card, Work ID Card, Family book, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Upper Secondary Education, and The Degree of Engineer in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. I believe this information should be sufficient for verifying my account. This account is crucial to me as I have important business information stored in it. I urgently request for my Facebook ID to be reopened. Thank you for your assistance.

I have two Facebook accounts that I use for different devices, one is under Peggy McDonald on my iPhone 8, and the other is under Peggy Monette-McDonald on my computer. I accidentally clicked on a button that said "private message" and now one of my accounts seems to have disappeared. The account that disappeared had more friends on it, and I need both accounts for different reasons. Can someone help me bring back the disappeared account and remove the private messaging option? I've tried to fix it myself but couldn't. I just want things to go back to the way they were. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Peggy.
