My name is Patrick Brazil. I have lost access to my Facebook and Gmail accounts as I forgot the passwords. During the recovery process, the verification code is being sent to my old work phone, [redacted], which is no longer in use. I have updated my contact number to [redacted] and email to [redacted] The old email associated with the accounts was [redacted] I urgently need assistance in recovering my old account where years of history are stored. If that's not feasible, I request to receive the verification code for the new account at [redacted], as I have not been receiving it despite multiple attempts. Please help me regain access to my old account or facilitate the creation of the new one.

I am urgently requesting someone to reach out to me. I recently set up a FB Messenger account solely to assist a friend in need of an alternative means of communication. Privacy is incredibly important to me, especially due to past experiences with an abusive ex-husband. I am distressed to discover that all of my personal email addresses have somehow been acquired by Facebook without my consent. It seems that advertising companies now have access to this information. How can I retrieve my data from Facebook and ensure that my contacts are removed? This is a serious breach of my privacy and I require immediate assistance to address this issue.

There is a post with my name, phone number, and a picture of me on it saying really rude things. I had a fallout with an ex-friend who left a note on a car with disrespectful remarks, wrongly implicating me. I've been receiving threats and incessant calls, causing distress. As a father of three, this false post needs urgent removal. I've tried reaching out to the person who posted it to no avail. My name is Daniel Vincent, and the post is causing family issues. Over a week ago, I was banned for photos I posted on Facebook. I appealed the ban and won. However, those same photos now face a seven-day ban. I find Facebook's actions discriminatory and have enlisted the help of my partner, a senior lecturer in Edinburgh University's law department, to challenge the company's practices. The photos in question do not depict me in an inappropriate manner, as my genitals are covered, and I am not erect due to medical reasons. I have informed my partner about this issue. Additionally, I want to highlight that Facebook provides false information on its site. The [redacted] telephone number listed was not recognized, which I believe is misleading.

I am experiencing issues with a fake Facebook account created by a person named Doug or Douglas Roanie using my name Stevie Jean Ervin. The real me is depicted in a profile picture with my children and a motorcycle. I have not been successful in receiving the necessary code to unlock my account from my three contacts Sylvester Jones, Stephanie Ervin, and Crystal Nolan. The old email associated with the account, s j e r v i n 0 [redacted] @ gmail.com, is no longer accessible, so I'm trying to use my new email, s j e r v i n [redacted] @ gmail.com. Any advice on how to regain control of my real Facebook account and remove the fake one would be greatly appreciated.

After updating Facebook, I encountered issues with accessing Marketplace and clicking on links within posts, causing the app to crash repeatedly. Despite sending three tech support messages in the past week, I have not received any responses. Restarting my phone did not resolve the problem, and I am hesitant to uninstall Facebook as it may remove all updates and potentially erase important data such as photos, messages, and group information. I am being blocked from viewing my notifications or opening any groups on Facebook. Every time I attempt anything, I receive a message stating that I am temporarily blocked for supposedly misusing the feature by going too fast. I am puzzled by this as I do not see how I could misuse clicking a notification. This situation is really frustrating. Oddly enough, I have no issues when using Facebook on my phone; everything works fine. Yet, I consistently encounter this problem on my PC. Just today, I was able to access a group and post normally, but shortly after, I received the blocking message again. I can only access my home page. I am unsure whom to address this issue to or whom to contact for help. I hope someone here can assist me.

I have established a Facebook business page as a contractor under my name, functioning as a public figure. I granted admin privileges to a firm to boost their product posts on my page, which I have invested thousands of dollars in advertising. Recently, they have connected my page to their business manager account, claiming ownership without my consent. This action has left me feeling vulnerable, as the page I initiated and manage can apparently be taken over without my knowledge. As the original creator and current admin, I am puzzled by this process and concerned about the lack of security. I have been unable to access my Facebook account for over a month now. Despite multiple complaints, I have not received any support. I have reset my password and updated my linked email account, but each time I try to log in, I am asked to confirm my new email. After confirming, I am prompted with a message showing the change, but clicking "ok" only results in a temporary block for suspected misuse. This cycle repeats every time I attempt to access my account. Frustrated by this ongoing issue, I created a new account that seems to be hard to find by others. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of resolution after several attempts to rectify this situation.

I've been permanently blocked from using the FB Help Centre. I believe this happened because I criticized FB's approach to business pages. I think the permanent ban is unfair for several reasons: 1) I don't think I violated any FB policies unless criticizing FB's approach is against their policies. If it is, I would like to be informed and will comply in the future by critiquing them on their community help centre. 2) Being blocked without knowing which comment supposedly violated FB policies and without a chance to respond goes against natural justice. 3) If I did violate FB policies, how can I learn from the experience and improve my online behavior without knowing what the violation was? 4) The severity of the sanctions without any warning, such as a temporary ban, surprises me. I don't understand why my comments would be considered worse than others I see in the Help Centre. 5) There is a constant "new message" alert in my support inbox when there are no new messages, which is irritating. Can this be corrected? Thank you.

For a month now, despite multiple attempts, I am unable to delete my pictures on Facebook. I have encountered issues with uploaded photos that were deleted from my phone. I have exhausted all methods to remove them permanently but have had no success. At this point, I am considering deleting my account and losing ten years of memories of my children due to this platform's shortcomings. I am having trouble recovering my Facebook account. I forgot my old password and no longer have access to the email and phone number associated with the account. When I tried to set a new password, I was locked out for trying too many times. I now remember my password and email, but I can't seem to add a new email or phone number for contact. Even though I receive a code by email or phone, I don't know where to input it. The prompt to enter the code is missing, and trying to click "Okay" too quickly results in being blocked from my account for hours. I also attempted the secure contacts multiple times but was blocked for 96 hours. This is my second attempt today and I'm in need of assistance on how to proceed.

I need help recovering my Facebook account. When trying to create a new password, I forgot the old one and no longer had access to the email and phone number linked to the account. After many failed attempts, I finally remembered my password and email. However, when trying to add a new email or phone number to receive a code for verification, I never found where to input these codes. Facebook kept sending me codes but did not specify where to enter them. Additionally, pressing "Okay" too quickly led to being blocked for ** hours. The system also prevented me from using the secure contacts option. I believe Facebook should provide clearer instructions on where to input the codes and avoid blocking users unnecessarily.

Hello! I've been unable to access my Facebook account since Sunday, [redacted].11.18. There is a second account under my name, Julia Lorimer, which I don't use. I believe I may have inadvertently created it years ago when I had trouble accessing my original account. I haven't used this second account and would like assistance in removing it. Lately, I have been disturbed by receiving inappropriate images in the "People You May Know" section of my Facebook account. Despite not interacting with any suggested profiles, these adult images keep appearing. I value my privacy and only connect with family, church members, and cooking groups. It is concerning that such content is being displayed on a private platform like Facebook, and I have tried using the "Remove" option without success. Some of the text accompanying these images appears to be in a foreign language like Arabic. I am seeking assistance to either remove or block the People You May Know feature to prevent further occurrences.
