On Monday, I encountered an issue with my Facebook account. I was prompted to enter a password, which was unusual. Not remembering my password, I had to create a new one. Unfortunately, this led to the unintentional creation of a new account with a slightly altered name. My original account is under the name David S. Zadnoff, while the new one is David Zadnoffo. Posts intended for my original account now end up on the new account. I am unable to receive messages from friends on my original account. I would like assistance in restoring my original account and removing the new one with the altered name.

I submitted a picture of my personal ID as requested. However, my Facebook account is still inactive. The name on my ID is Nedzad Keranovic, but on Facebook, it's Dado, a name used by my family and friends. My son, Haris Keranovic, and my sister, Vanesa Saracevic, can confirm this. Please enable my account quickly as I don't want to lose touch with family in Australia (Irma Quinn), the USA (Nermina Strikland), and many friends, along with cherished memories. I am having trouble accessing my account. It has been almost two years since I last tried to log in, and the security questions are not helping me gain access. The option to send a confirmation code to an old phone number I no longer have is not useful. When asked to identify pictures of people on my friends list, I have been unsuccessful because I do not recognize the individuals shown to me. I have accepted friend requests from people I do not know well, so I struggle to identify them from the photos. Asking for help from friends listed is also not an option since I cannot contact them outside of Facebook. I need assistance to regain access to my account as it contains important photos and messages that I do not want to lose. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi FB, I recently received a security update on my FB app, and although I updated it, I couldn't remember my password. The app usually keeps me logged in, so I had to reset the password. However, the SMS code was sent to an old mobile number I hadn't updated. I usually log in through the app, not a browser, so I couldn't verify through that method. I sent my ID and finally received the code, but when I entered it through the link provided, it asked for a code generator as I hadn't logged in through that browser before. It's becoming a bit frustrating as I go in circles. I just need to update my mobile number to [redacted]9 to receive the SMS code and recover access to my FB account. I hope you can assist me with this issue, as I really want to regain access without losing my account history and photos. Yesterday, I received a message from Facebook about an unfamiliar device trying to access my account from Nigeria. I reside in Swannanoa, NC. I informed them it wasn't me, and they asked for my password to verify my identity. After entering it, Facebook indicated it was incorrect. Typically, I am always logged in on my phone. I attempted to change the password, but Facebook rejected it again. Today, I was unexpectedly signed out due to a timed-out session, and now it appears my account has been removed. This situation is upsetting and troubling to me. I have cherished my Facebook account for many years and am confident about my password. I have invaluable pictures of my children from their birth on there. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this matter.

A few months ago, I was able to access my Facebook account, but the next day, I could not log into Messenger or Facebook at all. When I search for my account, it says my email addresses cannot be found, and the same goes for my name. However, my friends can still see my content and pictures. It seems like my Facebook account is still active. I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my account, as I failed to update it when I got a new phone and a new number. This lockout prevents me from receiving any login codes. I suspect my Facebook was hacked and details were altered. I urgently need help to regain access to my account as there are important photos and memories I wish to retrieve. The situation is confusing and concerning.

My former fiancé hacked my account after I was kidnapped, and now he has vanished. I need access to my account, which I've had for years as Shannon M. Collins from Oklahoma City. It's been two weeks now, and my Facebook account and Messenger are still disabled mistakenly. I am a genuine user who doesn't engage in harassment or talking about others. I don't impersonate anyone, and my account is authentic. I don't have multiple accounts and refrain from posting any violent, rude, hateful, or harmful content. My main purpose is to stay connected with family and friends using Facebook daily to meet new people. I'm puzzled about why my account might have been reported. About two to three weeks ago, I woke up in the morning and clicked on Facebook, only to see a message saying my session had expired. When I tried to log back in, it said my password was incorrect. I've been using the same password for the past eight years, so I know it's not wrong. I tried to reset it, but I can't access the linked email address anymore. The Facebook account belongs to Brodie Redpath and is connected to the email [redacted] I've had to create a new account, and it's frustrating because I've lost eight years worth of photos, contacts with old friends, colleagues, family, and my business page. I have a business Facebook page called Meraki Hair Collection. I use it to promote my business by sponsoring posts and paying through PayPal. When my Visa card expired in July, I renewed it in September. Since then, I have been unable to update my new card information on Facebook for payments. Although I successfully updated my card on PayPal after contacting my bank, I continue to face issues when trying to sponsor posts on Facebook. The error messages indicate authorization problems and mention preapproved payments with Facebook. Facebook's response apologizes for the inconvenience and assures me they are resolving the issue. My main account (associated with my primary Gmail at [redacted]) was hacked and disabled, leading to my Instagram account linked with this profile being disabled as well. Despite multiple attempts to contact the Help Center, I was unable to get help restoring my accounts. I recently recontacted and provided a copy of my driver's license as proof of identity. I am willing to provide further identification if necessary to verify my ownership of these accounts. Hello, I established a page some time back after completing training with PureSmiles. I initially used my own name, but my partner informed me that I must revert to using the name associated with PureSmiles since I trained with them and use their products. I would like to change my page name from White Smiles to PureSmile by Elri. I noticed another partner is named PureSmile by Bianca. I prefer not to lose my page and reviews by creating a new one. The account in question is quite old and holds significant sentimental value as it is tied to many cherished memories. I am pleading for an opportunity to demonstrate my sincerity. I believe in second chances for everyone. I have been trying to stream football matches which infringed upon Facebook's policies. Despite receiving warnings to cease this activity, I persisted and even posted profane content resulting in my account being temporarily disabled on three separate occasions. Regrettably, my account has now been permanently banned, leaving me unable to access or recover it. I am sincerely sorry for my actions and am seeking a chance to rectify my mistakes. Hello, my account Lenka Sládkovičová was temporarily disabled on Saturday, 10/11/[redacted]. I use this account for my work page LuPhi shop on Facebook. I am unable to access my page now due to this issue. I urgently need to unlock my account so I can continue my work. I have been using this account without any problems for 3 years. I'm an 18-year-old woman who recently moved out of my parents' home, and they aren't pleased with it. They accessed my Facebook and Gmail accounts without my permission, changed the passwords, and are now causing trouble by harassing my friends and posting private conversations. This has caused me to have panic attacks all night and lose sleep. I never shared my account information with them, so I'm desperate to regain control. I've already reported the hacking to Google and Facebook, and my friends have tried to help by reporting the account as well.

Our Facebook group page, MONTEFRIO CLAN LUZON VISAYAS MINDANAO, encountered an issue today and is currently inaccessible. The page was designed for our family and relatives to reconnect and organize our upcoming family reunion on December 23, [redacted]. We are puzzled as to why it is unavailable, as we have always complied with Facebook's policies. I believe I am being unfairly reported. Some posts that others are reporting me for are actually things that were shared by others, which is not right. I find it unfair that I am facing consequences for content that is widely available on the website. Please, reconsider the block that has been placed on my account as it is unjust to restrict me from sending messages for 7 days. Instead of singling me out, it would be more logical to address the main person responsible for the content. I feel like there should be a discussion before taking action, but unfortunately, my account was suspended without any communication or explanation.
