I lost my cell phone a few weeks back. I attempted to access Facebook using my friend's phone. However, it stated that an SMS would be sent to me shortly, but I am unable to receive it as I no longer have that phone. To make matters more confusing, the phone number linked to my account now belongs to an acquaintance with whom I don't have a good relationship. I have tried to verify my identity by sending pictures of my Texas ID and holding up a piece of paper with the code and my face multiple times. It's disheartening that no one is assisting me with this issue. 😞😬

I wish to report a business operating on Facebook called 'EasyLiving4You.' After viewing a video advertisement, I purchased what was promoted as the 'AirCooler' but received a different and cheaper product labeled 'AirCool24.' Despite my attempts to seek clarification and an apology from the company, no explanation or remorse was provided. It seems that the vendor deliberately deceived customers by advertising one product and delivering another, leading to false advertising and fraud suspicions. I strongly urge for necessary actions to be taken against EasyLiving4You, such as warnings, account suspension, or other suitable measures. Hello, I have a significant problem with one of my old Facebook pages. Someone has hacked into my account and is posting inappropriate comments with profanity. These comments are being sent to my work Facebook page, causing me distress. I want this to stop and I am looking to identify the person responsible for hacking my account and trying to harm my job security. I would appreciate it if the Facebook account could be closed permanently to prevent any further issues.

Recently, Facebook removed a post of mine from the group "Everything New Rules with Bill Maher and John Oliver," citing it as hate speech and against their Community Standards. Despite my attempts to appeal, they upheld their decision. I believe that by censoring my post showing a white man displaying hate towards African men, Facebook is disregarding my 1st Amendment rights. The video I shared received significant views, but only my post was singled out for removal. It is crucial to expose such acts of hatred, and I feel unfairly targeted by Facebook's actions. I am facing an issue with my Facebook payments being deactivated, which is hindering my ability to send or receive money via FB Messenger. The hacker used it to sell iPhones, engaging in a scam where they ask for money upfront but never send the items and then block the buyer. They have already victimized someone. The hacked account's posts included fake feedback from alleged customers who were likely part of the scam. This misuse of my name is distressing. My Facebook account was unexpectedly logged off on September 2nd and I have been unable to regain access since then. I attempted to reset my password but the reset link was sent to an unrecognized email address. Instead of my phone number and email, there is now a Google talk number listed in the contact information. I have been using this account for 9 years and would appreciate any assistance in recovering it.

There is a girl named Jenny Yue going around adding people on Facebook and video calling them for inappropriate reasons. She is allegedly blackmailing them for money by threatening to share the videos with their family members, including young kids. It is important to involve the police to apprehend her before she harms more individuals. Please do not ban her account yet, as she may create a new one and continue the harmful behavior. I am looking for a way to revert actions on my Facebook profile. Following a disagreement with a friend, I blocked her out of frustration. However, she contacted me, distressed to find out she was blocked and not just unfriended. This action erased our shared history on the platform. I unblocked her and sent a friend request, but she has not responded. Is it possible to restore our previous friendship status on Facebook, including our friend anniversary, to amend the situation?

This is the fourth or fifth attempt I've made to reach out. My Facebook page was hacked, and the profile is still active. Despite changing my password, someone keeps gaining access and taking control. I suspect I know who it might be, but lack concrete proof. This invasion of privacy is distressing, especially considering the personal content on the page tied to cherished memories, including photos with my late brother. The original page has a distinct photo with a :-) on my nose and specific text on the profile picture. The second account features pictures of my brother and me together. Hello, I'm AnnaLynn Lane. I've attempted multiple times to access my account without success. Despite resetting my password and trying various account recovery options, I keep getting directed to the two-factor authentication page. Regardless of how many times I input my details, I never receive the SMS with the confirmation code needed to log in. This issue persists on both my phone and laptop. Not being able to access the code generator and the absence of any SMS confirmations are preventing me from getting into my account. After a week of trying different methods, I remain unable to log in. I've been patient and tried numerous solutions, but nothing has worked so far. I kindly request assistance with this matter.

I have been informed that someone is spreading defamatory false information about a family member. This individual is making untrue claims about personal and professional aspects of my family member's life, aiming to harm their reputation within the community and with business connections. These lies are causing significant distress to my family member's emotional well-being. The lies also extend to financial misconduct within a not-for-profit organization, targeting business associates and government officials who provide funding for the organization. I am unable to confront this person directly due to them knowing my identity. I am considering legal action and would like to obtain copies of the false posts before they are removed. The impact of these lies extends beyond my family member to affect numerous individuals associated with the organization. Facebook's app is called "Messenger," while my phone company refers to it as "Messages." I suggest Facebook changes its name to avoid the confusion that arises from integrating these services. As a business owner, I find it frustrating when my private contacts might be accessed without my consent. The global integration seems unnecessary and intrusive. On September 5th around 6:00 pm central time, my account was hacked. I contacted support, sent my ID, and later sent a photo with a passcode. By noon the next day, I was able to regain access, change my password and email on Facebook, feeling very relieved. However, when I returned from dropping off my son at football practice, I had to log in again only to find my account disabled. I received a file that seemed useless when opened, along with an email requesting a login code I wasn't receiving. Now, I can only download the file and nothing else. Despite taking steps to remove the hackers, I'm stuck without access or codes. I've sent a picture of myself with my ID as requested, hoping this helps. It's been nearly two days, and I'm grateful for the assistance I've received but still need further help.
