Hello, I have reported an individual who is harassing my family, especially my sister. This person is threatening to post damaging information about my sister online. We have documented some of these false accusations. The individual asked for help hacking a WhatsApp account on Facebook. They are hackers invading our privacy to create fake images and misuse our information to harm my sister and our family. Despite reporting this to you, I was told there was no issue. This situation is causing us mental distress as we fear the next steps these individuals might take. My sister, a respected evangelist, is being targeted by this person JJ Ivelisse Rveira. I hope that serious actions will be taken. Thank you.

I need help resetting my password. I experienced issues receiving the reset code, so I reached out for help. I was informed that the problem was on Facebook's end and that as compensation, I would receive a $[redacted] gift card, which I accepted. However, I had to endure a lengthy phone call where I was required to listen to the benefits of the gift card despite just wanting my password issue resolved. Even after expressing my preference to skip the gift card, I was obligated to listen to the information. The supervisor repeated the same details, prolonging the call. After being transferred multiple times, I ultimately gave up on holding. I would like to have the gift card canceled immediately as I am concerned it might be a scam. The process for a simple password reset was frustrating due to the prolonged focus on the gift card rather than resolving the initial issue.

I have been attempting to access my account for over two weeks and have tried every recovery option available, but I am still unable to log in. The account was linked to a phone number I no longer have access to, and I am unable to retrieve any verification codes from it. Although I have updated my new phone number and email address, completed the trusted friends process multiple times, and followed all instructions, I am still unable to log in successfully. Each time the 24-hour waiting period ends, I am prompted to enter a verification code from my code generator, but I am unable to do so without first logging in. Despite providing a photo of myself with a code and my ID two weeks ago, I have not received any assistance. I urgently need to access my account for important information related to a court case. I am experiencing harassment from my ex-husband's wife on Facebook. She is using his account to spread false information about my relationship with him after his passing. It is causing distress as she has blocked me and is tarnishing my reputation. She even used his account to message me while he was in the hospice, and now she continues to harass me on his profile after his passing. I have blocked her, but she still finds ways to target me. My Facebook account has been deactivated, and I suspect it has been taken over by someone. When I downloaded my account information, I found photos that were not mine, but the personal details like my birthday were correct. The name associated with the account now is "Pascal Zask," but my name is Ezra Zask. It seems like the account has been hijacked. I believe it might be best to close this compromised account and allow me to create a new one.

I created a Facebook account a while back under the name Jennifer Jimenez. Originally, it was for personal use, but I haven't used it much, and my mother ended up using it since it was logged into her phone. I've gone through the process of deactivating and reactivating my account multiple times. Currently, I'm facing an issue reactivating my only Facebook account. I haven't had any problems in the past, as I've used the same account name for a long time.
I'll provide more information once you reach out to me. My mobile number has been the same for 13 years, and I've had my two email addresses for even longer. I normally only use Facebook for brief periods to connect with friends on a particular page before deactivating for months. Maybe Facebook got tired of my unconventional reasons for deactivating, as I would sometimes leave joking remarks like "Marry me Zuckerberg" in the feedback box. If that's the case, please overlook that and allow me to access my account again.

I was blocked from Facebook Marketplace on August 15th or 16th after my account was hacked. Someone posted a tractor for sale in my name at a very low price. Even though I removed the posts, my access to Marketplace was still blocked. Facebook informed me that my access was restored, but when I tried to access Marketplace, I was still blocked. I have appealed multiple times, but the issue persists. It seems there is an unresolved problem that needs to be addressed. I am unsure if there is something I need to do or if Facebook needs to involve someone more knowledgeable to fix this issue.

My business partner and I are facing an issue with our Facebook business account. We were gearing up to launch a social media campaign today, but we've hit a roadblock. While my partner was managing the Facebook page, I was handling the Ads manager. Facebook requested a picture from us without warning that it would result in our account being temporarily locked. I have experienced ongoing issues with my spouse for the past year. Recently, I reached my breaking point when he forced me to choose between him and my only friend. I made the decision to leave him and have been staying at a motel for three weeks. He has been sending threatening messages to my friend via Skype, claiming he would hack into my email and social media accounts. True to his word, he accessed my accounts by changing the passwords and even the linked phone number. I am unable to recover my accounts due to this. I can provide screenshots of his threatening messages to prove my identity. I am sharing my friend's email for contact as my husband may interfere with any recovery attempts. I prefer not to use my personal phone or email to avoid contact from my previous account. I've deactivated my old account and created a new one for a select few. My concern is that my Facebook account might have been disabled due to the content on my blog, which mainly consists of conservative posts from [redacted] and earlier, with some newer additions. I've paid Facebook to promote my page, so if there are any issues with the promotions causing harassment, it's likely Facebook's responsibility.
