Dear Sir, I am seeking assistance in recovering my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I have lost my smartphone along with the SIM card, which was linked to my account as the username. Since I did not add any email to my account, I am now unable to access it as I do not remember the password. Additionally, I did not save the password elsewhere since I used to stay signed in on my lost device. Furthermore, without the SIM card, I cannot choose a new password as I no longer have access to my phone number. I have tried the options in the Facebook Help Center without success. The username (phone number) of my compromised account is +[redacted]15. I am willing to provide any necessary identification documents to Facebook to resolve this matter. I am unable to make any payments to access a website that cannot assist me. I require help from a Facebook representative. Is there an online chat available? I am 70 years old and struggling due to memory issues. I have not used Facebook in nearly a year but recently reactivated my account. A few months ago, my Facebook account was hacked. I realized this when my passwords didn't work and saw that it had been changed. I tried contacting Facebook and followed the procedure which required sending a picture of my ID. Initially, they said there were no issues after their investigation. Despite replying to their email, I didn't receive any responses. I reported the account from my alternate Facebook account but it didn't help. Now, they claim they can't give me access as they can't confirm my identity, even though I sent my ID. I've asked my friends to report my account in hopes that it will prompt a better investigation. The stolen Facebook account may have the email [redacted], but the original email was [redacted] However, I couldn't access it due to age restrictions. I want to reach an actual person at Facebook, show them my ID, face, or even involve my family to recover my account. I hadn't set up two-factor authentication as I had done that on my alternate account and couldn't set it up with my phone.

A few weeks ago, my boyfriend's personal Facebook account was disabled. He received a notification on his cell phone at 2:30 am, but it expired before we woke up. He couldn't respond to the request in the text. Since then, he has tried many times to contact Facebook Support for help but without success. Each time he got automated messages saying the email addresses he provided weren't recognized by Facebook, and he couldn't get help. A couple of days ago, he tried to create a new FB account since he couldn't access his business page after his personal page was deactivated. The new account was deactivated as soon as he uploaded a photo of himself as the profile picture. We found a link to appeal that action, followed the instructions, and took several selfies for the appeal process. He submitted the information but hasn't heard back from FB yet. I believe my account was suspended this morning after I reached out through the app due to issues with Facebook. I feel my suspension without recourse violates my Community Standards and civil rights guaranteed by the constitution. Section [redacted] should not allow for discrimination. In my earlier message, I asked for the block to be lifted by noon EST, giving a deadline to avoid fines. As my account was suspended quickly after my post, I plan to charge $25,[redacted].00 per day for each day of the suspension. I recently discovered that my Facebook account password was changed without my knowledge. I am currently in Costa Rica with limited communication options. Regrettably, I do not have access to the email addresses associated with the account, and creating a new Facebook account didn't help as I've since deleted it. The only email I can access is [redacted], but it was used for the deleted account. Yesterday, I tried to log in to Facebook on my smartphone, but I was prompted to renew the login. After entering my email and password, Facebook indicated that my email wasn't associated with any account. However, they managed to suggest sending a login code to reset the password to an unfamiliar email address. I visited Facebook's support page for hacked accounts, where it mentioned receiving an email if the email address is changed. Despite checking my emails, I didn't find any such notification, yet my email was altered, and I'm unable to reset the password as all communication is going to the new email. I did not provide my phone number for verification, so regrettably, I can't confirm my account via phone. My Facebook was solely accessed on my smartphone through a browser. I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I initially got logged out while using the app on my phone, then reset my password successfully. However, the next day, I was logged out again, and now my password isn't being recognized. Despite trying both my email and phone number, neither are working. On Monday, May 31, [redacted], I received a security alert message from Facebook instructing me to change my password. I followed the instructions, changed my password, then logged out. Later that day, when I tried to log back in, I found my account had been hijacked. Despite the site displaying as usual, the owner's name now appears as "James_washington 38," whereas my name is Keith Birmingham. I suspect that my e-mail address has also been altered. I am trying to recover my account, but I can't because I forgot my password. The only recovery option given to me is to enter my forgotten password, which doesn't make sense. Additionally, when I try to use my active email associated with the account, Facebook says there is no account linked to it. The phone number I had linked is now associated with someone else's account. I need to reset my Facebook password for the account amy.cabrera.71 and re-link my email. This process is very frustrating, and I am not getting any assistance.
