I have been facing a longstanding issue with my old Facebook account. My wife recently took over managing the Facebook Group for her bicycle club. When she tried to share sign-up information for the annual reach-the-beach registration, her account got blocked by mistake. She reset her password and was prompted to upload her ID for verification. Despite trying six times to upload her driver's license, she's still locked out of her personal account and the club page. Hello, I created my Facebook account only with my phone number under the name Nat Chris. However, I am currently unable to log in because I cannot remember my last password. Unfortunately, when I try to reset my password using the "forgotten password" option, I am only prompted for an email address which is not linked to my account. I am worried that someone may have accessed my account without my permission as I am unable to receive a code on my phone to recover my account. This is concerning to me as I have important personal information on my Facebook account. I am still able to use Instagram and Messenger, but I have lost access to my Facebook account. Can anyone provide assistance with this issue?

My Facebook account was hacked on Saturday, January 23rd, and altered without my consent. I have been using this account for business purposes since [redacted], attracting traffic and income with nearly 5,[redacted] friends. Despite providing my driver's license to verify my identity after the hack, my account remains disabled. The financial impact this has had on my business is significant, and I urgently need access restored to minimize the losses. I complied by sending a picture of my Birth Certificate, only to receive a message indicating that if deemed underage, my account would be disabled. It has been over two weeks, and my account remains inaccessible. I urgently require access, as my apps are linked to this account, essential for my daily use. Additionally, I conduct a small business through this account and have lost all progress. The situation has left me feeling disheartened. Dear Instagram Support Team, I need to report a concerning issue with my Instagram account. Recently, I have been receiving unsolicited SMS verification codes from Instagram on several dates. Despite not requesting these codes, I kept getting prompted to change my password by Instagram last week. Subsequently, on January 8th, my account was disabled for allegedly violating terms of service. After following the provided instructions, which included submitting a photo of myself with a piece of paper as requested, I received no response. Repeated attempts to contact Instagram through email or forms have been futile as I did not receive any replies. Upon trying to log in using Facebook, I discovered that my Facebook account is linked to an unknown Instagram account that accessed my original phone number for verification. This situation leads me to believe my account may have been compromised. I am concerned for my account's security, given the extensive history and memories stored on it over the past nine years. I have been restricted on Facebook for 30 days for a post that I don't understand. It's an image of skin caught in a zipper, which shows no nudity. This was a memory I shared last year without any issues. My mother recently passed away, and I'm unable to communicate with people trying to reach out to me. I manage a Facebook page dedicated to local history with [redacted] followers. Since Facebook updated, I've been experiencing issues with typing on the platform. For instance, when I try to correct a spelling mistake, the text disappears as I backspace. Unfortunately, there is no 'Undo' option to retrieve my work, and I can't save it as I write like I can in Word. This problem started after Facebook's recent changes. I have no knowledge of creating these accounts or where they obtained the pictures. It is unsettling for me and my loved ones to see these unauthorized posts. The accounts in question are registered under the name 'Naz Omar.' One account displays a profile picture with orange and blue flames, while the other features a profile picture of me against a backdrop of black, white, and blue shoes. Hello...I am facing issues with harassment from Jean Idalski residing in Posen, MI, who happens to be my husband's sister. Our father passed away in May and all siblings agreed to sell their inheritance portion of his home. It has been a challenging time with our son passing away a month prior to our father. Despite the agreement for a buyout, I have been bombarded with disrespectful text messages from Jean, blaming us for our son's death among other false accusations. Even after she received her $50,[redacted] buyout, the harassment persists. She threatened to shame me on Facebook to our family. I have blocked her multiple times but the messages keep coming. About a year ago, I had a concerning experience on Facebook where someone tried to extort me by accessing my account. I quickly secured my account, but it's still online and inaccessible to me now due to forgotten login details. Recently, I suspect the same person may have my new phone number and is attempting to create a new Facebook account using my information. On January 22, my Facebook profile, Angela Hayes Atkinson, was logged out during the mass logout issue. After recovering my email password for [redacted], I attempted to log back in but never received the code Facebook claimed to send to that address. Despite uploading my photo ID, there has been no response after Facebook acknowledged receiving it for review. Subsequently, I created two new accounts, both of which were promptly shut down, presumably due to suspicions of hacking because they were associated with different emails. I assure you I am not a hacker; I simply wish to regain access to my original Facebook account to stay connected with my family. Hello, I need assistance to regain access to my account. I was able to log in on Sunday evening, but on Monday morning, I found that I had been automatically signed out. Despite having used the same password for years, when I attempted to sign back in, it claimed my password was incorrect. The email address where the reset code was being sent was unfamiliar to me, starting and ending with 'd'. I went through the identity verification process by submitting my passport, which was confirmed, but the reset code was sent to an old email address I no longer use. I suspect my account may have been hacked. Upon entering the 6-digit code, I was prompted to enter a new password, but encountered an error message stating "got error=local error: connection reset, peer reset." I reported a concerning tweet from Carl Espin, feeling threatened by its violent implications. After being told the tweet didn't violate the policy, I asked Facebook to review it again due to feeling intimidated. When I attempt to log into Facebook, it requests a new password from me. After receiving a code to reset my password and entering it, a message appears saying: "We Received Your Information. If we find that your account violated our Community Standards, it will remain disabled." Facebook is currently not allowing me to access my account for security reasons, and I'm unsure why this has happened. I mostly use my account to chat with friends and browse marketplace listings. Two weeks ago, on a Monday night, my password was changed without my knowledge. I permitted someone to set up ads on my Facebook account, and although they deny altering the password, it happened during their access. I can't regain access to my account as the email associated with it, an old AOL email, is no longer in use. I attempted the recovery process using my friends’ assistance, but then received a message stating that my recovery email, which is also my daughter's account, is linked to another Facebook profile.
