My phone was hacked today. I wasn't using it much until I noticed I had been logged out of Facebook and couldn't log back in because it said my phone number was wrong. I am certain I haven't changed it. I suspect a guy I was chatting with on Facebook, who also hacked my phone call yesterday. This hacker has affected not only me but my friends, with messages coming from my accounts. My Snapchat and phone are also compromised. I want to involve the police to trace him through his IP address, or if that's not possible, please help me regain access to my accounts or remove them from Facebook. Thanks, Leah Lela W.

Dear Mr. Zuckerberg and Facebook Team, I hope this letter finds you well. I am an 82-year-old individual with poor vision and hearing, living on a fixed income. Due to my inability to drive, I spend most of my days in my apartment. I am an enthusiast of computers, a passion I carried over from my working years. Since retiring, I spend many hours on the computer daily, seeking activities to stay occupied. About a decade ago, I shared "My Story" online which led to other projects, including my discovery of the Kangaroo website. The games on Kangaroo, particularly the word play category, have been a source of enjoyment for me, aiding in maintaining my mental well-being. I created a Facebook page named "MaryAnn’s WORD PLAY" to share phrases from the site for fun, with no monetary intentions. Unfortunately, I have encountered issues with my page and have been locked out. Despite my attempts to resolve this with the Facebook Team, I have been unsuccessful. I am unsure of the reason for the lockout, as I did not profit from the page. I made a payment of $10 following two $5 charges, but remain unable to access my page. I kindly request your assistance in reviewing the situation and allowing me to resume managing my page. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help. Hello! I have a Facebook account and would like to use Marketplace to sell items. I can create a post to sell an item, but when I try to post it, I receive an error stating "Not all users are allowed on Marketplace." I have read the FAQ which mentions that new accounts may not have access to Marketplace due to fraud prevention measures. Could you please clarify how long my account needs to be active before I can use Marketplace? Thank you!

I recently enhanced my Facebook security settings to require a security code sent to my phone for logging in from unrecognized devices due to past hacking attempts. Despite these measures, someone managed to access my account and change my password, followed by a login issue alert when I was already logged in through the app on my phone. Unfortunately, I lost access to my old phone number when it broke, making it impossible to receive the security code. I urgently needed a new phone for work and had to change carriers, thereby losing access to my old number linked to my Facebook security. Now, I'm unable to access my Facebook account on the new phone as it requires the security code sent to my old number, which is no longer accessible.

I recently received a 30-day Facebook ban for a photo I shared in a private group. Despite Facebook asserting that the post violated their Community standards, I disagree. The photo contained no inappropriate language, nudity, or any other content that goes against Facebook's guidelines. It simply depicted fingers and facial expressions. I find it unreasonable to be banned for a month for such innocuous content. It seems excessive and unjust that individuals can now potentially face bans for sharing similar harmless images. I am requesting a review of this decision and the removal of the ban.

I am still waiting for you to fix my account. You permitted my telephone number to be removed, and I had to verify my identity multiple times with three codes. Subsequently, you requested my photo, which I provided. Following that, you asked for identification, including my social security number, which I also provided. Despite all this, my account remains inaccessible. I have lost over $[redacted].00 over the weekend and now I am unable to share important moments, such as my daughter's birthday video and my son's dating anniversary, on my page where I have a collection of over 10,[redacted] family photos. I have provided alternative contact emails, initially [redacted], then [redacted], and now [redacted] since my phone number was mistakenly reassigned. Please rectify this issue promptly.

Hello, this is Kimberly Carr. I recently spoke with the wrong individuals and I need to delete my last Facebook account and restore my old one. Unfortunately, I cannot access my old account due to an abusive past relationship where my partner deleted it out of spite. I have evidence from law enforcement to support my situation. I am unable to afford creating a new account as I have been through a lot, including being kidnapped and held captive for 18 days in my own home. I have reported a business page on multiple occasions on Facebook, but unfortunately, no action has been taken. The page in question is engaging in fraudulent activities, scamming people out of their money. Despite my efforts to alert Facebook, the page continues to operate, deceiving more victims. I personally have lost a significant amount of money to them and feel compelled to warn others. The page [www.facebook.com/MistikPurba] showcases fake testimonies and promises, only to vanish once payment is made, blocking any further contact. It's a clear scam that needs to be addressed. I urge Facebook to understand the gravity of the situation and remove this harmful page from their platform. It's disheartening to see no consequences for such blatant exploitation over an extended period. Action must be taken promptly to protect users from falling prey to this scam.

I recently created a Facebook account for my small business to advertise, but encountered an issue when trying to create a business page. Facebook requested I upload a photo of myself due to unusual activity, which I couldn't comply with. Consequently, my account got disabled. I attempted to create a new profile with a photo of myself and my partner, added friends, and created a page; however, Facebook asked for verification again. I believe my Instagram account was hacked. While my friend was logging into her account, she accidentally logged me out of mine. I managed to log back in using Facebook, but now my account is gone. It is linked to a new email address and phone number and has a different username, "ianrdanajulia." Despite my friends being able to view my profile, I am unable to access it. A new Instagram account, "savannah.coats.9," was created with my email and phone number, which I had to delete. When attempting to log in with the new username, a password reset link is sent to an unfamiliar email address. I suspect the hack occurred due to Facebook's affiliation with Instagram. I have original, unedited photos, and saved stories as proof of ownership.

Unfortunately, my dear father, Glenn Hunter, passed away on Sunday, August 5, [redacted], at 77 years old due to a massive heart attack. I am currently in the process of arranging the service details. I encountered an issue while trying to notify his friends of his passing through his FB account. I was blocked from further actions as it flagged me for being too fast, even though I was using a copy and paste method to expedite the process. My iPhone 6's motherboard is broken, and I've lost access to everything stored on it, including passwords, emails, and pictures. I'm particularly concerned about my Facebook account, as I remember the email but not the password, and no longer have the phone number associated with it. My account has been compromised after my fiancé unknowingly opened a malicious video message, and I am unable to recover it. Several of our friends faced similar issues but managed to regain access to their accounts. I fear losing irreplaceable memories stored on my account under the name Heather N Justin Hayslip, where my daughter's photo is the profile picture - either of her in a camouflage shirt sitting down or holding a bass in just a diaper. It seems the hacker changed the picture to the one with the fish. Despite my efforts, I have been unsuccessful in reclaiming my account. I seek assistance in restoring access to my account.

1) I would appreciate speaking to a customer service representative to address the issues I am experiencing. 2) After a period of inactivity on Facebook, I attempted to log in on my new phone and was met with a message stating that my account was locked due to recent activity, prompting a security check to unlock it. 3) The security check requires contacting three Facebook friends from a list of five that was randomly selected. However, I do not have the contact information for any of the listed friends, making this step challenging. 4) Unfortunately, I am unable to proceed with the photo verification process as my friends have posted new photos that I am unfamiliar with, given my long absence from the platform due to phone issues and a busy lifestyle.

I have attempted to reach out to INSTAGRAM and submitted MULTIPLE HELP FORMS regarding my daughter's hacked account. Her former id was @madelina.ec, and her previous email was [redacted] As a model and dancer, it’s crucial to resolve this issue promptly as the hacker has access to all her photos and personal information. The photographer who can vouch for her identity and photos is Collette Mruk from collettemrukphotography.com and @collettemruk. The account now shows @yokashiga with a new associated email. My account was disabled for 24 hours from posting in groups, and I am unsure why this has occurred. Yesterday, I was busy listing items in the marketplace and on my local yard sale pages on Facebook. Dear Sir, Thank you for your assistance with Facebook. I initially created a Facebook account for our Iskcon Temple using the email [redacted], which was blocked after I uploaded a profile picture and it was deactivated. I am in urgent need of assistance regarding my hacked account.
