I contacted the GetHuman number for Expedia UK, but I couldn't find the right option to address my query. I am looking to speak with a representative regarding an apartment at Queens Park Flying Butler. Although I don't have a booking yet, I am interested in making one if I can get the necessary details. Specifically, I noticed there are three apartments listed on various sites such as Expedia, Hotel.com, and Travelocity. However, only the ground floor apartment is available for booking, albeit at a significantly higher price on the Flying Butler sales site compared to the other platforms. I am trying to ascertain if the same apartment can be booked through any of the other websites, but the automated response system does not provide the appropriate assistance for this issue.

I am interested in booking a specific room at Flying Butler Queens Park. Currently, the hotel's direct sales line offers the room at $[redacted] per night, while Hotels.com and Travelocity have it for $[redacted] non-refundable or $[redacted] refundable. I am particularly interested in the ground floor apartment at Flying Butler Queens Park, but I'm not sure if I can book it through other websites besides the hotel. Normally, booking directly through the hotel is cheaper, but in this case, it seems otherwise. I have difficulty with stairs, so I am eager to secure the booking promptly.

British Airways recently informed me of a schedule change for my flight to Salzburg on July 11th. Originally at 11:15 am, it's now at 7:20 am, which inconveniences me. After contacting them, I was advised to reach out to you. I attempted to contact you multiple times without success. I noticed that BA has a flight to Munich later on the same day from Heathrow and would prefer to transfer to that flight if possible. I am a Silver Expedia member facing an issue with my hotel bookings on 21/9 and 22/9. Accidentally, both the bookings are non-refundable, but due to a family illness, I need to cancel them. I've successfully had bookings canceled in the past by contacting Expedia, but I'm currently unable to reach them by phone. A partial refund would greatly help as the total cost is £[redacted] for 1 booking in Ghent, Belgium, and 1 in Breda, Netherlands. I purchased a property that used to be a Bed and Breakfast listed on your site in December [redacted]. The property, Duncraig Castle Bed and Breakfast in Plockton, UK, is no longer operating as a bed and breakfast. I do not have any login details to access my account on your website, so I am unable to remove the listing myself. I have successfully taken it off other platforms like Booking.com and Google. I recently made a reservation for a 4-day stay at the Liner Hotel in Liverpool, UK. However, upon receiving the confirmed booking, I noticed that the dates were incorrect. I had requested to stay from August 14th to August 18th, [redacted], but Expedia had booked me in for August 2nd to August 3rd instead. During the booking process, I originally saw a rate of £80 per night, but then a pop-up from Expedia offered me a discounted rate of £72 per night as a valued customer. I assumed this would be the total price for my 4-night stay, as intended. I believe I am owed a reimbursement for this error that was not caused by me. I am missing a voucher with a substantial amount on it. It was created as a credit due to a canceled holiday from covid. Part of the credit has been utilized, but the remainder seems to have vanished. I am a blue member, and my email is [redacted] I did not receive any alerts indicating an expiration date for the voucher. Despite receiving emails about other matters, I have not been reminded to use up the voucher. Can you please clarify what has happened to the remaining credit?

I made a reservation at City Hotel Chester for a one-night stay on Saturday, September 30, several weeks ago through your company. On September 19, I received an email stating that my reservation was cancelled. Since then, I have contacted the hotel four times to inquire about the cancellation and the refund process. Despite my efforts, I have not received a clear response. The hotel staff mentioned that they would call me back, but unfortunately, nobody has gotten in touch with me. I need assistance with refunding a flight ticket due to my husband's passing. Lufthansa stated the refund was approved, and I should contact Expedia. I have tried multiple times to reach out but haven't received a response. I have been waiting for over a month for a resolution and find the delay unacceptable. Lufthansa confirmed the refund is to be processed by Expedia.

I made a hotel reservation through Hotels.com but needed to adjust the dates. Despite the agent's promise to reach out to the hotel manager, they failed to do so. Consequently, they canceled my booking without authorization and failed to issue a refund. After personally contacting the hotel manager, I was able to modify the reservation at no extra cost. I am extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled, as I was not given the opportunity to retain my initial dates. I paid for the reservation using PayPal and plan to initiate a refund process to recover my funds.

I am seeking clarification on how your Plus Car Protection Insurance Policy operates. I am aware that it eliminates the responsibility to cover the excess damage fee to the car rental company. In my situation, I have a car rental reservation through Expedia with SIXT, which has a collision damage waiver that requires me to cover the initial £[redacted] excess. Could you explain how the Plus Car Protection policy functions? Will SIXT acknowledge this policy and refrain from charging me, instead going directly to the policy for payment? Or do I still need to pay SIXT the £[redacted] excess and then file a claim for reimbursement from Expedia's policy? Although I am certain I will eventually be refunded, I am curious if the process is seamless with SIXT, or if it involves two steps where I interact with SIXT first to settle the excess and then contact Expedia for reimbursement through the policy.

I needed to cancel a flight I booked on Expedia due to a typo in my email address that made it invalid with "gmial" at the end. I promptly reached out to an online agent who advised me to cancel and re-book, mentioning a refund in 3 to 5 business days. Following up on 27/10, I was informed it would take 7-10 business days. Today marks the 13th business day, and after contacting them again, I was told it's now in the processing stage. Despite the website stating refunds within 24 hours, I'm still waiting. The flight cost was over GBP1000, leading me to take out a loan for the re-booking.

I recently booked a flight ticket on Expedia from London to BWI with British Airways. The payment of £[redacted].89 was deducted from my account for the return ticket, and my bank approved the transaction. However, when I tried to access the booking confirmation on the Expedia website, it directed me to retry in 15 minutes. Despite the payment being made, I have not received any booking confirmation yet.
