Hello, my name is ANNA Slade. I recently booked a package holiday to Rome through Opodo, which included a flight and an apartment. The representative of the RSH Vatican Large Bright Apartments, Boris - if that is indeed his real name - contacted me via email stating that the apartment I booked needed sudden repairs and was canceled. He offered another apartment, but it was not suitable as it was advertised for two guests while we are three. He provided me with a reference number, ref. [redacted]/[redacted] - Expedia Affiliate [redacted], to request a refund. Despite initially offering a refund, he seems reluctant to follow through and suggested I reach out to you for assistance. I have all communication saved on my computer in case it is necessary. I am finding it challenging to trust this individual, and I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter. I made an online booking today, October 31st. After I completed the payment, a message appeared stating there was an issue and to try again later. I need assistance regarding a flight cancellation with Lufthansa to Catania. I canceled last year due to Covid-19 restrictions in Sicily and was informed a voucher would be valid until around April [redacted]. However, I recently discovered that the voucher actually expired in November, shortly after the original flight dates. This seems like an error. A customer service agent mentioned that refunds are based on the booking date, not the travel dates, which seems confusing given the pandemic situation. I booked a trip to Bucharest for December 5, [redacted]. The payment for flights and hotel was processed on November 15. I, Christine Johnson, will be traveling with Jessica Kelley. While I have received the flight confirmation, I have yet to receive the hotel confirmation. Strangely, the upcoming trips are not visible in my account. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the contact details and physical address provided do not match the official information on the Expedia website. I attempted to book with Expedia. After payment was processed by Klarna, Expedia said my booking didn't go through. Klarna and Expedia are directing me to each other for cancellation, but with no confirmed order, I can't cancel. I'm stuck with a pending payment on my credit card. I've had no luck reaching Expedia without an itinerary number. How can I resolve this without risking duplicate charges if I rebook? I fear I may have missed out on the holiday opportunity by now. I wanted to share that there are individuals online pretending to be Expedia. I came across their link, booked a flight to Australia, and made the full payment. They sent all the necessary documents and even called back to verify passport details. However, upon reaching Manchester Airport (for an Emirates Airline flight), they had no record of my booking. On Sunday, January 1st, [redacted], I made a booking for a holiday to New York from June 6th to June 12th, [redacted]. During the payment process, I selected the option to pay over three months, but it was declined. I then paid for the entire booking in one go, which was successful, with 'Klarna' processing the payment. However, I have not received any confirmation from 'Expedia,' and 'Klarna' informed me that the booking was not accepted. I do not have an itinerary number but have two reference numbers from 'Klarna.' I am unsure if my booking will be accepted or how to get a refund promptly. UPDATE: On January 3rd at 01:34, my order was cancelled without my knowledge. I only discovered this after speaking with an agent from Klarna at 12:00 today. Despite not being informed of the cancellation by the agent, I was later told by Expedia to re-book and that Klarna would refund me. I contacted Klarna again around 2:30 PM and was then informed of the cancellation. I am now waiting for the refund to be processed, which may take 1-7 business days.

I am still facing an unresolved issue from my attempt to book a return flight to Stuttgart on 2/2/23. Despite trying to use my credit card for payment, I encountered issues and made two additional attempts without receiving a booking number or itinerary. The only communication received was a confirmation of signing up to the website and subsequent advertising emails. Surprisingly, three payments of £[redacted] each were deducted from my credit card under the label "British Airways London," but BA has no record of these transactions. I have been attempting to cancel a hotel reservation in the UK for weeks without success. I have tried to contact the hotel directly multiple times since I did not receive an email confirmation with the booking reference. I cannot access my Expedia account because despite requesting a password reset numerous times, I did not receive any instructions. I have called the UK customer service number several times, and after being given another number to call (including a 1-[redacted] number), it turned out to be non-existent. I made a reservation through Expedia yesterday, 21.3.23, for Hotel Mondial Rome. After not receiving an email confirmation, I realized I may have entered my email address incorrectly. I did receive a text confirmation on my phone with itinerary number [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, I can't access my Expedia account to check the booking details due to the email issue. Customer service mentioned that an email confirmation was sent, but I believe it's going to the wrong email address. I have checked my junk mail folder but couldn't find the confirmation. I had a hotel booking issue with Expedia, as they failed to confirm my reservation. This caused me to book a more expensive alternative hotel upon arrival. Despite Expedia assuring me of a refund on March 21st to my AMEX card, I have yet to receive it. I contacted AMEX, and they confirmed no refund has been processed. My husband made a flight reservation for Orlando on April 23 with someone he believed was from Expedia. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam, and £1,[redacted] was withdrawn from his account. A confirmation email was received from [redacted] It's worth noting that my relative is a lawyer at Expedia. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
