I am able to access my notes on Evernote Web and the PC app without any issues. However, when attempting to access support through the HELP menu, I encounter a problem. After clicking on "Help & Learning" or "Contact Support", I am prompted to log in again and receive a message stating "You have logged out of Evernote." Despite having the correct login information, this issue persists. I attempted to seek help through live chat and opening a help ticket on the Evernote website, but unfortunately, I faced the same login problem leading to the message "You have logged out of Evernote." It is frustrating that all avenues I've tried to contact Evernote Support have been unsuccessful.

Hello,
I wanted to share that I downgraded my account to the basic plan because I don't utilize many of the features in Evernote Premium. My payment for the full year was charged on November 29th. I'm inquiring if it's possible to receive a refund for this payment instead of continuing with Premium for another year. I wasn't informed about the upcoming charge for another full year; had I known, I would have adjusted my account status earlier.
Your assistance with this matter would be greatly valued.
Thank you,
Sairah

I deactivated my account earlier in the summer. I see that you charged £44.99 from my account on 2nd December for another year. I find this unacceptable, as well as the lack of available online support for issues like this. I demand an immediate refund, or I will report it as fraud. I have deactivated my account again today.
Please confirm the full refund of £44.99 within the next 3 working days; otherwise, I will escalate the matter and request additional interest and compensation.
Thank you.

I recently upgraded from the Plus package to the Premium package this morning due to running out of space in the cloud. Following the upgrade, my Citibank credit card ending in [redacted] was charged $45.04 after accounting for the credit from the Plus package cancellation. Upon completion, I was redirected to the ITunes website, where it prompted me to upgrade to Premium again. Mistakenly, I proceeded with the upgrade on ITunes and was charged the full amount of $64.96 via PayPal. I am requesting a cancellation of the ITunes transaction and a refund of $64.96. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Justin Johnson, and I noticed a charge of $34.99 on my Visa on 1/02/[redacted]. I am unsure why this charge occurred and would like to clarify. I have several accounts, with [redacted] and [redacted] being free basic accounts. I also used [redacted], but am unable to access this email. It is requesting a password reset, which I am unable to do. I would appreciate your assistance in identifying this charge and canceling any associated subscription. Thank you for your help.

I recently received a notification from Evernote indicating an issue with billing on my premium account. Despite numerous attempts to update my credit card information, I've encountered a system glitch preventing me from completing the process. Although I can log in successfully, the steps to update my payment details lead to an inactive screen with unresponsive buttons. Contacting Evernote's support team via email only resulted in automated responses with unhelpful articles. As my subscription payment is critical to access important research data, I'm seeking personal assistance to resolve this matter promptly. Your support in rectifying this payment issue would be greatly appreciated.

Every time I try to log in recently, it keeps saying I have more than two devices connected and need to remove one. The issue is, it shows a third device, an iPhone, which I don't own. Today, when I tried to log in, it said I have three devices connected again, but it won't let me proceed to remove any. I have deactivated the unknown device multiple times now. It's frustrating to have to go through that process, but now I can't even attempt to remove it anymore. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I have been a long-time Evernote user and recently set up a new desktop. I am experiencing issues logging into my account on the new desktop. Strangely, I can still access my account on my phone. My name is Doron Antrim, and my email is [redacted]
Earlier today, I successfully logged into my account on the new desktop, but now it is rejecting my email and password. Even when attempting to reset my password, the system claims that my email is not associated with any user. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this issue so I can access my account on the new desktop.
Thank you for your help,
Doron

I encounter a persistent issue with my Evernote app on my Samsung Galaxy S8+. Despite deleting a document named "Tami's 2x2 Morning Routine" over a month ago, the app displays a "Note Upload Failed" notification each time I sync. This notification is becoming bothersome, unlike on my tablet where I do not have this problem. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I've submitted two requests to cancel my account before my free trial ends, but I was still charged. I'm disappointed that my requests were not addressed promptly. I have two email addresses: [redacted] and [redacted] I kindly request a refund for the unauthorized charge from my bank account. Also, please ensure my account is closed and my information is deleted from your system. Thank you.

Subject: Issue with Evernote Subscription Payment
Hi there,
I recently discovered that I have been charged for both the $3.99 and $7.99 Evernote services. I would like to request a refund for the double payments starting from when they began, and then continue with just the $7.99 service. Alternatively, I may consider upgrading to the next level above $7.99.
This confusion arose because I unintentionally created a second account when I upgraded using a different email address ([redacted]). My main account is under [redacted] I hope we can resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your help.
Stay safe and take care!

I have been using Basic for many years. Initially started on an old email address and had the app on an old computer which synced together. Now, I have a new email and a new computer but cannot download on the new computer or link it to the app on my new phone. Some messages were shared with a significant other who has since passed away. I have forgotten both my username and password due to long-term usage.
I have resorted to accessing Evernote through the deceased's email as I couldn't gain entry to my original account email that I haven't used in nearly 3 years. I am unsure if all my messages were transferred to the mobile app that is linked to the deceased's email. I am seeking assistance with changing my email on the account, creating a new username, setting a new password, transferring all messages to the new username, downloading the app on my computer, and syncing it with my mobile app.
I aim to switch the account to my new Gmail address, which should be ready by 3/27/20. I need to remove the deceased email address from the account, making these changes essential beforehand to avoid losing any data. For further assistance, I prefer a phone call on my house phone at [redacted]. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I have been a Evernote Plus subscriber since [redacted]. Recently, I updated my card information on Google Pay after my previous one expired. Despite this update, my subscription renewal failed to go through on May 13. Google or Evernote attempted to charge it three times, but to no avail. I want to maintain my grandfathered Evernote Plus plan, not upgrade to Premium or downgrade to Basic. When I tried to make a direct payment, it only gave me the option to switch plans. As Evernote no longer offers Plus, ensuring the payment goes through is essential for me. I received a notification that my account would be downgraded tomorrow if the payment isn't processed. I have tried reaching out through emails, tickets, and messages to both Google and Evernote for over 4 hours to resolve this. Please get in touch with me to avoid losing my Evernote Plus subscription.

Subject: Urgent Billing Issue - Account Closure Confirmation Needed
Dear Support Team,
I am writing to urgently request that the billing issue on my closed account be addressed immediately. Despite repeated closures of the account, I continue to be charged the annual fee. Two days ago, I was charged once again, and despite my email within 75 minutes of this charge, I have not received a response in the promised 48 hours.
Last year, after a similar incident, I verified not being a robot as requested. The lack of further instructions led me to believe the matter was resolved, yet charges persist this year.
It is extremely frustrating that I am unable to reach a live person by phone, and my compliance with online procedures has not yielded any results. If prompt action is not taken, legal means to resolve this minor $35 charge may be my only recourse.
I urge you to promptly reverse the charge, confirm this action, and ensure that I am not billed again.
Sincerely,
Kurt Elieson

I'm seeking the fastest method to tag notes in Evernote across multiple platforms (Windows, Chrome, and Android). I have approximately 80,[redacted] notes to tag. Currently, I can only manage about 2 tags per minute on Evernote for Windows due to its latency and freezing issues. Although Evernote for Windows tends to freeze sporadically, it generally functions fine. However, I have not yet tried the new version due to my reluctance around updating software. My rough estimate is that it would take around 35 days non-stop to add [redacted],[redacted] tags. Despite the time commitment, I'm open to exploring faster alternatives as I understand the importance of efficient tagging.

I am looking for the most efficient way to tag notes on Evernote across Windows, Chrome, and Android as I have a large volume of notes to tag. Currently, I can tag about 2 notes per minute on Windows, slightly faster in my browser due to delays and freezing in the Windows application. Although Evernote for Windows freezes sometimes, it generally works fine. I have not tried the new version yet due to concerns about change. At my current pace, adding [redacted],[redacted] tags would take approximately 35 days without breaks. While this timeframe isn't too long, I am curious if there is a faster method considering the importance of tags.

I'm reposting my question because prior messages replaced numbers with asterisks.
How can I efficiently tag my notes in Evernote, used on Windows, Chrome, and Android? I have around 80,[redacted] notes to tag. Currently, tagging about two notes per minute on Windows and slightly faster on my browser due to Evernote's latency and frequent freezes. The freezes in Evernote for Windows occur randomly. I haven't tried the new version due to my fear of new software. Estimating it would take around 35 days non-stop to tag [redacted],[redacted] notes. Considering the time frame, wondering if there's a quicker method.

I am resending my message due to formatting issues. My dilemma with Evernote involves tagging notes efficiently. I have approximately 80,[redacted] notes to organize, and the current pace is slow, managing about two tags per minute on Windows and slightly faster on my browser. The tagging process is hindered by latency and frequent freezing on Evernote for Windows. Despite its quirks, I have not tried the new version due to apprehension. I estimate it would take 35 days non-stop to add [redacted],[redacted] tags. Though time is not a concern, I am curious if there is a faster method given the software limitations.

Subject: Assistance Needed with Evernote Accounts
Hello!
I have three Evernote accounts that I need assistance with:
1. [redacted] - personal account
2. [redacted] - business operations account
3. [redacted] - business management account
As I am retiring, I would like to transfer the two business accounts (#2 and #3) to the remaining staff's IDs and credit cards for billing purposes. I am having trouble finding the billing information for these accounts and managing subscriptions.
Could you please help me with the following:
- How can I view the billing details (credit card last 4 digits and renewal dates) for each account?
- How do I update the credit card information for each account?
- How can I change the user IDs/email addresses for the business accounts?
Evernote is crucial to my business operations, and I appreciate your support.
Thank you,

I created the account back in [redacted] using the email address [redacted] Unfortunately, I cannot recall the password as it was stored in Evernote, which I can no longer access after the update. I urgently need to retrieve my original notes! Since the old email address is no longer active, I am unable to reset the password for that account. I had a premium subscription tied to that account. Now, my new email is [redacted] Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
