I recently upgraded to Evernote Premium from OneNote hoping for a better experience, but I have faced several issues. I was charged an unexpected amount, didn't receive the Premium desktop icon, and struggled to access the features I needed. Despite my efforts, I haven't been able to utilize the program or its functionalities efficiently. I have been disappointed with the lack of user-friendliness and support. If I can't grasp the program by noon today with concise instructions, I will request a full refund promptly. Otherwise, I may need to escalate this to resolve the matter.

I recently received an email asking me to cancel my recurring Evernote Plus subscription since I already have Evernote Premium. Despite immediately turning off Evernote Plus in my settings, I was already charged today and will have it until May 6, [redacted]. The email warned of potentially having two subscriptions if I didn't cancel one. Although the Premium auto-renewal was supposedly canceled in [redacted], it appears it will renew in August [redacted]. This has caused a duplicate subscription issue, something I experienced before. As a disabled individual on a tight budget, the unexpected charge of approximately $24 today is burdensome. I believe Evernote should refund me or apply it towards the Premium subscription due in August to resolve the duplication problem. I've been using Evernote since [redacted] as a paid subscriber and value the service, but struggling with duplicate charges and lack of adequate support is frustrating. I followed their instructions promptly, but the issue persists. I hope this can be resolved promptly to avoid considering leaving Evernote. Thank you for your assistance - MK

I have been an Evernote Premium subscriber since March 11, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I lost my phone recently, and now I am having trouble accessing my Premium account. When I log in, I can only see old data from a non-premium account. I suspect that I might be using the wrong username/email to log in. I have already tried all my email accounts, but none of them are connecting me to my Premium account with the latest data. Could you please provide me with the correct username or email associated with my Premium Account? I am worried about losing my important data stored in the Premium Account.

1. I upgraded to a plus account, but during saving a note, I was prompted to buy a premium account, resulting in the loss of my note.
2. Even though I paid for a one-year plus account, it wasn't credited. Multiple attempts to resolve the double payment issue with Evernote's customer service were unsuccessful until finally, some progress was made.
3. Instead of crediting my plus account, they refunded the premium account, downgraded it to a basic one, and gave me points.
4. However, this led to the inability to save due to the account size limit on a basic account. Customer service then used the points to return the account to plus status, but I still can't use it as intended.
5. Despite my repeated requests, Evernote's customer service seems unable to comprehend and fulfill my simple request for account credit, leaving me frustrated and unable to use my account effectively.

On September 21 last year, my spouse (email [redacted]) apparently acquired Evernote, even though he has no recollection of ordering it or understanding its purpose. He received four emails: a welcome message, a survey request, a notification that Evernote couldn't sync with his device, and a download link. He disregarded these emails, assuming they were spam.
On October 4, he got an email about an expiring exclusive offer, which he ignored due to not recalling signing up for it.
On December 16, he contacted the bank regarding unauthorized $7.99 charges since October 15, [redacted] for an undesired subscription.
After contacting Evernote, the bank informed him that he needed to resolve the matter with Evernote before disputing the charges. Despite contacting Evernote, there is no trace of Evernote on his Apple account.
On January 31, the bank recommended getting a new debit card to prevent future charges, which he did despite complications.
The bank, unfortunately, continues to charge his Safe Credit Union account. We request an immediate stop to these erroneous charges as it may lead to severing a 30-year relationship with the credit union.

Hello, I encountered two charges related to my Evernote subscription. Initially, a charge through iTunes failed due to a credit card issue, but today it went through. In the meantime, I directly renewed my subscription on Evernote, order # [redacted][redacted], charged to my Amex ending in [redacted] on May 20 for $69.00 USD. I would like to request the cancellation and refund of this order since my other subscription is now through iTunes. The subscription is under the name Charles Tipton with the email [redacted] I will be using a different email for further communication. I also left a voicemail. Thank you for your assistance.

I'm using Evernote on a Windows 10 computer. I made a mistake while trying to update the email address linked to my Evernote Basic account. Whenever I try to access Evernote tools to fix this, I'm redirected to a "Change My Password" page. This page claims to send instructions to the email address associated with my original Evernote account, which has been compromised by spammers. I need assistance from Evernote that doesn't involve endless phone calls.

I am frustrated with your service. Last year, you renewed my subscription automatically even though I do not use the premium features. Despite your assurance to prevent this from happening again, today I was charged for the autorenewal once more. I have researched and, like last time, I can cancel my subscription but risk losing the money you have wrongly taken without a guarantee of a refund for your mistake. Before resorting to disputing this charge with my credit card company, I request that you uphold your promise, remove my credit card information, cease autorenewal, cancel my subscription, and refund the money. I have no use for nor interest in the premium features, just as I didn't last year. This repetitive error is unacceptable.

I recently noticed a charge of $69.99 on my MasterCard from Google*Evernote, and I am certain that no one in my household made this purchase. Despite trying to log in with various email addresses, I was unable to find any account linked to these addresses. Upon contacting MasterCard, I discovered that the card number used in the transaction was discontinued last November due to a data breach. It seems like my card details were fraudulently used. I am currently trying to contact someone for assistance, but the phone number listed on the site is no longer in service. My credit card company has refunded the amount temporarily, but I am unsure of the progress in canceling the subscription with Evernote.

When I visit Evernote's Support webpage, I encounter an issue with the instructions on the form for submitting a help request. The text prompts me to "Please submit a ticket," but unfortunately, that is where the instructions end. There seems to be no clear link or direction on how to proceed with creating a ticket. Despite feeling like I am in the right place, there is no text box provided for me to type my ticket or any link guiding me on how to submit it. This lack of clarity makes me unable to follow through with the directions given. As a result, I perceive the website as malfunctioning because I am unable to progress to the next step as instructed.

I have been using Evernote on my desktop for months, but I recently encountered an issue with constant password prompts. Although I thought I was logged in since my email address had a check next to it in the "File" section, I realized my phone had not synced since August [redacted]. This morning, after entering my password on my desktop, everything synced back to August [redacted], resulting in the loss of all my recent notes. I am looking for assistance on how to restore my notes. Thank you.

I recently tried this service and was not satisfied. I was surprised by the automatic charge on Wednesday, August 7, [redacted]. Being 81 years old, I may have had difficulty navigating the system. I attempted to contact Capital One to request a refund for the charges. However, when I tried calling the provided phone numbers, I was unable to reach anyone. I prefer not to have automatic billing and would have reconsidered if I had known about it before signing up. I am unable to recall the exact date I started using the service but it was after March [redacted]. I am frustrated with companies that hide behind changed phone numbers after taking payment. I value traditional methods of doing business, either in person or over the phone. If the charge is not reversed, I will report this issue to the Attorney General's office. It is more cost-effective for me to pursue this route than to take legal action. Automatic charges without proper notification or the option to decline are unacceptable practices that need to be addressed.

I need to cancel my subscription, but I can't recall the address I used to sign up. I've forgotten my username and password, and I haven't actually used the service yet. The problem is that they're continually deducting money from my bank account without my consent, yet I can't log in to cancel. All self-help options and the initial response from customer support request the email I used during sign-up. I've just elaborated on the issue to their customer service and am currently awaiting their reply.

Since upgrading my cell phone, I have been experiencing issues syncing notes with my desktop. I tried downloading a new app, thinking the previous one from my old phone was corrupted, but the new app doesn't sync either. I visited evernote.com for assistance, but couldn't find any helpful information. The "Submit a request" option on the Evernote Support page is also not functioning. I'm eager to get Evernote working seamlessly between my desktop and smartphone.

Today, after many years of using Evernote on my Windows 10 laptop, I encountered an issue with syncing my notes. A repetitive Microsoft error message appeared, stating a security alert regarding an untrusted or unknown Certificate Issuer on the site. This prevented access to the Evernote website using various browsers like Firefox, Edge, Opera, or Vivaldi. The message indicated a problem with the security certificate causing the connection to be untrusted. Interestingly, I have no trouble accessing other websites and can still sync my Evernote data using IOS devices such as my iPhone and iPad. Nevertheless, my main usage of Evernote occurs on my Windows 10 Acer Predator, making this issue particularly inconvenient for me.

After upgrading from Evernote Basic to Evernote Business, I encountered an issue where all my 60 notes across various notebooks disappeared when I logged in to my new account. This has caused me great distress, and I am extremely concerned about the loss of my work. Despite attempting to reach out for assistance through the help section, I have been repeatedly logged out without resolution. I have tried accessing the platform on different devices and browsers, as well as clearing cookies to no avail.
I kindly request help in retrieving my basic notes associated with the email account [redacted] and also wish to revert to my previous Evernote Basic plan.

I have numerous files in my Evernote app accessible on my iPad without the need to log in. However, my current Evernote login is linked to an inactive email address that I can't access on my PC. To resolve this, I kindly request to update the obsolete email address "[redacted]" associated with my account to "[redacted] This change will enable me to log in and access my essential files on my PC.
Though Evernote created a new account with the Gmail address, I needed the existing files from the old email transferred to the new one. These files are crucial documents like journals, cookbooks, memoirs, lesson plans, and various lists. Your assistance in transferring these files to my Gmail account is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

When I use Evernote's business card scanning feature, it captures all the information perfectly. Upon opening the note, I can easily access the email address, phone number, and address with clickable buttons for quick actions like dialing the phone number or locating the address through Google Maps. However, clicking on the email icon prompts a message stating, "Send Email - No apps can perform this action." I utilize Outlook on my Samsung S8 phone. How can I resolve this issue and enable the email feature to work seamlessly? Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Evernote,
I am using Evernote app version 8.0 on Android 5.0.1. The auto sync feature is not working, and in the settings, I see a message in grey that says, "cannot modify when device master syncing is disabled." I have two questions:
1. Is it relevant when the message is displayed in grey but unticked?
2. When I access the Evernote account settings through the Android phone settings, it redirects me back to the original Evernote settings page without allowing me to change the sync settings. I noticed there is no global sync setting for the Android phone, and each app account is managed independently.
Could you please advise me on how to re-enable auto sync for Evernote? Thank you for your assistance in advance.
Best regards,
Eman
