I need to pay the remaining balance of my October bill. I noticed that Etsy has changed its payment process without allowing manual payments. They started automatically deducting the amount from my account, which was a surprise. I have a good history of paying my bills on time and this new approach feels disrespectful. I've been an Etsy seller since [redacted] and this recent change doesn't align with the platform's original charm for small independent creators like myself. It's become challenging to make payments now, easier to reach out to Amazon. I would prefer a way to manually settle my bill, especially considering the new automatic deductions could delay my October [redacted] payment for months due to my sales pattern this month. It's frustrating not being able to pay online anymore.

Hello, I am Matthew Serbos, the owner of the Spank Academy. For the past two years, my employees have been selling my products on Etsy through a store named "CandAFurry" despite my ban from the platform. I have evidence of their sales such as Order #[redacted]. I believe this violates Etsy's guidelines and the store should be permanently closed down as they are using my products without authorization. The items are being shipped from the IP Address of my shop previously in Valley View, PA, and now in Las Vegas, NV. These former employees have been terminated for stealing items from my store, which I plan to report to the police. Although these issues are not directly related to you, I am aware that my associates are not permitted to sell on Etsy. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I purchased an engraved fountain pen as a gift, and while initially happy with it, the collar at the nib end came off inside the cap when the recipient opened it for the first time. I noticed the cap was very tight, assuming it was a quality feature. Now, the collar is stuck in the cap, and I cannot retrieve it without causing damage. In response to your comment, I would like either (A) a replacement pen without the same issue or (B) a full refund. I am disappointed with the communication from Etsy.com. A Customer Service phone number with live assistance would greatly improve the experience.

I am experiencing trouble receiving my payment from a sale on Etsy. I recently updated my banking details five days ago and waited for the required five-day waiting period for the update to go through. However, when I attempted to request my payment after the waiting period, I received a message stating that they could not deposit the funds due to issues with updating my bank information. My name is Chastie Newman, and I urgently need Etsy to deposit the money into my account without further delay. I cannot afford to wait another five days for this issue to be resolved.

I recently received my order of the Marilyn blue bubble canvas 5 piece set. I was surprised to find out that I received two sets instead of one. The panels are all the same size even though the online photo showed them in different sizes. I would like to return the extra set for a full refund. I am reaching out regarding my recent order placed on November 5th with order number # [redacted]. The package was marked as shipped, however, it has not been delivered to me. I am disappointed by the lack of tracking information available to trace its whereabouts. Despite my attempts to locate the package, it remains missing. Additionally, one of the items I did receive had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. I am requesting a full refund of $59.12 for the undelivered order. I need to update my email address as I received a recent order receipt on an outdated email. I tried changing it but got a message saying the email is already associated with an account. I want to ensure that my new email, [redacted], is the only one connected to my account. The old email, [redacted], should not be linked to any account. I am concerned about having two accounts and want the order for three sweatshirts to be delivered correctly under my updated email. Subject: Issue with Purchase from Heartland Signs on Etsy I recently bought 3 signs from Heartland Signs on Etsy, expecting wood but received fiber/particle board instead. The total came to $[redacted].10. Upon realizing this, I contacted the seller, Mary, to arrange a return. The conversation regarding the return was disappointing. Initially, I asked for a partial refund since only one sign was damaged. Mary later claimed two signs were damaged and advised me to file a claim with the post office. I am open to filing a claim, but I don't believe I should have to do so for the entire amount since not all the signs were damaged. Mary provided pictures of the damaged box, but as I did not unpack two of the signs upon receipt due to the quality, I lack evidence of the damage. This situation has taught me to document item conditions before returning them. I regret not researching Mary's reviews beforehand, as negative feedback raises concerns. I have been trying to reach out to seller Kimberley Larson from MyFabricAddiction1 concerning the return of my orders. Specifically, I want to return the Farmhouse 11 Charm Pack (order #[redacted]) and the Farmhouse Jelly Roll (order #[redacted]). Despite seller offering the Fleur de Lis jelly roll as an option, I have yet to receive a response regarding the exchange. My attempts to contact them since 11/7 have been fruitless. As I am currently on vacation, there is concern that the items will exceed the two-week return window without resolution. While I have received one message allowing me to purchase the jelly roll, I am still awaiting confirmation for the exchange. My primary goal is for the seller to acknowledge my request for a return.

I bought a rug from a seller, but unfortunately, it had a strong, offensive odor. Despite my efforts to air it out, the smell persisted. The seller declined my return request, as I was five days past the deadline. The odor was not disclosed in the description, and now the seller won't take responsibility. I paid $38.10 for the return shipping, but the seller only refunded the purchase price, not the shipping fees. I believe they should refund all shipping costs since the rug was unusable due to the undisclosed odor. The return delay was caused by my attempt to fix the odor issue. Hello, I recently created an Etsy account on November 1st to simplify my purchases rather than checking out as a guest each time. However, I encountered an issue today when attempting to log in as the website indicated that my account had been deactivated. When I tried to reactivate it, the website encountered a problem and was unable to proceed. I then followed a link to contact Etsy for assistance, only to realize I needed to sign in to do so. Unfortunately, I couldn't sign in due to my deactivated account, leaving me unable to contact Etsy. The information on the Etsy help page was not helpful, and I struggled to find any contact details to reach out for help. I never received a warning about this account deactivation, and I am unsure of the reason as I can't identify any rules I might have broken. I solely use Etsy for purchasing and do not operate a shop. This situation has been quite frustrating, and I kindly request the reopening of my account. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience with the seller BoneyardEmporiumUK on Etsy. I purchased a Vintage Toy space/ray gun for $[redacted] USD, but what I received was not as described. The item had dents, was warped, didn't work as expected, and was smaller than advertised. I recently received a $14.00 shipping refund from Mudlarkers in London, UK. I bought two costume jewelry dog brooches from their Etsy store. Unfortunately, one brooch had a defective clasp, making it unwearable, and the other was rickety. I returned them, costing me $14.00 in shipping fees. Helene Kydd from Mudlarkers promised to refund the full purchase amount and the shipping cost. While she refunded the original amount, the $14.00 shipping cost hasn't been reimbursed as promised. I'm seeking Etsy's assistance in ensuring that $86.30 plus the $14.00 shipping cost, totaling $[redacted].30, is refunded to my MasterCard. I have contacted you twice regarding a seller falsely claiming that their charms are made by Pandora when they are not. Upon questioning, the seller admits that at their price point, the charms are not authentic Pandora, but they still use the Pandora name in their listings. The store in question is PURESILVEREELEGENCE. I have observed similar misuse of the Pandora name by a few other sellers. It is imperative that Etsy reviews and ensures that sellers advertising Pandora charms are indeed selling genuine products, not just generic European charms. If this issue is not rectified promptly, I will escalate it to Pandora USA and report the illegal use of their brand name by Etsy sellers. Your urgent action on this matter is expected, and I look forward to hearing that the necessary steps have been taken.

I opened a case regarding a wig I bought on Etsy. The seller sent me a different wig from what was advertised. I feel the admin handling my case may not fully understand my complaint as he is male. Despite providing photos of the advertised wig and the one I received, he insists there's no discernible difference. The wig I received has a noticeable part at the front that is 1.5 inches wide in some areas, clearly different from the advertised wig. I suffer from hair loss, so receiving a wig emphasizing this issue is very disappointing. I would prefer a female admin to assess this situation as I remain dissatisfied. My only wish is to return the wig and receive a refund. Thank you.

I am Christina B. and I purchased a large wall decor item from SouthernMerleCo on September 9th via Etsy. Sadly, the piece arrived damaged, leading me to open a case on Etsy. Despite being instructed to return the item, the $40 shipping fee for the $83 item seemed unreasonable. I couldn't fathom losing over $[redacted] for a damaged product. I declined to return it at my expense. As a result, the case was closed. Now, 70 days later, I am left with a damaged decor piece and without a refund. This situation remains unresolved and I seek a resolution.
