I purchased butter dinner rolls from Kristal Porsenna for Thanksgiving. Upon arriving home on Tuesday, I found a box with multiple misshapen dough squares inside. The squares varied in size and shape, and were messily packed in two separate plastic bags. I was extremely disappointed with the quality and presentation of the product. I have contacted the seller, but they seemed unresponsive to the issue. I will not be purchasing from this seller again, and I am considering avoiding Etsy in the future. Quality control measures need to be implemented to ensure the products advertised meet customer expectations. Very disappointed with this experience.

I ordered a bouquet from FlowersKartashera with order number [redacted] on September 23, based on a picture uploaded on their site. Unfortunately, the bouquet I received looks nothing like the picture provided. I paid $[redacted] for this order and waited three months. When I contacted the seller, they claimed to have used a professional camera to enhance the image. This deceitful practice is unacceptable. Despite being a long-time Etsy customer, I am extremely disappointed and will no longer purchase from them. I intend to share my experience on various platforms, including Pinterest, to expose this fraudulent behavior. If necessary, I will seek legal advice to address this issue.

I placed an order (ID: [redacted]) on 11/23 with Sugar Shortcuts. I received a shipping confirmation for delivery on 11/26, but the order did not arrive. After contacting the seller, I requested the order to arrive by Thursday, being assured it would since it was picked up by USPS on Monday. Despite showing pre-shipment on the tracking, the seller said they would investigate. However, the package was only received by USPS late the following night and is now scheduled for delivery at 8pm on Saturday, which is too late for my needs. The seller generated a shipping label and supposedly sent a confirmation but did not actually ship the package, and then misled me about it. I am unable to open a case for some reason. I am requesting a refund or another order sent via next-day air to ensure timely delivery. I am sharing this experience to highlight deceptive practices on your platform, as resolving complaints seems unnecessarily complicated.

Hello, I recently purchased three gowns from the Etsy website with order number #[redacted]. Unfortunately, I just realized that the delivery date is much later than I anticipated. These personalized wedding gowns were meant to be a special surprise for my sister's wedding, for myself (the sister of the bride), my mother (mother of the bride), and my sister (the bride). I regret not checking the delivery date more carefully before ordering. I have tried contacting the seller via email but have not received a response yet. Could you please assist me in reaching out to the seller to request an earlier delivery date? I own an Etsy shop, "Nancy Sews Canada." A customer recently claimed that Etsy overcharged her by $39 for a blanket purchase she made with purchase number #[redacted]2. According to her, she was charged $[redacted] on her Visa card when it should have been $[redacted].54 ($95.74 for the item and $15.84 for shipping). Our Etsy records show that she was correctly charged $[redacted] for the blanket and $19.99 for shipping. We never priced the blanket at $95, as all our prices are rounded to the nearest dollar. Despite shipping through Fed Ex due to the Canada Post strike, we did not provide an Etsy packing slip for this sale. The customer sent us a portion of a packing slip indicating a $[redacted] price, which is causing confusion. We suspect that she manipulated the packing slip. I placed an order on November 5th, [redacted] with Swamp Rabbit Kids for Big sister & Little sister dolls. Despite receiving a Gmail notification that the dolls were shipped on November 27th, the USPS tracking information still shows that the item has not been received by the Postal Service. I have reached out to Christa from the company multiple times but have not received a response. I am concerned because I have already paid for the item and shipping, yet there seems to be a communication issue with Swamp Rabbit Kids. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. - D.S.

I recently purchased a t-shirt but realized the zip code was incorrect on my order. After correcting it, I saw that I was charged for two instead of one. Despite reaching out to the seller, DesignsByMattCo, multiple times via email to resolve this issue, I have not received any response. I want the t-shirt to be delivered to zip code [redacted] and only require one item. The second one would not reach me due to the incorrect zip code.

I recently created a shop on Etsy and wanted to rename it. Etsy only allows one name change, so when I tried to update it, I couldn't. I ended up closing that account with the incorrect name and opening a new one with the desired name, using the same information. Surprisingly, shortly after creating the new account, it was deactivated. It was a new account that I just set up, so I don't understand why it happened. I suspect it might be because my old account wasn't permanently deleted, leading to confusion. I tried to resolve this by deleting the old account, but now I can't access the new one. I need assistance in reactivating my new account on Etsy, but I can't reach out to them without logging in. Can someone please help me with this situation?

Good morning, I need assistance regarding a refund issue with a seller. I returned items but haven't received the refund because the card used for the purchase is no longer active. However, I noticed that my ads are still active, with the monthly budget increased from $25 to $50 without my consent. I dispute these charges and have closed my current charge card. I placed an order on November 23rd but did not receive a confirmation. After contacting GiftsForYouNow, they informed me they had no record of my order. Thinking it didn't go through because of Black Friday, I reordered the personalized item the next day. I received order confirmation #[redacted]. I had it shipped to my daughter in Florida for my granddaughter. Unfortunately, my daughter received two purses with different order numbers #[redacted] and #[redacted]. The original order did go through. I am requesting a refund for one of the purses. I ordered in good faith and reached out to the seller to confirm, hoping for a satisfactory resolution.

I recently had to replace my Capital One credit card due to fraudulent activity. I bought an ikebana vase on Etsy but accidentally used my old card number. I cancelled the purchase as I couldn't change the card number. I reached out to the online help desk, but my issue wasn't covered. I emailed the seller, stating I'd buy the vase if relisted but haven't received a response. It's perplexing that I can't edit the card number when other details can be changed. Any advice? Thank you.

I am considering closing my Etsy shop after several years due to the lack of attention I have received for my recent issues. Although my shop is small with only 3-4 items listed per year, I have over [redacted] sales and have been a loyal supporter of Etsy until now. Out of my last 4 sales, I have not received the proceeds for any of them. I am frustrated as I cannot seem to reach a live person for assistance. I recently encountered a customer satisfaction issue and feel unsupported by Etsy. Being charged $60 for an item that I never received payment for is unacceptable. I will not pay for Etsy's mistakes. I was also disappointed by the lack of respect shown by "Marissa" in our communication. I demand a response within 24 hours to address these unresolved issues. I feel like Etsy only sees me as a financial transaction rather than a valued seller. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly and personally.

Hello, I recently purchased a vintage Sunbeam toaster that was just delivered yesterday. Unfortunately, the base of the toaster arrived broken into multiple pieces. Upon informing the seller and providing pictures of the damage, they initially agreed to file a claim with UPS. Interestingly, the box itself showed no signs of damage, but due to poor packaging, the toaster had been jostled around during transit. The seller requested that I return the item with full insurance for a refund. When inquiring about reimbursement for the return shipping, the seller changed their stance, claiming UPS had not compensated them for the damage since the box remained intact. They argued that without proof of damage to the box, they could not refund me. This response was unexpected, as in my experience with eBay, sellers often refund for damaged items with photo evidence. I made a purchase and was guaranteed it would ship by December 7th. As of December 10th, the item has not been shipped. I have tried to contact the shop owner multiple times since they confirmed the December 7th ship date with no response. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and the delay in shipping, especially because this item is meant to be a gift needed by December 13th. The shop's initial assurance that I would receive it before that date seems to have been overlooked now, as the shop owner is unresponsive. I have also requested a refund, but have not received any response to that either.

I ordered a wedding photo ornament from shop owner Kathryn Mcintyre. The ornament I received had faded, upside-down printing making it barely legible, nothing like the samples shown. When I tried to reach out, her shop was closed with an automated message. After emailing her, she sent a reprint that arrived in the same poor condition. She refunded my payment but then deleted my order, preventing me from leaving a review. I purchased a German Shepherd Memorial from ArtbyJack on November 26, [redacted]. After encountering an issue where Jack did not initially see my order, I had to place the order again. Subsequently, I decided to cancel the second order once the original receipt arrived. However, I have now realized that I have been charged three times for one German Shepherd Memorial on my TJ Maxx card. The second order number is [redacted]NV006H3358 while the third is [redacted]NV9N7PYSH7. The original order number displayed on my TJ Maxx card is [redacted]NV003DMMGJ. I am uncertain which of these order numbers represents the initial purchase, but I definitely only ordered and received one German Shepherd Memorial priced at $75. Please rectify this situation by contacting TJ Maxx and removing the two unauthorized charges of $75 each.

I'm Heather Martin. I have been communicating with "Kelly" regarding the details of the engraving on my large plaque. Our conversations have been going well, and she made the last three corrections today, so I am ready to proceed with placing my order. I have been attempting multiple times to place my order with no success. I would like to have the engraved plaque, featuring a large heart on the front, shipped to my friend in Orlando, FL, as the shipping address, while providing my own address in Walden, NY as the billing address. However, the computer is automatically assigning the Orlando address as the billing address, not allowing me to distinguish between the two. I need to complete the order promptly as I have prior engagements this evening.
