I placed an order on Etsy with a seller named Tiki Rock TERA for a memorial necklace on April 14th. She was supposed to send me a prepaid shipping label the next morning, but I have not received any response from her. I have been trying to reach out to her every day as the order involves real flowers that are time-sensitive. She requested payment upfront before confirming the order. Hello, I recently made a purchase and used my email [redacted] to receive the download file. Unfortunately, the sender keeps sending me a zip file, which I am unable to open. I have requested the file to be sent as an attachment instead, but I have not received a response since earlier today. I was promised immediate access to the download after my purchase, but it has been two days and I am still unable to access it. If this back-and-forth regarding the file format continues, I would like to cancel my order.

I have not received the bracelet from the vendor. USPS shows it was delivered to the billing address instead of the shipping address. The bracelet is valued at over $50. I have tried contacting the vendor three times but received no response. All my orders, including those from Etsy, Amazon, and Ebay, have been redirected to [redacted] Bldg. A since the first week of March. USPS carriers are aware to deliver packages to [redacted]. However, I haven't received any packages at [redacted] recently. I'm concerned about the $50 item. I've asked the vendor to check the shipping address because the receptionist at [redacted] did not have the bracelet, and I collected multiple packages last week. Their package handling is usually accurate. Your assistance would be appreciated.

I have yet to receive my item, which was supposed to arrive on April 9th. I am disappointed with the delay and the lack of communication. This was meant to be a gift for someone, and the delay is causing me inconvenience. I will contact Esty customer service to address this issue. Despite being informed that the package was mailed, the tracking has not shown any movement, and there has been no update since. I was informed via email that the package should have arrived by Friday, but I have not received it yet. I hope for a resolution to this matter and possibly a refund for the inconvenience caused.

I purchased a black scrying bowl from a merchant in Connecticut through your platform. It looked beautiful online, but when it arrived on 4/22/[redacted] via priority mail marked fragile, it was shattered, only wrapped in newspaper. I believe both the postal service and the seller were careless. The package was insured with first-class postage, so the post office directed me to Etsy for resolution. This was my first issue with anyone from Etsy. I just want a replacement bowl. The item originated from [redacted] Mansfield City Rd., Mansfield Center, Ct. [redacted]. Regarding order #[redacted]6, I placed an order for machine embroidery designs on Friday afternoon intending to create a gift for a little boy the next morning. I expected to receive the designs in a zipped file, but discovered they were digital. I encountered issues downloading them and contacted customer support for assistance. Despite their efforts, I was unable to access the designs. After unsuccessful attempts to communicate with the seller for the files, I now seek a refund as I haven't received the product. I hope to purchase the designs elsewhere and receive them via email in a zipped file promptly. It has been almost a week since I placed the order, and I am disappointed with the lack of response from the seller. Kindly inform me via email ([redacted] - underscore between Mary and Bridgewater) if my refund request can be processed. I wish the situation could have been resolved with the seller.

I am concerned about being stalked by my violent ex, who seems to have created a fake account to follow me on social media. This "follower" has made me uncomfortable, especially because when I try to block them, the profile appears as if it doesn't exist. Despite my efforts to distance myself from this person, they keep finding ways to connect with me. His name is Frederick Keegan, and he can be found on Etsy with the username "FetKnight."
I am worried for my safety and well-being. Any assistance in blocking him and preventing further contact would be greatly appreciated.

Months ago, in November [redacted], my shop was struggling and I had to close it due to financial difficulties. Recently, I was surprised to receive a notification from my Capital One account about a transaction approved for Etsy seller's fees. This led me to discover that my closed Etsy account was still being billed. Despite trying to disable auto-billing in my preferences, I couldn't access my closed account to make the changes. I'm now examining my Capital One statements to ensure I haven't been charged every month since November [redacted]. If so, I would like a reimbursement for those months. Hello! As a seller on Etsy based in the US, I encountered an issue with a customer in Chile who left a one-star review claiming non-delivery of a large order I shipped in March. Despite promptly providing tracking information and refunding any shipping overages, I was unaware of any problems until receiving the negative feedback. Upon checking, the last tracking update on April 1st showed the package as "out for delivery" and no further updates. Yesterday, I spoke with a customer service representative about requesting a refund for a recent purchase from a seller. I had issues with the seller who lied about shipping my dolls promptly. When I brought up the issue, the seller became defensive but eventually sent the dolls, which arrived on Saturday. Upon inspection, the dolls appeared rushed and poorly painted, with noticeable differences in details like the eyelashes, especially on one doll. Despite my daughter liking one of them, I feel the quality does not justify the $[redacted] I paid. Although I mentioned the issue with the eyelashes to the seller, I refrained from mentioning the transparency as I feared her reaction. I recently received a complaint from a buyer regarding unexpected import fees. These fees are imposed by their country on imported items and not by me. The buyer is threatening to open a case and leave negative feedback if I don't refund the fees. I believe import fees are the buyer's responsibility. Can I do anything if they proceed with negative feedback or a case? The translated email indicates the buyer's frustration with the unexpected fees incurred upon delivery despite paying shipping costs upfront online. They demand a refund and mention taking action if not compensated.

Hello, I recently made purchases on Etsy from three different sellers. I've shopped with you before and received an email from SIXSTOREGB regarding a delivery issue due to an incorrect address. I realized I hadn't added my door number on my account and updated it. Kirsty from MKChocolate helped fix the address, but Clare from Misspartyperfect mentioned that my order was already dispatched and couldn't be replaced due to my mistake. Even though it was my error, I'm disappointed to lose £9 worth of goods. Andy's notification about the address issue was much appreciated.

I recently received a message from the seller stating that they were instructed to send my purchase, an 18 ct white gold diamond solitaire ring of 0.25 ct, from Lucas Parham at Gold Exchange in Bishops Stoctford. However, I specifically asked them to wait until I returned home to [redacted] Sand on Road Stafford ST163HL. Despite this, you advised them to ship it in early May while I had requested it to be sent later in May.

I purchased a custom necklace from Nouveljewelry over a week ago. I reached out to the business owner requesting expedited shipping for a birthday gift, but received no response. My confirmation email indicated the item should have been shipped today at the latest. After waiting a few days without any shipping notification, I contacted the owner again today stipulating the urgency of sending out the gift as promised or I would need to cancel the order. I'm disappointed by the lack of professionalism as I have not received any replies to my two emails. I acknowledge the piece is customized, but a shipment date was assured.

I made a purchase on June 3rd, and on June 4th, I received a message saying my transaction was incomplete. I reordered the item, only to find that both transactions went through, resulting in two orders of the same dress. I received the wrong order from Etsy. I originally ordered 1 Samoyed jacket, but received 2 Samoyed zip hoodies instead. I tried to return them, but they were sent back to me because of an "incorrect address" issue.
