I recently had a negative experience with Motiwala regarding the quality of pearls I received. Motiwala used a deceptive farming technique that involved adding big plastic balls inside the pearls, covered by only a thin layer of nacre. Unfortunately, I discovered this after the purchase was made, and it was too late to leave a review. I have been purchasing pearls for over 10 years and have never encountered such dishonesty in the industry. I would appreciate a link to leave a review of my order to warn other potential buyers of this issue. Thank you.

Order Number: [redacted] I recently had an order canceled by a seller who could not meet the shipping deadline. While they initiated a refund, the amount returned was less than what I was originally charged. My initial payment was £11.43 (£10.18 + £1.25 conversion fee), but I only received a refund of £9.71. The seller explained that Etsy automatically handles refunds and she is unable to adjust the amount. I've tried reaching out to Etsy through their help center, but since the order was canceled, I was unable to open a case. I need assistance in contacting Etsy directly to resolve this issue and ensure I receive the full refund due to me, especially since the item was never shipped.

My name is S. S. Around a week ago, I placed an order and accidentally used my son's debit card by mistake. In the past, I must have ordered something for him or I wouldn't have had his information stored on my phone. I make decorative switchplate covers using fabric and embellishments and have ordered quite a bit previously. I did not realize what I had done until my son informed me of the problems he was facing. He suspected I might have clicked on his information instead of mine, which I confirmed when I checked my orders. I immediately deleted his information and reimbursed him for the overdraft. It was an honest mistake, and I assure you it won't happen again. I kindly request the reinstatement of my account. Let me know if you require my son's contact. My Etsy shop was suspended in December [redacted] because I missed a payment. After clearing the dues, the shop was supposed to reopen promptly but it did not. Despite sending emails with payment confirmations, I only received an automatic response citing delays due to the holidays. It has been three months now, and I have settled the bills for January, although my shop remains offline. Subsequent emails have not been addressed, and I am now being asked to pay for February and March. I am eager to have my shop operational again, as I have invested significant time and resources into it, but the lack of response is frustrating.

I want to share the unfortunate experience I had with a seller named Artful Folk/ Lin Glore on Etsy. My daughter bought a leaded glass panel for me as a Christmas gift, priced at $[redacted], but it arrived damaged. Despite the seller claiming to have shipped it via FedEx, FedEx denied this as the packing materials were not theirs, suggesting the damage was due to improper packing. I returned the item at my expense of $41.31 after the holidays, with the seller promising to try to get FedEx to cover the cost. However, it is now March, and I have not received the repaired panel back. The seller has been unhelpful and dishonest in communication, refusing to take responsibility and offering a replacement at a discounted price. I have tried reaching out multiple times to no avail. I have even filed a claim with FedEx. This whole ordeal has left me feeling frustrated and out of $[redacted]. I hope this issue can be resolved appropriately. Thank you.

I have an open ticket regarding an issue with grouped payments on Etsy causing my bank to reach its daily limit unexpectedly. I was under the impression the funds would be available sooner, but it's been almost two weeks now. This situation has left me unable to pay my rent, using the money for materials instead. Hello! I placed an order on February 10, [redacted], from various shops for clothes for my grandson. Unfortunately, I have not yet received my items as of today, March 22. I've been in contact with the owner of Dudley Denim twice, who advised me to be patient. However, given the time that has passed, I believe I have been more than patient. Could you kindly give me a call to help resolve this issue? I prefer not to leave any negative comments about the shop owner and would like to recommend her site to my family and friends. I no longer require the pants as my grandson has moved up a size. Additionally, there was a total charge of $[redacted] on February 10th. As an ETSY seller based in the USA who offers digital embroidery files, I want to address the issue regarding VAT charges for customers in the UK. There seems to be a discrepancy where the price displayed on listings includes VAT, but during checkout, VAT is added separately. This can be confusing for customers. I am unable to remove or adjust this misleading information as it is automatically generated by ETSY for specific countries that require VAT payment. I bought two dozen bags of cotton candy from Fluffyshopco for my upcoming event. The owner, Chris Krell, had requested the event date to ensure the treats arrive fresh. Despite leaving a note along with my purchase for a March 27th shipping date, my receipt showed no note added. When I contacted Chris Krell about updating the shipping date to align with my event on May 10th, I was informed that Etsy does not allow customization of shipping dates. I have never encountered such an issue with other shops in the past.

Hello, I placed two orders on your website on Sunday, March 24, [redacted], at 9:50 pm. I ordered 2 boxes "Tibetan Tikka Box" and "Radiant Red Tikka Box" from the seller DeCorPasadena for a total of 53.49 euros each. The website mentioned that delivery was free. The seller sent me an email requesting an additional payment of 33 or 54 euros for delivery, depending on the chosen timeframe. This is the first time I've been asked to pay additional fees. In my previous orders from the United States and even from India through your site, any additional fees were always specified at the time of payment with Paypal. Hello, I am encountering an issue with delivering digital products to my customers. I typically provide files in zip or Google Drive formats. However, most of my customers, who mainly use iPhones, seem to struggle with zip files. To address this, I have switched to using Google Drive for file delivery. The majority of my customers find it convenient to download the files from the Google Drive folder instantly. Recently, I had a customer who was unable to download "all" the files and kept experiencing download failures. Upon testing the process from multiple devices, including different accounts and incognito mode, everything worked perfectly for me. I suspect the problem may have been related to the customer's wifi or bandwidth issues. I refunded the customer as I was unable to replicate the problem on my end, yet she expressed frustration and left me a 1-star review.

My Etsy account got suspended, and I am a regular shopper who has never faced any problems with Etsy before. I have spent a significant amount over time. Recently, when trying to make purchases for an upcoming Easter Egg Hunt party, I discovered my account had been suspended without any warning. I attempted to purchase a 50g chebe powder on Etsy using a $[redacted] gift card with the card. However, it repeatedly stated that my card was invalid when making the order. After contacting the gift card company, I discovered that Etsy had put a $94 pending charge on the card without my knowledge. It is frustrating that Etsy took the money without notification while still claiming my gift card was invalid. This situation feels unfair and like my money was taken without consent. I am seeking a resolution and a refund of the $94 charge. This was my first experience with Etsy, and I hope to resolve this issue promptly as I worked hard to earn this money. My intention was to purchase the 50g chebe powder for around $16.21. I have been reaching out via email to address this matter and hope for a swift return of my funds.

As an Etsy buyer, I initially used my email [redacted], but now I'm using my alternative email [redacted] However, when I log in, I'm told that my account is closed, prompting me to use my secondary email. The issue arises when I try to leave feedback for my purchases as they don't show up in my Gmail account, making it impossible for me to leave positive reviews or track my purchase history or make any alterations. As the seller, I shipped a ring worth $[redacted].50 to a customer on March 31st. However, the customer claims to have received the wrong ring, a ruby and white topaz one that I never sold. Despite my track record of satisfying customers, I cannot refund $[redacted].50 for an item I never stocked. I have thoroughly checked my inventory but never had the ring in question. I strive to maintain my five-star rating on Etsy and hope to resolve this issue without tarnishing my reputation. I am writing about the Clover purchase made in my shop. A case has been opened by the customer against my shop. I have the receipt for the shipment to Clover with the tracking number USPS: 9[redacted] 8[redacted] [redacted] 97. Due to a printer issue, I couldn't use ETSY's shipping method, so I sent the order via USPS and it should have been received by April 4, [redacted]. I am having trouble receiving emails from Etsy because they still have my old email address on file in addition to my new one. Even though I have updated my new email address multiple times, Etsy continues to use the old one. To clarify, my new email is [redacted] and my old email is [redacted] I would appreciate it if Etsy could update my information to only use my new email address. It would be very helpful if there was a customer service phone number available for direct assistance in resolving this matter quickly. Thank you.

I purchased an item from your website advertised by Demetria showing a picture of a genuine Gucci purse, but the actual product I received had a completely different box. When I expressed my disappointment about the discrepancy, Demetria refused to refund me and used unprofessional language towards me. I returned the product via express shipping at a cost of $53 for the product and $11 for the return. After checking reviews, it seems she has done this to many others. It is clear from the photo that the purse was misrepresented. Demetria's behavior was disrespectful and I demand a refund for this false advertising. Please address this issue, as it reflects poorly on your website's reputation.

Hello, I signed in from the same computer I've been using since before I initially signed into Etsy back in [redacted]. I have a question: Is Ed Bawal (Sonshine Wood Products) still alive? In early [redacted], I purchased a wall shelf from him and sent him a check for the shelf plus shipping. Unfortunately, the shelf was not what I expected. After returning it, I received a second shelf that was even worse. Ed mentioned he was going "upstate" for a few weeks due to health issues according to his wife. We corresponded, but he was unable to fulfill the order. After multiple attempts, I requested a refund but received no response from Ed or his wife. As for why I paid by check instead of PayPal, we had issues with unauthorized charges through PayPal in the past, which made us reluctant to use it again.
