I ordered a shirt from BmoreSports in Townsend, MD on 12/10, but it never shipped, and I didn't receive any responses to multiple messages I sent. After tracking down the retailer and calling, I was met with a rude response. The seller offered a different shirt only after noticing my negative review on Etsy. During the call, he became increasingly nasty and even accused me of not trying hard enough to contact him, despite his phone number not being readily available. Eventually, he said he wouldn't sell to me and offered a credit due to my review. The conversation took a creepy turn when he repeated my address back to me in a threatening manner, insinuating further negative reviews would have consequences. The entire exchange, on speakerphone, was witnessed by my husband, who was equally shocked by the seller's aggressive and condescending behavior. There was no remorse shown throughout the ordeal, and no one, especially women, should have to endure such treatment.

Re: Order [redacted]61 I am writing about my custom order with JewelbyChordia, but unfortunately, the jewelry I received was not as expected. I have been trying to open a case per the instructions provided, but have been unsuccessful. I have reached out to the seller, who requested I call them, but I prefer not to make long-distance calls. The seller's communication has been unhelpful and somewhat rude, which has made the whole purchasing experience unpleasant. I made the purchase on Nov. 18, and was informed that the item was shipped on Nov. 19, much to my surprise. After requesting a picture of the jewelry, the seller only sent it to me a week later. Upon seeing the picture, I was extremely disappointed and wanted to cancel the order, but the seller reassured me that I would like it. Unfortunately, when the package arrived on Dec. 15, I found that I was still dissatisfied with the pendant. I am unsure of what steps to take next and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, I placed an order for 5 disco balls on Etsy approximately 30 minutes ago. My credit card has been charged, but I haven't received a confirmation email from Etsy or the seller. Instead, I received a message stating that my account is unconfirmed. I've requested for the email to be resent, but I still haven't received it. The purchase of 5 disco balls doesn't appear in my list of orders either. As the item is no longer available, I'm unable to identify or contact the seller regarding my order. The charge on my credit card reads: ETSY.COM BROOKLYN NY Category: DIRECT MARKETING/DIRECT MARKETERS Reference Number: 14eb93dd-3[redacted]-9e0e-eace04f01086 I want to ensure that my order is being processed. How can I confirm my account to receive confirmation emails? The instructions I found online haven't been helpful. Thank you, Carol C. 19 New St. Katonah, NY [redacted]

I recently made a purchase on Etsy with order number #[redacted]. After encountering payment issues due to a blocked credit card, I notified the seller immediately. Despite my efforts to resolve the payment problem, the seller canceled the order abruptly. I attempted to repurchase the item, but my account is now blocked, preventing me from seeking assistance from Etsy. I am disappointed with the seller's actions and the inability to contact Etsy for support. I hope to resolve this issue and appreciate any help. Thank you.

I have been running a shop on Etsy since late [redacted]. With a solid history of positive reviews, I pride myself on providing exceptional products and customer service. Recently, I encountered an issue with a customer in France who did not receive their dresses promptly. Despite shipping the items on time, the local post office made delivery attempts which were unsuccessful as the customer was not available to receive the packages. Despite my efforts to communicate and assist, the customer still claims non-receipt of the dresses. Tracking information indicates the packages were delivered on the event day, December 5th. I have diligently shared this tracking data with the customer in attempts to resolve the issue. I suspect a possible language barrier is hindering communication. I am at a loss for how to proceed, feeling that I have fulfilled my responsibilities by providing excellent customer service, delivering the products on time, and maintaining effective communication throughout the process.

I purchased a rocking chair from a shop called InkyBinkyProductions. I requested a pink and yellow Winnie the Pooh and mermaid design. The seller showed me pictures of the bottom of the chair and promised more photos before shipping. After sending pictures of the back of the chair, which I didn't like, she abruptly claimed it had been shipped. She became defensive and impolite when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Despite my initial request for a pink and yellow chair, she argued that "pink doesn't go with mermaids" without mentioning any limitations beforehand. The chair's quality does not match the original advertisement or other listings in her shop. The mermaids are poorly attached, resembling boobs, and painted in blue instead of the requested colors. The seller failed to offer a resolution and continued to be confrontational, even threatening to report me for harassment. Despite explaining my stance multiple times and ending the conversation politely, she persisted in arguing instead of addressing the issue. Upon checking her reviews, I discovered similar complaints from other customers.

I would like to inform Etsy that on December 21, [redacted], I bought an item from Steven Shurley in Upper Darby, PA. Despite paying $[redacted].92, I have not received the item as it has not been shipped. Steven has abruptly stopped communicating, claiming there is an issue with the order. I prefer to receive the item promptly but understand Etsy can't force the seller to ship. If necessary, I request a full refund. The purchased item is a "U.S Grant [redacted] Presidential Ferrotype tin type campaign pin star shape" that Steven had to adjust and update a photo of. Despite numerous attempts, Steven has failed to clarify the delay or provide the item. I have left a message urging him to fulfill his obligation and send the item or refund my money as soon as possible.

In response to the previous feedback, I want to clarify my request regarding Etsy.com's resolution. In answer to your query about how the seller could assist, my preference is to receive the item; however, since Etsy does not enforce shipment by sellers, I require a full refund of $[redacted].92 promptly from Etsy.com. On December 21, [redacted], I acquired an item from Steven Shurley of Upper Darby, PA, contactable at [redacted] or [redacted], but the item remains unsent, with communication from the seller halted due to an alleged issue. I am constrained by Etsy's [redacted]-character limit, leading me to provide a more detailed account. The product in question is a "U.S Grant [redacted] Presidential Ferrotype tin type campaign pin star shape." Despite Mr. Shurley's access to the item, he has failed to dispatch it, remaining reticent about the reason. I have tried to engage with Mr. Shurley to no avail, urging him to fulfill the transaction to avoid potential legal implications. In light of the circumstances, I anticipate swift action from the seller to resolve this matter promptly and avoid any further complications.

On December 12th, I ordered a Star Wars Rebel Fleet Trooper bibbed shirt from Starboyimports. Despite my patience, the item didn't arrive by December 24th. To resolve this, I opened a "Did not receive item" case on Etsy. After corresponding with "Sarah" from Galacticstarboy and escalating the issue to the Etsy Dispute Center, I was met with frustration and false claims about providing multiple addresses. The correct address for shipping is: Clay R Buchanan [redacted] E Alaska Place Aurora, CO [redacted] I respect the festive season but expect fairness in handling this matter. I paid $69.99 plus $4.00 for shipping and wish to receive the item. Patience is key, but receiving the correct product in a timely manner is important.

My husband and I purchased our wedding bands from Sterling's Silver Shop. They were beautifully handcrafted, and we cherished them. However, just one week after our wedding, during our return from our honeymoon, I noticed signs of rust on the inlay of my ring. Upon inspecting my husband's band, I saw the same issue. Despite the rings being marketed as "[redacted]% water proof," we even took them off when showering. We spent $25 to ship them back, and to our dismay, Sterling wanted to charge us to rectify the issue, attributing the problem to silver warping due to our mishandling. Throughout our honeymoon, we didn't engage in any activities that could have caused damage, let alone warp metal. Upon receiving the rings originally, I did notice small gaps where the metal met the wood, but being handcrafted, I overlooked it. When I returned the rings, I provided my husband's details as the purchaser, the order number, a description of the problem, and an updated return address since we had moved post-wedding. I documented these details in a note, which I snapped a photo of before sending the shipment to ensure my husband's approval. Despite this, Sterling claimed there was no note in the package, which puzzles me as I know I included it. Furthermore, he sent the rings back to our old address, prompting police involvement to locate them. The whole situation has left us both frustrated and disheartened. I have even shed tears over the fact that our wedding rings are now unusable. Sterling's actions have caused us immense distress, and his refusal to acknowledge his error is both insulting and unacceptable. I am considering involving the authorities or legal counsel due to his fraudulent conduct. His shoddy workmanship and poor behavior have transformed what should have been a joyous occasion into a deeply painful experience.

I recently made a purchase on Etsy using my hacked email account ([redacted]). Unfortunately, my computer was also compromised, which led to three items not being delivered by the hackers who may have altered the shipping address and password. I am unable to log in to my Etsy account with the compromised email anymore. I believe if Etsy can track the delivery of these items, it might help identify the hackers. The missing items were paid for and I'm eager to resolve this situation. Please reach out to me regarding this matter. Thank you, Qurtimiya B. 34 French Street, Methuen MA [redacted]

I placed an order on 12/21 (#[redacted]) with the seller GadgetforEntertainment from Italy while I am in the United States. I ordered a necklace for $18.33 with express DHL shipping for $26.02, expecting it to arrive in 3-4 days. The estimated ship date was December 28, but when that passed without shipping, I contacted the seller on December 29 and 30. He promised delivery by the end of the week. As of January 2, the item hadn't shipped, so I asked to cancel on January 6 due to the delay and found the item elsewhere. The seller initially agreed to refund me, but later he stated the item would ship on January 18, contradicting his earlier commitment. Now, when trying to access GadgetforEntertainment's page on Etsy, it shows "user not found." I'm seeking advice on how to ensure my order gets cancelled, as this has been my worst online shopping experience on Etsy.

I received an email from you stating that the review I flagged "didn't violate Etsy policies." My shop name is AaronsPrintedTees and the review in question is as follows: "It took several weeks to arrive. The vendor mistakenly believed the credit card payment didn't go through and therefore did not deliver, but it was an error on their part. Due to this experience, I will not be using Etsy again." This directly violates rule 6. Reviews should not mention factors beyond the seller's control, such as issues with shipping carriers, Etsy, or any other third party. The order was shipped within the processing time specified, and I am unaware of any credit card problems as I have shipped the item. Kindly remove this review promptly.

I purchased a purple gemstone necklace from Jewels by Jamie Lee but quickly changed my mind due to owning similar pieces. I canceled the order on December 24, [redacted]. It is now January 9, [redacted], and I have not received the $80 refund. I communicated with Jamie Lee, who promptly provided evidence of processing the refund. I suspect it may have been overlooked during the busy holiday season. I kindly request the Etsy company to refund my $80 as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I made a purchase back in July [redacted] and, to be honest, it slipped my mind. The shop mentioned they were overwhelmed with orders and things would be shipped out eventually. I was patient but lost touch with them in May [redacted]. Now, nearing two years later, I haven't received the item. I'm unsure if I was refunded for it, given the shop seems to have disappeared. I'd like to know how to proceed in getting my money back from this shop, as I'd prefer not to leave this unresolved.

I just signed up for an Etsy pattern website. Our Etsy shop has additional listings that are not appearing on our new website, montanaholics.store. I'm having trouble figuring out how to upload my own photos to the website to include the images from our Montana Hollacks shop on the Montana Holic store site where they are missing. It's crucial to have all the listings displayed. If you could reach out to me via email at [redacted] to update on this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much. -Jennifer

I purchased an online course in March, but was diagnosed with leukemia shortly after. Due to my chemotherapy treatments, I couldn't attend the early morning classes in April. Despite trying to coordinate, the instructor only confirmed the next class in July, which I also missed due to my health struggles. I have not accessed any course materials or attended any classes. I've respectfully requested a refund three months ago, suggesting store credit even before Christmas to purchase gifts. I've experienced a similar situation with my own business and understand the importance of customer service. I'm requesting assistance as I'm unable to make use of the course due to my health condition. Your help resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a print for my sister who is going through a tough time after losing her child. The seller confirmed the order details and sent me an email with a preview which I loved. However, despite the seller indicating it was delivered over a week ago, my sister never received it. When I contacted the seller, they mentioned it was delivered, but my sister explained that deliveries are placed in a secure box. The seller offered to send a new one but requested me to cover the shipping costs, which was frustrating considering the circumstances. They later offered to email me a copy or send another one, with different people communicating with me, which added to the confusion. Upon my sister receiving the item, it turned out to be a photo print instead of the promised handmade print. Dealing with this issue while my sister is grieving is distressing. I expect to receive what I paid for or a refund, as this level of customer service is unacceptable, especially given the sensitive nature of the situation. I'd appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding a shop on your platform. Andrea Thompson from Playtogs was supposed to create a costume for me a year ago. Despite sending her six hundred and seventy-five dollars in payments through the mail as we agreed since she couldn't accept a payment plan on Etsy, she has not delivered the costume, nor has she responded to any of my attempts to communicate with her. While I understand this situation may not be something you can directly resolve due to the offline nature of the transactions, I am reaching out to see if there is any way you could mediate or encourage her to address this issue. I have exhausted all other avenues of reaching out to Andrea without any success. I have kept records of our original agreement and communication. Your intervention would be greatly appreciated as I cannot afford to lose such a significant amount of money. Thank you for your consideration.

Two days ago, I encountered issues with my CW Launcher and decided to seek help via Google and DuckDuckGo. Unfortunately, my account crashed while trying to leave feedback for a new shop with great ideas. Despite my efforts, including trying to rectify a mistake on my end, I faced difficulties, leading me to reach out for assistance. I am currently unable to make purchases, as items need to be added to my cart first. I am facing challenging weather conditions near Chicago with a temperature of -4 degrees. I will check in tomorrow morning and appreciate any help. Stay warm in New York, as the cold weather from here will be heading your way soon. Many thanks, Mitzi.
