I received calls yesterday and today from individuals claiming to be from blockchain, stating that the investors I worked with are using my information to continue investing without my knowledge. They mentioned needing my verification to withdraw funds. They asked me to open my bank account, revealing I only had 22 cents. They then requested access to my Binance account to verify my wallet. A friend told me this could be a tactic to verify me for fraudulent loans. I am now concerned about potential identity theft.

Hello, today I unfortunately fell victim to a scam. Someone promised me a job and, in exchange, I provided them with my SIN number and study permit after giving them $[redacted] as requested. They assured me the $[redacted] would be refunded within half an hour, but that has not occurred. I am worried about the safety of my SIN number. The police advised me to report the incident. I am reaching out for assistance to prevent any further misuse of my SIN card and study permit details.

In April, I submitted a correction request for my credit report regarding my address. The reference number is A[redacted]38. The correction indicated I never lived at 8 Triton Bay, and since December [redacted], I have been residing at 90 Triton Bay. I was promised over the phone that the incorrect address would be removed within 30 days from your records, but it is still listed as my current address. I have spent a lot of time trying to fix this issue. This situation reflects poorly on your organization. Please reach out to me urgently.

When I contacted GetHuman for customer support, I was frustrated to be connected to an agent who had difficulty speaking English. I believe companies operating in Canada should prioritize hiring Canadian agents. The agent I spoke to seemed to mention something about a financial advisor, but I couldn't understand clearly. As a paying customer, I expect timely and accurate assistance, especially when it concerns my credit file. It is essential for me to communicate with an English-speaking representative based in Canada for valuable service.
