I am experiencing difficulties with my account. I am unable to join any parties, being consistently kicked out shortly after joining, regardless of the system or network I use. Strangely, I can play solo without any issues. I have confirmed that my party privacy is set to open and my online status is available. I recently encountered a yellow message stating "current game mode disabled" with all game modes grayed out, but the message has since disappeared. I am uncertain if this is connected to my current problem. I am hesitant to create a new account and lose all of my progress. Thank you for your assistance.

I'm having trouble logging into the Epic Games launcher while my friends are playing Fortnite without any issues. I keep receiving error codes like "AS-3" and others. Despite searching extensively for solutions, I haven't found any helpful information. Additionally, when I manage to log into the launcher, I appear to be in offline mode, unable to see any friends online. When launching Fortnite, I receive a message stating "failed to login" and suggesting to retry, restart, or quit as the Fortnite servers seem to be down. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My son accidentally logged out of his Fortnite account on Xbox, and all his skins are gone. We tried emailing Epic and following their instructions but no success. We have invested a lot in his profile over the years and need to find a way to fix this. Contacting them has been challenging, and the instructions provided didn't work. Is there a way for Epic Games to connect my accounts or guide me over the phone with the correct process?

My son's Fortnite account has been hacked, and the email associated with it has been changed. We have invested a lot of money into this account, and I am very upset about this situation. He is now playing on an older account with some of the same friends as the hacked one and has noticed that the hacker is using his Epic ID. The current username is ImpulseBird1197, and the email attached to the account is now [redacted] The hacker also linked the account to Xbox Live using the email [redacted] We originally had the following account information:
Email: [redacted]
Password: redhawks25
Epic ID: Eze_datboii
The hacker has taken over the account and is now playing as my son under the username Impulsebird1197, while still using my son's Epic ID. We desperately need help recovering the account as we have invested a significant amount of money into it, and my son worked hard to earn every cent spent on it. We are in a difficult financial situation and cannot afford to start over. Please assist us in recovering my son's account. My name is Dustin Isom, and you can reach me at [redacted] Thank you for your assistance.

I am looking to link my mobile account with my PS4 but I can't remember my password. I recall using [redacted] to log in, but none of the password reset options are working. I may have used a different email like [redacted] (which is not valid) or one with "Bonnie" in it. If I connect my account to another platform, will one of the connections be deleted? You can get in touch with me at [redacted] or [redacted], preferably through email. Please reply via email or iMessage as I am currently without the email app. Thank you! 👍

Hello Epic, I hope this message reaches you. I recently learned about the account merging feature in Fortnite, which unfortunately ended on May 6, [redacted]. Many of us in the community would like to see it return as not everyone heard about the news, was too busy, or was engrossed in your engaging game to notice. I kindly ask Epic, if you receive this message via GetHuman, to consider bringing back the account merger one more time, maybe in August or especially in October (which happens to be my birthday). Additionally, I am interested in participating in the community feedback segment to represent the voices of players, sharing their opinions, desires for nerfs, and items they believe should be vaulted. It seems this segment may need more attention, as some suggestions may have been overlooked. I have been playing Fortnite since season 3 and have witnessed the highs and lows of the game. I care about its success and would hate to see it lose ground to other games like Apex. Please consider my suggestions, Epic.

Dear Epic Games,
I am writing to inform you that my Epic account with the username pepeh123 was hacked around season 3. I created a new account called supreme_ape_88 and played on it from season 4 to season 9. Recently, I managed to get back my hacked account and now I would like to request if you could merge both accounts together. I have not used the account from season 4-9; it was played by the hacker who took over my account. Your assistance in merging these two accounts would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely, Coby H.

Dear Epic Games,
My Epic Games account, with the username pepeh123, was hacked during Battle Pass Season 3. I only recently managed to regain access to my account. During Season 4, I created another account named supreme_ape_88 and have purchased all Battle Passes from Season 4 up to the most recent Season 9. The hacker used my account from Seasons 4 to 6 and briefly in Season 7. I am seeking assistance in merging my accounts, pepeh123 and supreme_ape_88.
Sincerely,
Coby H.

Hello, I enjoy playing Fortnite and reside in South Africa. I have heard about the new server being launched for Texas in the US and was wondering why there are no servers available in Africa. It seems unjust to me, and many others who play the game from this continent. I would appreciate an explanation as to why there are no servers catering to us passionate gamers in Africa. Your company is a major player in the gaming industry, and it would be greatly appreciated if you could consider setting up a server for us African gamers. I am speaking on behalf of my country and fellow gamers who are eager to join in the fun. I hope you can understand our perspective and consider our request. Regards.

Hello, I am a Fortnite player from South Africa. I have heard about the new server in Texas for the US and I am curious as to why there are no servers in Africa. Many gamers on this continent feel it is unfair. We would appreciate an explanation from one of the biggest gaming companies. We simply request one African server to enjoy the game. I hope you can understand my perspective, speaking on behalf of my country and continent filled with avid players. Thank you. Kind regards. Please consider adding an African server.

Hello,
I have been trying to reach out regarding an issue with my Epic account for the past 3 days. Initially, I received a response asking for specific information, which I promptly provided. However, I then received an automated message stating that the case was closed. Subsequently, I opened a new case and was informed that I had already been assisted in a previous Conversation ID. Despite following the instructions to reply with the necessary details, I keep receiving the same response that the case is closed.
Each time I try to address the problem, I am met with the same situation of the case being closed. It is frustrating to receive conflicting messages and not get the assistance I need to resolve the issue with my inactive account. I am reaching out for help and hope that this matter can be addressed promptly.

I am frustrated that all my skins have been removed from my account. I spent a lot of time and money on this game, only to end up with default skins. When I try to log in or delete the app from my Xbox, it keeps reverting to the account without my skins. I need assistance to either retrieve my skins or get a refund. Being scammed like this is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved, I will be extremely unhappy.

Hello, I believe I figured out what happened. Today when I logged into my Xbox account and launched Fortnite, a prompt appeared asking me to link my account to Epic Games for saving progression. I clicked "skip" without realizing the consequences. Now, all my skins and progress are gone, and I'm back to tier one. I'm very upset because I spent a lot of money and effort on this game. I need help retrieving my items as soon as possible so I don't lose everything. Your assistance would mean a lot to me. Thank you for helping me resolve this issue promptly.

Yesterday and the day before, I was playing as usual without any issues. However, today when I logged in, all my progress in the game was completely gone. I lost all my skins, emotes, pickaxes, wins, gliders, and more. When I logged into my Epic Games account through Sony, I realized that I had been hacked. The hacker not only changed my display name, real name, email, and Epic Games password, but also unlinked my Sony account from my Epic Games account, causing me to lose all my profile progress. The hacker linked their Sony account to my Epic Games account, taking everything I had. I tried changing the email, but the security code was sent to their email, not mine. I spent around $[redacted] on Fortnite, so this loss is devastating. I would really appreciate a quick response and solution to this issue. Thanks for your help.

A few weeks ago, my wireless controller started malfunctioning and the voice audio on Fortnite became intermittent, where my friends could only catch bits of what I was saying. I promptly replaced the controller, yet the audio issue persists exclusively on Fortnite - other games and Xbox party chat work fine. I've attempted various troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app, toggling voice chat settings, restarting the app, and reaching out to Epic, but the problem persists. This issue is hindering our gameplay and making the experience less enjoyable, especially since clear communication is crucial.

My grandson's account was hacked and stolen after I bought him a V-Bucks card in April for the Battle Pass, skins, and emotes. He had already invested in Battle Passes for Season 8 and 9, almost unlocking all selectable skins to reach the final stage. Before the hack, he had 1,[redacted] V-Bucks. This has left him heartbroken, especially after a recent hospitalization. His account name is DabingUnicorn12. I am Kathy Marks, and my contact information is [redacted] and [redacted] The account was originally given by Chloe Foster, his cousin. We've dedicated much time and resources into the game and really seek assistance to resolve this. Thank you in advance.

I am unable to hear or talk to other players in the game, and this only happens with this specific game as I have tested others where it works fine. My settings are correct, but there seems to be a bug on my account that needs fixing. I have been playing since season one, so I believe I should receive priority assistance to resolve this issue. If this problem persists, I may have to stop playing and potentially encourage others to do the same. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have a suggestion for a Fortnite update inspired by the spring season. Instead of an unproductive area in the game, consider adding a new spring-themed zone with lush vegetation, trees, and a lake. Players stepping into this area could be automatically healed if injured, but staying too long would trigger a unique surprise involving the plants and trees. Perhaps, add a mysterious unmarked gravestone with hidden features at the center for players to discover. This is just a brief overview, but I believe with further discussion and detailing, this concept could bring an exciting twist to the game. Thank you for considering this idea.

We own a pre-owned Switch. My son has been playing Fortnite on it since December, using the previous owner's account that was already installed. Now, he's unable to access his account since he needs to log in with his own Nintendo ID or Account. I contacted Nintendo and they helped me create a new user and account on the Switch. My son is worried about losing his progress and purchased items in Fortnite. I have his username and password, but I'm not sure if they're for the game or just the store. I need assistance transferring his progress to the new user on the system. I tried logging into Epic Games with the provided info, but it's not working. We do receive emails from Epic Games, so the account seems to exist. Thank you for any help or guidance you can provide.

I am seeking assistance!
I am unable to continue playing with a ping over [redacted]. I have reached out to several YouTubers, and soon players from Israel and other Middle Eastern countries will cease playing until we have access to normal ping on Middle East servers. The high ping is causing us to lose many games. Having Middle East servers is a reasonable request as we want to enjoy the game like everyone else. There are numerous server providers in Israel, Dubai, Jordan, Egypt, and more. For example, in Israel, companies like KamaTera Inc., Triple C, 013NETVISION, and DigitalGini offer significant storage capacity. Collaborating with these providers could swiftly resolve the ping issue. Working with a reputable company like Epic Games would be beneficial for everyone. Please consider opening Middle East servers to retain 2,[redacted],[redacted] players who are prepared to boycott Fortnite until this matter is addressed. #MiddleEastServers #Stop100+Ping #WeAlsoDeserveServers
Sincerely,
J.I.
