I have been playing Fortnite since its release, starting with the "Save the World" mode on Xbox. I now play on PS4, but I need help unlinking my account. I set it up for my kids a while back, and I no longer remember the email associated with it. I am unable to link my Epic Games account because it says it's already linked to my PSN account. I am willing to provide all my PSN details and Epic Games account ID if needed. I just want to unlink the accounts so I can access my main account with over $[redacted] worth of skins and items. I appreciate any assistance and look forward to your response. Thank you.

During the beginning of Season 8 in Fortnite, my account was hacked, resulting in the loss of all my skins from the item shop and battle passes from Seasons 2-7. After reaching out to Epic Games, they identified the person who purchased the hacked account and instructed them to contact me. Temporarily, we both had access to the account until the hacker regained control before the refund process. Recently, when I logged in on mobile after a hiatus, I surprisingly found myself logged into my original account with all cosmetics, wins, and levels intact. I have taken screenshots as evidence, including the account ID. I am hopeful that Epic Games can retrieve my account from the current possessor and return it to its rightful owner – me, a dedicated Fortnite player who has invested time and money into it.

Yesterday, I thought it was a good idea to purchase the battle bundle, so I used my credit card to buy the 24.99 USD V-Bucks option ([redacted] + [redacted] V-Bucks). However, after entering my information and placing the order, I received an error message stating "card is invalid." I tried again, but encountered the same issue. Later, my bank notified me of two charges of 36 dollars each for "EPCFORTNITE." Upon checking my account, I realized that I only had [redacted] V-Bucks remaining, which were there before the attempted purchases. I am requesting a refund for one of the purchases (24.99 USD) and that [redacted] V-Bucks be added to my account. It seems that despite the errors stating "card is invalid," two transactions went through without receiving the V-Bucks. Thank you for your attention, and I hope you have a wonderful day! (Username: Kungfruit) (I can provide evidence if necessary.)

Dear Epic Games Support,
I am reaching out about my son's account which was banned in March. I have also contacted you independently regarding this matter. As my son is only 14 years old, I have been handling the financial transactions for his Fortnite account. However, he is now unable to access the data he has accumulated.
I kindly request that you reach out to me directly to help resolve this issue. I would greatly appreciate speaking with a customer support agent rather than receiving an automated email response.
I am hopeful that this matter can be resolved promptly.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

A few weeks ago, when I tried to log into my account, I was prompted for my email and password. After remembering my credentials, I visited epicgames.com and logged in, only to discover that my account displayed someone else's login information with a different name. I am unable to access my original account on that system from the account I am currently using. Unfortunately, I have also forgotten the password to my old account. It is important for me to regain access to my previous account as it contains all the seasons from three onwards, and I have invested a significant amount of money in it.

I have two Fortnite Epic Accounts that both have a lot of skins, and I want to merge them. However, I am unable to do so due to the restrictions between Xbox and PlayStation. I have invested more money into my new account than the old one, and I cherish all the items on both accounts. Here are the details:
Primary Account: [redacted]
Password: moneyman13
Secondary Account: [redacted]
Password: moneyman03

Hello. I've been experiencing some issues while playing Fortnite on my Mac. Approximately every two days, the game seems to cause my screen to go black, and I get redirected to the log-in screen. Upon logging back in, the game is still running, but I am unsure if my progress is saved or if I need to start over. I have attempted to fix this by uninstalling and reinstalling the game without success. This problem doesn't occur with other apps, but sometimes using iTunes or Safari while playing worsens the situation. I contacted Apple, ran diagnostics, and everything appears to be fine; however, they suggested checking if there are any known Fortnite-related problems with Macs. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. For reference, my Mac uses an AMD Radeon R9 M295X 4 GB graphics card. Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
Darren

I completed all the challenges in Season 8, but unfortunately lost my progress. I should have reached the Luxe skin, but a bug at level 86 prevented me from advancing. When I tried to buy the next tier to resolve the issue, it didn't help much. I believe this bug cheated me, and I would appreciate having my progress restored. I've had challenges completed well before the season ended. I completed all the discovery, weekly, overtime, and endgame challenges for this season. My gamer tag is Skitzilla on PS4.

I completed all the challenges for Fortnite Battle Pass Season 8, including Discovery, Endgame, Overtime, and weekly challenges. I reached level 86, but my progress stopped. Despite reaching out through various emails, only one person responded, failing to understand that I completed all challenges. My gamer tag is Skitzilla on PS4. I am disappointed as a loyal customer and feel wronged. I am not going to spend more money on your games unless this is resolved. I simply want the remaining rewards from the Battle Pass as I rightfully earned them. If a popular streamer like Ninja faced this issue, I believe it would be promptly addressed. I expect fair treatment and bug fixes in the game. Others I've spoken to about this situation agree that I have been unfairly treated. I have screenshots of all my completed challenges. Please rectify this mistake before I escalate this further.

For the past two weeks, my Fortnite account has been hacked repeatedly, and someone keeps spending my V-Bucks. This has occurred four times, with all my V-Bucks being used in the item shop. I attempted to change my Epic account and Xbox Live passwords, but it did not prevent the issue from happening again. I have exhausted all my "submit a request" forms, and now I'm left with items I don't even like. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering my V-Bucks and possibly resetting my "submit a request" form.

I have not received my glider from the Unvault event. A message popped up on my screen saying I would receive it if I got into the playlist, but I have not received it yet. This is now a new season, and there have been changes made like nerfing the grappler we used to get guns and removing some weapons. By making these changes, you might lose players by the time Season 10 starts. Please refrain from removing guns from the game; instead, keep them all. The Heavy Sniper doing [redacted] damage to the head is excessive as no one has [redacted] health or shield. Bring back the Bolt Action rifle that wasn't in the vault, but a sword was. I'm frustrated that the glider hasn't been given to me despite the promise in the Fortnite message.

Yesterday, on 05/08/19, there was an attempt to hack into my email. After receiving the alert, I promptly changed my password. However, today when attempting to log in, I was prompted to re-enter my Epic account details. Despite doing so, I received an error message stating that my credentials were incorrect. When trying on the Epic website, I faced the same issue. In my persistent attempts, I inadvertently ended up creating a new Epic account, which was not my intention. Upon mistakenly assuming I had accessed my original account, I connected it to my primary Fortnite account, resulting in the loss of all my previous account data.

I am experiencing an issue with the Epic Games Launcher on my laptop. Despite the website indicating everything is fine, when I try to open the app, it fails to launch. I attempted to uninstall and reinstall it with no success. I also checked the control panel, but the app is not listed there. Examining the app properties did not resolve the problem either. This problem has persisted for three days, and I am eager to unwind with some gaming after work. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter. Additionally, please advise me on how to follow up on this question and respond to any suggestions provided.

My Fortnite account got banned, and I'm confused why. I'm just a kid and don't know anything about hacking or breaking the rules. I've been playing since season two and spent a lot of money on the game. It would be devastating to lose everything, especially my many skins. I missed out on playing season eight almost entirely. When attempting to log in, it says my account is inactive. I hope I can recover my account and maybe receive the season eight or nine battle pass as compensation. I'm disappointed I missed out on so much gameplay.

Upon logging into my Xbox account, I was alarmed by a message my friend sent me about an unexpected interaction in Fortnite Creative. The message detailed an encounter with a male player using my gamertag, QueenDragonMSL, which caused me distress. To provide clarity, I am Morgan, also known as MSL, and identify as female. Curly and Agent mentioned in the message are familiar friends of mine. Despite no longer playing Fortnite for personal reasons and never playing on a mobile device, the incident has left me anxious. Strangely, the account seems to be linked to a PlayStation account, which is perplexing as I have no association with PlayStation. Unable to access my account, I seek guidance on addressing and resolving this confusing situation.

Yesterday, I purchased 2,[redacted] V-Bucks for $24.99 using my mom's credit card. Unfortunately, the purchase didn't go through initially, but I tried again and it worked, resulting in double charging my mom. She asked me to reach out to Epic to either receive the V-Bucks for the first purchase or get a refund instead. My username is Jaxamopria, and I prefer not to share my password for security reasons. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I'd like to discuss Fortnite. As of now, Season 9 has brought enjoyable enhancements and mechanics, creating a fun experience. However, there still exist issues such as textures struggling to load properly. I believe bringing back the pump shotgun, vaulting the tac, and keeping the combat shotgun could enhance the gameplay, based on suggestions from me and my friends. Additionally, restoring health, shield, and materials per kill could be beneficial. While I understand the discussion about siphon, adding it back could increase the enjoyment of the game. A casual mode for new or casual players could also be considered, as Arena mode doesn't provide the same experience. Reintroducing siphon to normal modes would be greatly appreciated by many. I hope you will consider these suggestions to enhance the game. Please keep me informed via email if any changes are planned. Thank you.

The pump is an essential part of Fortnite, regardless of the current gameplay trends. Picture this: You're in a duos match, engaged in a 2v2 fight. Your teammate lands some shots with an AR, but then they get knocked down. It's now 2v1, with one enemy full health and the other slightly injured. In the past seasons, the skilled could turn the tide by swiftly eliminating the first opponent with a precise pump shot. It leveled the playing field to a fair 1v1. Now, opponents pull out drum guns and overwhelm you with continuous fire, making it nearly impossible to come out on top even with a perfect headshot from a different shotgun. The pump allowed for clutch plays, turning challenging situations into thrilling victories. It was a reliable choice due to its accuracy and the game's heavy focus on close combat. The removal of the pump feels like stripping away the core of the game, making battles haphazard and lacking in strategic depth. Despite the numerous changes Fortnite has seen, eliminating the pump has left many players feeling unsatisfied and uninterested in the current season.

Hello, I recently returned to playing Fortnite after a four-month break. When trying to log in, I realized I was using the wrong email address for my Epic account and suspected I had been hacked. After regaining access to my Epic account (ryandas5) and linking it with my PS4 (ryndas), my previous purchases are not showing up, and I am unsure how to properly link the accounts despite them being connected. Although my account indicates they are linked, I am not seeing my purchases. I have been playing since around season 2, investing both time and money into the game. I would appreciate assistance in linking my account to restore my previous experience. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hello, my account, Retired Janitor, received a 14-day competitive ban for circumventing region lock. I acknowledge that I played on the west servers for the World Cup on another account, The Son Of Cosby. I now realize that it was a mistake I deeply regret. I was driven by my passion for competitive play and wanted to engage in intense matches during a period when arena codes were unavailable until after the World Cup concluded. I played only four games before realizing the high ping was hindering my performance and stopped. I genuinely regret my actions. I am not a top-tier player, just someone seeking more competitive gameplay. I understand my error but did not intend to cheat or gain an unfair advantage. The 14-day ban feels excessive for a mistake like mine. The Son Of Cosby account had never participated in the World Cup before, hence my West server choice for that occasion. I am sincerely sorry for my actions, and I hope to be able to participate in competitive matches on my main account again soon. Competitive play is what I love about this game – the intense moments and strategic decision-making. Thank you for considering my appeal.
