I encountered an issue while using the Epic Games Launcher. Initially, everything was working fine, but when I tried to login again, it prompted me to input my age as if I was creating a new account. I am using my email, [redacted] I am extremely concerned about this situation. It is frustrating that Epic Games requires logging in to provide assistance when I am unable to access my account! I have invested over $2,[redacted] into this account, and I find this situation completely unacceptable. I have receipts of my purchases to validate the existence of my account. Your help resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Donovan D. P.S. I can provide receipts confirming my account ownership.

Dear Sirs, I am experiencing issues with my Fortnite accounts. One account is linked to multiple devices. The email [redacted] is linked to two accounts on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation. I would like the username Hitman_EETP to be synced across all devices. I also created a new account later with the same email, starting Fortnite from scratch. The username Hitman is on Fortnite on Nintendo Switch with the email [redacted] Please assist me with this matter. Thank you.
