My son is unable to access his account as the linked phone number for verification is no longer in use. My older son initially set up the account for both of them using his phone number, which he no longer has access to along with the email password. Consequently, my youngest son has invested a significant amount in the game with skins, battle packs, dances, V bucks, and other in-game items that he can't access. We are hopeful for a resolution and reimbursement for the investments, but the priority is to regain account access.
I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Unfortunately, it appears that email communication is the only option as no customer service phone number is available, which is disappointing and frustrating.

My brother recently encountered an issue accessing his Epic Games account due to parental verification requirements. To proceed with logging in, he needed either the last 4 digits of the parent's SSN or their credit card number. Opting for the credit card option, my mom provided the details, but the card was declined by Epic Games. Surprisingly, she received an email from her credit card company regarding a $0.50 purchase she didn't recognize. It turns out that Epic Games charges this amount for verification and refunds it later. Confused as to why the card was declined despite being charged, my mom attempted the verification process a second time unsuccessfully. Now we're wondering how my brother can regain access to his account.

I haven't played in a while, and when I tried to sign in, I couldn't access the email associated with the account and can't recall the password. I have invoice IDs, receipts, and even screenshots of the skins on the account. A friend who still has the account added mentioned that the username has been changed to "rangerrr" with special characters. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved so I can access and play on my original Fortnite account. Thank you for your help! <3

Hello, I have an issue with my Xbox account and Epic Games account connection. On my Xbox account "uSmokeWeedBrah," there is an unfamiliar Epic Games account linked that I do not recognize. I would like to have my proper Epic Games account "DarthLeopard," associated with the email "[redacted]," connected to my Xbox account instead.
The unknown Epic account called I_AM_TRIPOD with the account ID 5a0b2ebc6fbd421986ea2c33c66ac6dd seems to have unrelated friends, skins, and matches that I am not familiar with. I have noticed a few matches played on this unknown account that I mistakenly accessed, but it seems inactive since 8/12/[redacted], besides those few games.
I am unable to sign into the unknown Epic account on my Xbox to disconnect it. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I want to address an issue I encountered with Call of Duty Warzone. I had unintentionally downloaded cheats, which I promptly removed from my system after suspecting it was a virus. Despite scanning my PC multiple times for viruses and malware with no detections, I later received a temporary ban for allegedly using a VPN while playing with a friend. I assure you that I did not use any cheats or VPNs intentionally. I have always adhered to the game's rules and guidelines, and I believe my ban was a mistake. I am eager to cooperate with any investigation to prove my innocence and have my account reinstated.

Since [redacted], I've been an avid player of Fortnite before exploring other games like Fall Guys and Rocket League. With no issues, I enjoyed playing online with friends on both my PS4 and Nintendo Switch, progressing and collecting rewards without a hitch. However, unexpectedly, one day I found myself logged out. My son has been unable to log into Fortnite on his PS5 for two weeks. The screen just shows "loading." I contacted support multiple times, reinstalled the game twice, verified the licenses, and checked my Internet connection. Epic Games recommended changing the DNS settings manually. When I tried, the provided codes were incorrect. Interestingly, my other child had a similar issue on a Nintendo Switch, which was resolved by changing the codes manually, but this method does not work on the PS5. I cannot select "Done" to change the DNS settings to manual or automatic. It's frustrating as my son has put a lot of time into this game, and we've been unable to play for two weeks. I've reached out to both PS5 and Epic Games, but they keep redirecting me. Any help would be appreciated.

Recently, my PC was hacked, and my passwords were stolen. I received texts about password change requests which I did not make, alerting me to the issue. Upon checking my email, I found notifications of password and email address changes on my Epic Games account. Despite trying to sign in, I found my login credentials were not recognized. I encountered an issue while trying to log in to Fortnite. A message requesting activation appeared. When I attempted to activate online, the interface was in Korean, which is not my preferred language now that I am living in America. I attempted to play Fortnite on my PS4 after not playing for a while. However, I encountered an issue where the game would not proceed past the "Press X to start" screen. After pressing X, it would show "Logging in," then quickly switch to "Successfully logged out" without progressing further. I have tried signing in and out of my PSN and Epic Games accounts, restarting the game and my console, but the problem persists.
Interestingly, on the Fortnite website, when I hover over my account name, I can click "Link XBL" and "Link Switch" successfully, but when I click "Link PSN," the page just refreshes with added error messages in the URL. Despite not having much progress in the game, I am frustrated by not being able to access it beyond the title screen. This issue seems to be specific to the app and website, not related to server status or network connections. My goal is to troubleshoot this problem to start playing Fortnite again.

I traded accounts with someone, and he ended up scamming me. We swapped Google accounts, and he changed my password because of the two-step verification on my account. When I tried to log in, he had already kicked me out and changed the password. I attempted to reset it, but he had taken control of my Google account. My account name is YT ZeldaKing_123, and my email is no longer connected to it, along with other associated platforms. Despite trying for 24 hours, I have not made any progress. I hope to regain control of my account. My account was compromised a while back, and despite my efforts to reclaim it, it was unsuccessful. I can provide all the necessary details, but it appears the hacker altered the password. Unfortunately, I cannot access the email linked to my Epic account as it was locked due to inactivity. The previous email was [redacted], with the old password being "mommyof3," which is no longer valid. I now use [redacted] I am unsure if my Epic username, previously DiamondKillerXX, was also changed by the hacker.

I have recently received V-Bucks as a gift for my son. I am attempting to assist him with the redemption process. It seems that an Epic Games account is required for this procedure. I already have an Epic Games account, however, it is associated with my daughter's Nintendo account. If I redeem the V-Bucks using this account, they will be credited to her Nintendo account, not my son's. Since my son uses Nintendo to play Fortnite, I tried redeeming the V-Bucks through his Nintendo account. Hello, I attempted to merge my Xbox with my Epic account, but I realized my Xbox had a different email associated with it. After fixing the issue, my account got reset back to level 0, resulting in the loss of all my skins and emotes. I am starting from scratch now. I am hoping to retrieve my account with all the previously owned items, including the battle pass I lost. I'm having trouble with this image I received. The prompt asks me to enter a security code to proceed, but I no longer have access to that account. I can't log in or reset the password because the system requires a code sent to my email.
