I can provide proof that this account is mine, and I believe it was hacked because of the rare skin it holds. I'm sharing my name, Cameron B., as that's truly mine, and I suspect the account name was altered to "Brady" something. Kindly reach out to me quickly to assist in recovering my account. I fear they might be selling it, as I saw a similar account for sale. Your prompt help is much appreciated.

I believe I was wrongly banned for alleged fraud, which I did not commit. I attempted to purchase V-Bucks, but my card was declined, yet I was still charged without receiving the V-Bucks. As a dedicated customer who has spent over $[redacted] on this game, I have never engaged in cheating. I find it unjust to be banned without cause. Fraud would imply I received the V-Bucks and then reclaimed my payment, but that is not the case here. I am open to rectifying any payment issues for my account or exploring options to transfer my skins. My previous emails to customer support yielded unhelpful automated responses. I kindly request assistance as I have invested significant time and money into this game and would greatly appreciate either the reinstatement of my account or a temporary ban. My son mistakenly bought the Grimbles skin when he meant to return to the store. We emailed support right away but only got an automated response mentioning lifetime returns, which my son has already utilized. We are hoping for an exception considering the store's lacking system, which ought to include extra confirmation before making purchases to avoid such issues.

I need assistance with Fortnite's Save the World. Despite reaching level 43, my Power Level is only 15. I am in Plankerton searching for robot parts, but I can't access the skill tree. I've watched videos where it's shown, but it's missing from my profile. This is frustrating as I feel like I'm missing out. I have been receiving a large number of friend requests, currently over 10,[redacted], which I accepted during my school break. However, I have noticed that Fortnite on PC and Mobile struggles with handling such a high volume of friend requests. I have set up automatic rejection for new friend requests, but manually deleting 10,[redacted] friends is impractical. I kindly request to have my friends list cleared. Additionally, I am experiencing difficulty accessing the Epic Games Forums while logged in. I have been unable to find a solution online and would appreciate assistance from customer support.

I am reaching out regarding an ongoing issue I have with my Fortnite account on Xbox One. The account name is (THE lerker) and the email associated with it is [redacted] I have been experiencing hacking problems where someone signs me out during games and customizes my character with items I purchased. I attempted to set up the 2-factor password system but encountered an issue because my old email associated with my Xbox Microsoft account was [redacted] I contacted Microsoft to reset the email, which took 30 days. Now, when I try to reset my email on the Epic Games webpage, it prompts me to access my old Microsoft account, which I am unable to do. This hacker continues to disrupt my gameplay, and I have a Visa debit card linked to that account for verification. I really need assistance with this matter.

My Epic account was compromised with your assistance. It took me a week, but I successfully regained access yesterday. Josh Garcia, known as Joshy182 or Fang Josy182, gained access to my Fortnite game after I submitted a ticket for help but was unable to log into my Epic account. I tried to reset my password without success. I received an email initially addressing me as "P" and shortly after as Joshy182. Within minutes, Google notified me of an attempt to breach my account. Josh somehow obtained my personal information and changed my username to Fang Josy182. He used my game items, spent my virtual currency, and ruined my in-game creations. I have not received assistance despite sharing screenshots and leaving messages for a supervisor callback. I have now changed my email address due to the breach. This incident constitutes cybercrime, and I am prepared to report it to the authorities.

I have received numerous emails this week about resetting my Epic Games password, even though I have never had an Epic Games account or shared my email with them. I suspect my phone may have been compromised, as someone who may have worked for Epic Games accessed it without permission a couple of months ago. This person manipulated my phone, including accessing my camera, without my consent. Now, I am getting emails related to Epic Games on an email account I have never shared with anyone. I am unsure if this is due to a hack, but I want Epic Games to investigate this matter. My email is [redacted] I do not want to falsely accuse anyone, but I encountered this individual briefly at a restaurant and suspect they may have ties to Epic Games. I need to update my email address and have all the necessary information to prove ownership of my account. I am disappointed with Epic Games as many young players have had money taken due to incorrect email entries resulting in account loss. This issue urgently needs attention from Epic to prevent more players from losing access. Many of us spend money on the game to have a good time, but it is disheartening when account issues are not addressed promptly. It seems like Epic prioritizes certain players over others, leaving many of us feeling neglected. It's frustrating that promises to assist with retrieving lost accounts are not upheld. Epic Games must address these widespread account problems and provide better support for all users.

I seem to have encountered an issue with my email being unlinked from Xbox without my consent. Despite having my old email and password, a hacker was able to change the account details. I feel upset about this situation since I've owned the account for a significant period and had valuable in-game items such as skull troopers, Black Knights, John Wicks, and even the Renegade Raider. I've invested over $[redacted] in the game, only to be hacked and lose it all. If I could recover some of my skins and have the other account banned, I would feel somewhat better about the situation. My son and I created a Fortnite account on my ex-girlfriend's PlayStation network over a year ago. He has put in a lot of time and money into the game. My Epic Games account is say_no_more09. I believe it is linked to the wrong email, [redacted], which I do not have access to. The correct email should be [redacted] I want to connect my Epic account to my PS4 for cross-platform play, but I can't find guidance on what to do when not having access to an email linked to the account on the website. Yesterday, I changed my Epic Games email from [redacted] to [redacted] for my friend to use my account. Despite having two-factor authentication (F2A) on my phone and sending him the login code, he enabled F2A on his own device without my consent. He then changed my Epic Games password without my knowledge. I tried to reset my password but can't access my account due to his F2A setup. I would appreciate it if the F2A feature could be deactivated on my account promptly. Thank you.

On March 8th, I purchased two items - the Kris Kross and the Shadow Boxer. I also intended to buy a cool skin, but I encountered issues when trying to purchase v-bucks. After logging out and back in, I noticed that my Kris Kross and [redacted] v-bucks were missing. I refrained from buying more v-bucks until the issue was resolved. The next day, as the items were about to leave the shop within 24 hours, I re-purchased the Kris Kross. I promptly emailed support, and received a response on Saturday, explaining that I had bought the item twice. However, I am still distressed as I wish to have my v-bucks restored. The delay in resolving this matter is disheartening.

I am missing all my items and V-Bucks due to the issues I messaged about before. I'm not sure if I can reply from the email I was sent, so I am responding to my case here. Paul R suggested linking my PSN account name "Lowkeymoney" to another Epic account, but it's not working. I can only sign in as a PS4 console account with the email [redacted] My Epic account with the purchases is [redacted], and it won't sign in. It says wrong password, although I know it's correct. Should I make a new Epic account and sign in? I attempted that, but it didn't work. Can you check which email was assigned to Lowkeymoney_ with all the purchases, so I can sign in? I tried signing in to [redacted], which I hadn't used before, but found nothing there. What should I do next? I have a history of purchases with my PSN account linked to [redacted] buying V-Bucks and skins for the past two months. I've played since season 1. Please help me find out where my purchases went and which Epic account they are linked to. I can provide proof if necessary.
