I have level billing, and my bill keeps increasing each month, making budgeting difficult. I tried calling the 1-[redacted] number 8 times without success. I was disconnected, transferred to a survey, and only reached a live person once. I am frustrated as I never received an answer to my question. How can customers get help if calls are not answered properly? I would prefer a long hold time over being hung up on. Can someone address my level billing issue? I appreciate your assistance. Yesterday around 2 p.m., my electricity went out. I assumed it was a standard outage that would be resolved in an hour or so, but by almost 4 p.m., the lights were still off. When I called for assistance, I was informed that the verification team needed to contact me. However, the agent failed to mention that no one would be able to reach me because it was nearing 5 p.m. The agent said they would call within one to two hours. After not receiving any calls, I reached out again and was explained by another agent that due to the time being past 5 p.m., no calls would be made. I was asked to submit a copy of my social security card and I.D. since that seemed to be the reason for the service delay. I have already provided the documents but haven't heard back yet. While I usually have a lot of patience, this situation is crucial as I have essential items like insulin and perishable food in my fridge and freezer that need electricity to stay cold.

I received a call during the day regarding a rotten power pole that needed to be replaced. A technician came out, inspected the wrong pole, and deemed it fine. After a second call, they arrived at midnight for a non-urgent issue and proceeded to attempt to change the pole in the middle of the night, disturbing the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the truck got stuck and caused damage that had previously taken months to repair after a rainstorm. I am frustrated with the situation and the actions taken. I had to cover the costs last time due to the storm, and I cannot afford another hefty bill. Please contact me at [redacted] to address this matter.
