Upon flying from Casablanca to Accra in business class with a layover in Cairo, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon arriving in Accra, I was informed that one of my bags was delayed, which was surprising given my business class and star gold status. Assured that my bag would arrive on Monday, I visited the airport today only to discover that Egypt Air did not bring any delayed bags on today's flight. This lack of consideration for the 20 business class passengers affected is truly disrespectful. This delay has caused me to lose a $20,[redacted] deposit for a scheduled photo shoot tomorrow, as wardrobe items are in the delayed bag. I am deeply upset by this situation. Should my bag fail to arrive by Wednesday, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Thank you.

I need to report a missing bag that I checked in with Egyptair at Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport in Abuja on January 3, [redacted]. It's a grey and black woven bag with the surname ALFA written on it in indelible marker. The bag was tagged to Jeddah with the tag number [redacted] MS [redacted]. Despite being assured that the bag would be found, I have not received a positive response, and my attempts to contact Egyptair Cairo directly have been unsuccessful. This is the second time in a month that I have experienced delayed luggage with your airline, which is disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could urgently help me locate and retrieve my missing bag. Thank you.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my missing luggage. The bag is easily described as a woven grey and black one, which was securely wrapped and checked in by Egyptair staff at Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport in Abuja around 1 pm on January 3, [redacted]. The flight details are as follows: CAIRO MS878, JEDDAH SV386, with the flight booking code PMN3KZ. My surname, ALFA, is also written on the luggage with indelible marker. This particular bag was one of six bags tagged to Jeddah as the final destination, with the tag number [redacted] MS [redacted]. Despite all five other bags arriving in Jeddah, this one went missing. I reported the issue in Jeddah on January 4 and completed a claim form with number JEDSV71657. Despite being assured that the bag would be located, I have not received a positive response thus far. Numerous attempts to reach Egyptair Cairo have been unsuccessful. I urgently request your assistance in locating and returning my luggage, as this has been a frustrating experience, reflecting poorly on your airline. I must emphasize that this is the second instance of delayed luggage I have faced with your airline in a month, which raises concerns about your service reliability. Thank you.

Hello,
I have a booking with Egypt Air, the reference number is 2C4PSN. My name is Julia Emes. I booked a return flight from Khartoum to the UK through One Travel with booking number [redacted]3. I traveled on Egypt Air from Lagos airport on March 31st at 2pm, arriving at the airport at 12 noon. I presented my employment visa for residence, a one-way ticket to Oman, and a boarding pass sent to me by my agent. The Egypt Air attendant refused to let me fly, stating I needed a return ticket. I explained I only required a one-way ticket due to my employment residence status. I visited the Egypt Air head office on Monday for revalidation and was asked to pay #365k due to my missed flight caused by Egypt Air staff at Lagos airport. I am now seeking a refund. I sent an email on April 3rd inquiring about the refund, but have not received any acknowledgement yet from the email address provided at your Victory Island office.

I have encountered difficulties with Egyptair's Customer Care/Lost & Found services. I am seeking the return of my Kindle Reader left on a recent flight, or compensation if it cannot be returned. Additionally, I urge Egyptair to enhance their customer service standards.
Upon realizing I left my Kindle Reader on my Egyptair flight to JFK in mid-February [redacted], I promptly reported it on Egyptair's website. After several exchanges and providing requested documentation, Egyptair confirmed the Kindle was found. As I am unable to travel back to Egypt, I arranged for my travel company's representative to collect it on my behalf.
During the process, Egyptair made various requests, some straightforward such as personal details and flight information. However, there were also unexpected demands made, including providing scans of documentation and embassy approvals.
The evolving and at times unconventional requests from Egyptair have prolonged the issue. Despite my efforts, the retrieval process remains unresolved. At this point, I am considering replacing the Kindle myself. I hope that Egyptair can streamline their procedures to prevent such inconveniences for future passengers.

I bought a ticket through Overseas Adventure Travel for a trip to Egypt with three others. We were scheduled for flight [redacted] on Nov. 3, [redacted], at 5:15 PM but ended up flying on Nov. 5. We had insurance from Allianz for the trip, and they require specific documentation for the claim. Two of us have already received payment, but two of us, including me, have not. I've tried reaching out to Egypt Air but have been unsuccessful. I waited on hold for 1.5 hours, got disconnected three times, and my emails have gone unanswered.

I am excited that Egyptair, my favorite airline, is resuming flights from Manchester to Cairo after 10 years. Previously, I shared my feedback with the head office in Cairo, suggesting they were optimistic with 5 weekly flights. With the new service starting on July 15th, [redacted], I believe it would be more beneficial to have 2 flights to Cairo and 1 flight to Luxor per week. Kind regards, Gordon D.

I made a booking for a flight from Almaty, Kazakhstan to Cairo. Unfortunately, I was not able to board because of the ok to board issue. My initial flight was from Almaty to Istanbul with Turkish airline, but the ok to board granted by Egyptair did not apply to the Turkish airline ticket. Is there any way to transfer the ok to board confirmation from Egyptair to Turkish airline? I missed my flight, so I need to know how to request a new ticket and ok to board in a timely manner.

Our flight from Nairobi to Cairo experienced a delay, causing us to miss our connecting flight to Amsterdam. Egypt Air rebooked us to Brussels, leaving us stranded without a connecting flight. We had to take a taxi to Amsterdam to catch our flight to Canada the next day, arriving over 5 hours later than scheduled. I am seeking a refund for the Cairo to Amsterdam flight for myself and my three family members.

Hello, I took a flight with Egypt Air from Moscow to Cairo and then from Cairo to Rome and Florence using two tickets on August 5th. While at the transfer desk in Cairo, the staff informed me that my luggage would go directly to Florence, re-tagged my bags, and provided new small tickets for them. Unfortunately, both of my bags did not arrive in Florence with me, and they contain important documents. I kindly request assistance in locating and delivering my luggage to Florence. Good morning,
My name is Kester Opute. I traveled from Dubai to Nigeria with EgyptAir last Saturday. Unfortunately, my luggage has been missing since then. Despite two flights arriving, my bag did not accompany them. I have been patiently waiting for a resolution, but it seems like no progress has been made. If my bag does not arrive with the flight scheduled for today, I will have to take legal action against EgyptAir for their incompetence and mishandling of my belongings. I will ensure that the necessary steps are taken to hold the airline accountable for their lack of action. Thank you.
