I have a congenital deformity and some related complications. I am planning to fly back to Egypt and I need to bring necessary medical equipment with me. Can EgyptAir accommodate a bag or box to transport these items in my baggage? I also have a special bench for showering that I will need during my trip. Can EgyptAir allow me to bring it along with my crutches? I am also wondering how JetBlue, a Star Partner of EgyptAir, will handle any decisions made by EgyptAir that may affect my connecting flight from Sacramento to JFK. Thank you for your help.

Hello,
I recently returned from Egypt on December 13, [redacted], with Smarttour. During the trip, I had a carry-on suitcase and a bag, both without locks. Unfortunately, I discovered that I lost two specific items: a blue pair of expensive slacks and a blue denim long skirt. These were packed in my carry-on suitcase and went missing after my flight from Cairo to JFK, NY on Flight # MS985, Class YG13, on December 13th at 10:25 AM. My seat was #25H. I have attached my EKT[redacted][redacted]-01 for your reference.
If you could assist in locating these missing items, it would be greatly appreciated. Please contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted]
Thank you,

On May 13, [redacted], I flew from Delhi on flight GF [redacted] and received baggage tag GF494584W. Unfortunately, my connecting flight to Khartoum was missed due to a delay. I followed the advice of the airport operations team in Bahrain and took a new flight, MS [redacted] via Cairo, where a new baggage tag [redacted] GF441728 was issued with instructions for delivery to Khartoum.
Once I arrived in Khartoum, I contacted the ground staff to check on my baggage. They reassured me it would arrive on the next flight from Cairo. However, today, the Khartoum ground support team informed me that EgyptAir stated they did not receive my baggage in Cairo. I kindly request assistance in tracking my baggage through Global Loadmaster to update me on its status. Thank you.

I flew on May 24, [redacted], from Lagos, Nigeria to Sakhalin, Russia with Egypt Air and Aeroflot via Cairo and Moscow (Sheremtyevo). Despite checking my luggage all the way to Sakhalin, it didn't arrive with me. I promptly filed a complaint with Aeroflot at Sakhalin International Airport and also contacted Aeroflot Airlines via email, as well as completing the online baggage complaint form for Egypt Air. The latest update from Aeroflot indicates that my luggage was located in Sibolga, Indonesia, and they have arranged for it to be sent back to Sakhalin. However, the luggage was unexpectedly rerouted to Cairo, and authorities there have not responded to requests to send it back to Russia, ignoring all subsequent communications from Aeroflot Airlines. My flight details are as follows: Nyeduko Godknows, Booking Reference L5A7XL, E-Ticket [redacted][redacted], Baggage Tag Number [redacted], Flight Route: MS [redacted] (LOS-CAI) on 24/05/19, SU [redacted] (CAI-SVO) on 25/05/19, and SU [redacted] (SVO-UUS) on 25/05/19.

During my trip from London to Kenya on September 11, [redacted], I encountered several issues at the airport. Despite arriving on time, I had to adjust the weight of my suitcases, which led to confusion at the check-in desk. I was unfortunately faced with the option to pay an extra fee or travel with only hand luggage. Additionally, during my return trip from Kenya to London via Cairo on September 28, there were significant delays and lack of communication, resulting in a missed connecting flight. The experience at the hotel during the layover was also challenging, with room availability issues and a lack of rest due to my back pain. Despite explaining my discomfort and disability, I felt as though my concerns were not adequately addressed by the airline staff.

Last night, I completed my booking, entered my credit card information, and clicked "enter," but an error message appeared stating that my payment was pending and to check with the travel agent. After contacting my bank, I discovered they had put a hold on the funds for out-of-country charges. The hold was removed, but I am unsure if my payment went through. I selected the "pay later" option as a precaution with reservation number #S91B84. I tried to reach out to Egypt Air but was on hold for my entire lunch hour. When someone finally picked up, they disconnected the call. Upon calling again and being placed in a long queue, I had to hang up as my lunch break was over. I am eager to speak with a customer service representative to confirm if my payment and tickets have been processed correctly to avoid any double charges.

Hello,
We had a flight booked with Egypt Air that got canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We're still waiting for a refund or a rescheduled date. Our original flight was on Wednesday, March 11, from Johannesburg, South Africa to Kuwait City, Kuwait. We've tried reaching out via email and phone, but haven't been successful in getting in touch with Egypt Air. We're hoping to either get a refund for both of our flights or be able to select a similar flight for a later date.
Our flight confirmation numbers are:
ONLK98 - Keith Badersnider
P88PMF - Megan de Wet
If getting a refund isn't possible, we would appreciate being able to choose an alternative flight in the future. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

My husband is stuck in Egypt. His flight was scheduled for yesterday, but it got canceled. After he called, they informed him that the flight wasn't operating. I contacted the Egypt Air office in London, and they confirmed a flight for tomorrow, 2nd April [redacted]. I informed my husband, and he reached out to them in Egypt. They took his booking details and assured him they would get in touch. The issue now is that there is only one flight tomorrow and another one next week. I am alone with three young children and facing a high-risk pregnancy, unable to go out for shopping or anything. I urgently need my husband to come home and take care of the kids. I sincerely hope Egypt Air can arrange a flight soon for my husband to return to London.

Four of us had planned to travel with a group of 10 to Egypt and Jordan in March [redacted]. Our tickets were purchased in February, but due to the global spread of Covid-19 at the end of February, we were unable to proceed with our travel plans. While we understand that tickets are generally non-refundable with fees for changes, given the unprecedented situation, airlines have been waiving these charges and allowing for cancellations or changes. However, our local travel agency has not been cooperating and failed to provide ticket numbers despite multiple requests. We had domestic flights within Egypt and also international flights. EgyptAir's website indicates a waiver of charges, especially for international flights. Can you please clarify the policy regarding ticket changes or cancellations during that period? We are eager to reschedule our trip when it becomes feasible to travel again. We'd appreciate a prompt response so we can address this with our travel agency. Thank you in advance.

In February, I flew with EgyptAir and unfortunately, my luggage went missing during transit. After two months, it was located, and I received an email stating that I could be compensated if I provided receipts for the items I had to buy while waiting. I submitted the receipts and was assigned an insurance number. I was instructed to contact EgyptAir in New York for the claims payment. However, I have not received any follow-up communication so far.

I am contacting you from India regarding a concerning issue with one of your airline pilots. There is someone on Instagram claiming to be a pilot associated with your airline, but upon investigation, it seems suspicious. This individual is messaging people and potentially trying to take advantage of them. Recently, another man posing as a pilot allegedly mistreated a woman in India. I urge you to look into this matter to prevent any further incidents. Could you confirm if you have a pilot from Kerala? I have shared the Instagram account URL for your review. Please verify if this person is affiliated with your airline so appropriate legal action can be taken. We await your response and kindly request that necessary measures be taken against unauthorized use of your staff or brand. Sincerely, [Initials].

Hello, I traveled with Egyptair from Dubai to Cameroon on May 4th and unfortunately, I have not received my luggage yet. Despite having a tag for my bag and checking it in without any issues, the Douala Bonanjo office informed me that they can't compensate me as I had valuable items inside. I don't see how this is my responsibility since I followed all procedures. I am requesting either the return of my bag or appropriate compensation. My bag contained items worth approximately $5,[redacted], including jewelry, 2 laptops, 5 phones, and human hair products totaling $10,[redacted]. I also had personal belongings like suits that are important to me. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Lionel A.

Dear Sir,
I am writing to report an issue with my baggage during my recent travels with Go Air and EgyptAir. On November 20th, I flew from Austria to Cairo and then to Sharjah with EgyptAir before continuing to New Delhi with Go Air. Unfortunately, EgyptAir did not transfer my luggage to the Sharjah flight, and I have been unable to locate it since. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received any response or assistance. I filed a lost baggage report at New Delhi airport, but they did not provide me with a file reference number, preventing me from tracking my bag. I kindly request your help in obtaining the file reference number or any information regarding the status of my baggage.
Thank you.

I recently traveled from Dammam, SA to Nashville, USA with a layover in Washington DC on EGYPTAIR. Unfortunately, my three checked bags were either lost or delayed during the journey. I have not received proper compensation or information about when I can expect to get my bags back.
According to the EGYPTAIR website, the airline is responsible for baggage delays unless all reasonable measures were taken to prevent the delay or if it was unavoidable. The liability for baggage delay is limited to 1,[redacted] SDRs.
Due to a life-threatening condition, my essential medications are in one of the missing bags. It is crucial that I retrieve them promptly to ensure my health is not compromised by the delay.
I have attached the necessary information to help locate my bags and to determine when I can expect to receive them.

Originally, a phone representative informed me that a $[redacted] refund fee for me and a $[redacted] refund fee for my wife would be charged, with the remainder of the ticket cost refunded to the credit card used for the purchase. However, a recent call to another representative resulted in different information; I was told the refund fees would be $[redacted] for me and $[redacted] for my wife. The refund would not be returned to my card but instead held as E-credit. I was advised to use the Egyptair Online Refund service on the website, but I am seeking clarification on the process.

I need assistance cancelling my Egyptair flights booked under Kathryn Steuernagel for March 2, [redacted] from Cairo to Amman and March 6, [redacted] from Amman to Cairo. I am unable to cancel the reservation on the Egyptair website since the email address used for booking is no longer valid. Can you please cancel the flights and either issue a refund or credit? Alternatively, could you provide me with a contact number to address this matter? Thank you.

Dear EgyptAir,
I urgently need your assistance regarding my 15-year-old son's missing checked bag from his flight from JFK to Cairo on July 4. Despite thorough searches at JFK, an untagged Tumi bag was located and sent to Cairo. Unfortunately, my son, Jari Seibold, is now in Hurgharda without his belongings, including diving gear. He is left with just one t-shirt and swim shorts and has been in this predicament for nearly a week. It is presumed that his bag is in Cairo.
Please help locate his bag and facilitate its delivery to him in Hurgharda as soon as possible. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your help,
