I recently booked a flight with Turkish Airlines and Egyptair. The flight was from Ercan Airport in Cyprus to Lagos, Nigeria. It was clearly stated on the website that Turkish Airlines would cover the transit. However, upon reaching Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen, I was detained by the police, causing significant delays and ultimately being locked up in a room in Turkey. I was then sent back to Ercan Airport, where immigration is not allowing me to enter, and I am currently detained once again. I urgently need assistance with this situation as I am unable to go back to Cyprus and can only travel to Nigeria. They are requesting a new ticket from me. My ticket number is [redacted].

I recently booked a flight with EgyptAir for a trip to Egypt. My departure is set for 11.09.[redacted], with a return on 20.10.[redacted], making my stay 40 days. I planned to get a visa on arrival, but I've learned it's usually valid for up to 30 days. Will this cause any problems with my travel or EgyptAir flights? Could I be denied entry to Egypt? On September 13th, I flew with EgyptAir from Accra Kotoka International Airport, transit at Cairo, and arrived at Manchester Airport on the 14th. Unfortunately, upon arrival, out of my 4 luggages, only 3 were received. I promptly reported the missing luggage to the Manchester airport authorities and filled out the required form. They assured me I would get my luggage within 72 hours, but it has been 6 days without any update. I have been unable to reach them by phone as the line is constantly busy. The missing item is a brown horizontal case with reference number MANMS10230 and luggage tag number MS658957.

I am experiencing issues with accessing the booking for customer seat reservations. The booking number is [redacted]. Additionally, the filekey provided is not working, as I receive an error message stating: "We cannot find this confirmation number. Please confirm your entry and try again or contact us for more information. ([redacted] - [redacted])." I would like to request seat reservations for our clients, specifically aisle seats next to each other. Kindly assist with this request or provide a functional contact number for reaching out to Egypt Airlines.

I, Omolola Rebecca Odunaiye, travelled with my two children via EgyptAir. We flew from Lagos to Cairo on flight MS876 on 21/09/23 and continued to London Heathrow on flight MS777 on 22/09/23. Our seat numbers were 29A, 29B, and 29C. I left behind a camo-colored backpack on the MS777 containing my children's clothes and slippers. I reported this to EgyptAir staff at London Airport, who instructed me to email about it. The bag has been found but is in Cairo, while I'm in the UK. I need assistance getting it to London Heathrow as it has important items I require this weekend. Attached are our boarding passes and a photo of the bag for verification. Thank you for your help. I have reservations for flights T8JLT4 and 3KNMIV today on 04/10/[redacted] from Larnaca to Lilongwe. I previously encountered a distressing situation with Egyptair requiring me to stay in Addis Ababa for three nights, prompting me to book a flight with Emirate Airlines. I am anxious about a potential issue with my check-in from Larnaca to Cairo. I have already secured a ticket with another airline to avoid a recurrence of the previous experience. Despite my efforts to cancel through Mytrip.com, they are unable to do so as the status shows "checked in" on your end, even though there have been reported issues with my check-in on your app. Can you please cancel all check-ins to enable MyTrip.com to proceed with canceling the booking?
