I returned a down vest I got as a Christmas gift to exchange for a different size at the Park Meadows store. They didn't have it in stock, so they ordered one for me on an IPAD. They gave me a store credit card for the return and said it would be 5-7 business days for delivery. I returned the vest on January 4, [redacted], and suppose the replacement was ordered the same day. However, I haven't received it or any shipment updates.
I went back to the store on 1/31/[redacted], but they couldn't help as their system doesn't keep records. They advised me to contact customer service. I recently received a request to review item # [redacted]7, the Women's Favorite 3/4-Sleeve T-Shirt in Midnight Heather, XL, as part of ORDER # [redacted]1. However, I never received this item. The order also included two pairs of pants for my husband. I acknowledge the "Thank you for your Order" email included the top, but it did not arrive with the other items. I wonder if it was possibly out of stock when I ordered it. The fleece lined jeans and Guide Pro pants for my husband arrived, but the top did not. I would like to cancel my educator discount. As a gold member and educator, I was disappointed to learn that the discount has been discontinued. I recently traveled 30 miles to shop in-store only to discover this change. I have been a loyal customer for years and always preferred shopping at this store for the educator discount which was initially 15% and later reduced to 10%. However, eliminating the discount entirely is unacceptable to me. I spend over a thousand dollars annually, and I used to receive rewards of approximately $80 each time. I am a Black XL woman's down hybrid jacket that was accidentally sent to the wrong location. I reached out for assistance via the [redacted] number. Sadly, the customer service representative I spoke with had limited English proficiency and kept me on hold multiple times for nearly an hour without resolving the issue. She seemed confused and unable to comprehend the problem despite my efforts to explain.
My ultimate goal is to receive the jacket, not a refund. I kindly request for it to be shipped to me, not to Florida where it mistakenly ended up. The order for the jacket was placed a month before the snowsuits, which have already been delivered. Unfortunately, I am unable to generate a return slip as I don't physically have the jacket in my possession.
The snowsuits were inadvertently sent to a family in need who lacks the resources to return them. It was part of a gift program for the less fortunate. I feel upset and let down by Eddie Bauer's customer service, as they failed to grasp and resolve the situation promptly. As the weather gets colder, the need for the jacket becomes more pressing. I am disappointed with the lack of attention to my concerns and the delay in resolving this issue.

I made my order on November 25th. After receiving a confirmation email, my account was charged and refunded three times since then, with the latest refund this morning. I made two online orders recently. The first one was for a jacket that I realized won't be delivered until a month from now, despite ordering it in November. I attempted to cancel it but couldn't find a way to do so without playing an email game, which was frustrating. The second order was for two Medium Tall sweaters, my usual size from EB, but they turned out to be too small. I am disappointed that returning them would cost me seven dollars. I have decided to return the sweaters to the mall, albeit reluctantly, and cancel the jacket order. In the past, EB had excellent customer service, but my recent experience has been disappointing. I used to be a loyal customer who spent a substantial amount at EB, but now I feel inclined to buy used items on eBay where I hope to receive better treatment.

I may be a bit delayed in raising this concern, but it's never too late to address an issue that has been bothering me.
My loyalty to Eddie Bauer dates back to the 90s when I discovered their high-quality products. Two years ago, I purchased an Eddie Bauer Yakima King multi red bedspread from Kohl’s. While I adored the colors and design, I couldn't ignore the fact that the bedspread was too short horizontally, leaving my bed uncovered at the sides. Despite loving it, the practicality of a well-fitted bedspread is essential.
In my recent retirement, I've realized the importance of voicing complaints. After stumbling on reviews mentioning similar size discrepancies, I believe my bedspread might have been incorrectly sized, as it measures only 97 x 93 – unsuitable for a King-size bed.
Hoping that Eddie Bauer acknowledges this issue and provides a replacement, properly measured this time. Although my timing might not be ideal after two years, I remain optimistic.

Dear Customer Service Manager,
I'm writing regarding my purchase in February [redacted] of an MT Bramble Jacket (Dept: [redacted], Style [redacted], color [redacted], size [redacted]) for $[redacted].99 at the store in Colonie Center, NY. The jacket, made of waterproof TermaFill material, is supposed to be suitable for 40°F and wet weather. However, it absorbs excessive water even in moderate rain, leaving me soaked. This quality issue is disappointing, as the jacket fails to keep me dry as intended.
Despite regular use, the jacket has not held up within just 8 months. Unfortunately, I can't locate the receipt, but my purchase should be on record under my phone number ([redacted]). I do have the product tag for reference.

Now, Klarna is requesting three additional payments of $6. I have reordered and need the correct refund to cover the next payment. I placed an order with Eddie Bauer for a winter coat on Tuesday night, the 19th, around 10 p.m. to be sent to La Quinta hotel at [redacted] S Clinton St, Greenwood Village in Denver. I had just booked a two-night stay there on the 20th and 21st before flying home to Iceland on the 22nd. I paid an extra $12 for overnight shipping. When the shipment didn't arrive on the night of the 21st, I chatted with Emil from EB and requested to cancel the order due to their failure to deliver on time. All Emil did was refund the $12. On Friday morning, while on my way to DEN airport, I received an email from EB stating that my shipment was finally on its way, with an expected arrival in two business days. They provided a tracking number and a way to cancel the order, with the burden of cost and reasons placed on me. I simply want a full refund as I'm now in Iceland and cannot use the items.

I recently bought field pants for actual fieldwork and was disappointed to find out they are not suitable for that purpose. When I raised my concerns at the Toledo Franklin Park store, I was informed that the pants are designed for trails, not fieldwork, despite being labeled as field pants. The interaction with the staff left me feeling patronized. I have been a loyal Eddie Bauer credit card holder for over 30 years, but this experience has made me reconsider. I want to share a cautionary tale about ordering online. Recently, I bought a down jacket for my husband, but it didn't fit. I tried to return it at the local EB store with the shipping receipt, but they needed more proof and couldn't find the order in their system. It took a few days to resolve, involving a bank statement. EB stores should have better access to online order information or at least computers like Lands End for returns. Make sure to keep all paperwork from online purchases for refunds. Dealing with this situation has me frustrated with EB and I won't be shopping there again due to the inconvenience of multiple trips to the store.

I made an attempt to pay my overdue balance in full, but the late fee was not included in the payment. Despite my request to clear the balance, the late fee was billed separately. Due to this error, my initial use of the card resulted in a charge of $76.88. After contacting customer service four times, I was able to resolve the first late fee with one representative, but the second fee remains unresolved. They advised me to call back on Monday to speak with a manager. I emphasized that I just wanted to clear my balance and close the account due to the poor customer service experience. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach anyone who can guarantee that these requests will be addressed today.

Recently, I bought a beach chair and lantern from Eddie Bauer as a gift. Upon arrival, the chair was dirty and damaged, so I contacted their customer service. They accepted the return and also noted that I was overcharged for the chair that was on sale. They refunded me the difference and arranged for a new chair with a one-time courtesy charge of $42 plus delivery and tax. I requested the delivery charge to be waived, which I thought was agreed upon. The new chair arrived and looks good, but I was charged $78 for a $42 chair, which I find confusing and unacceptable. I struggle to keep up with all the charges and discounts, so I'm requesting a credit for the difference or a return label to send the chair back. I placed an order with Eddie Bauer on December 22, [redacted], and used PayPal for payment. I noticed that my address on the order was incorrect, which was strange because I never changed it on PayPal. After a challenging call with Eddie Bauer, I contacted PayPal and started a message dialogue. They explained that the address added during the transaction was pulled from previous information stored for security reasons. Although they assured me of my account's safety, I wanted to cancel the order and reorder with the correct address. Eddie Bauer initially stated I had to wait until the 29th for a refund, but after persisting, a supervisor promised to monitor the situation and issue a refund by December 26th. Despite the offer of a gift card, I declined as my concern was the quality of customer service provided.

I placed an order for pants with Eddie Bauer on March 29, [redacted]. My billing and payment addresses in Vancouver, BC were both accurate. On May 22, I received notification that the pants were shipped by Landmark. Unfortunately, I failed to confirm my address on their email. Today, May 29, I received consecutive SMS messages indicating the order was picked up and then unable to be delivered and was returned. The incomplete shipping address was my oversight. I attempted to reach out to Landmark via SMS but received no response. I wonder why they didn't contact me for the correct address or provide a pickup location. I am disappointed as I waited two months for these pants. At this point, I would like a refund of $64 as I can't seem to contact either Bauer or Landmark for assistance. I have had reliable experiences with other shipping carriers and am disheartened by this experience with Landmark. I hope to resolve this and appreciate any help.
