I recently purchased a jacket from your store, which was my third time buying the same model in a different color. Unfortunately, the jacket I received was significantly smaller than the previous ones, so I returned it using the provided label. The UPS tracking number for the return is 1ZA81G[redacted]99, and the package was delivered on October 4th (I can provide confirmation if necessary). However, I haven't received any update from your end since then. I tried calling but received a message related to Covid, which seems outdated. I recently called Eddie Bauer regarding an order I didn't receive. Unfortunately, the agent I spoke with was rude and insisted that I had received the package despite my repeated explanations that I had not. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, the agent abruptly ended the call. I have been waiting for the package since October 26th. All I am asking for now is a refund, as I am now considering shopping elsewhere.
