I recently bought a brand new Thule Glide 2 stroller. Upon arrival, I noticed the torn and dirty packaging. Upon opening the box, it was evident that the stroller had been returned previously, with all the packaging haphazardly thrown in the box. Sadly, this led to scratches on various parts of the stroller, including the metal and plastic frame. I even noticed dirt on the tires, indicating prior use.
Given the high price I paid for this stroller, I am extremely disappointed with EMS for not ensuring proper packaging and sending me a used item. This is completely unacceptable. My grandson from the UK just arrived for a visit, and now I am left without a stroller for him.
