I placed an order on 12/16/[redacted] but accidentally entered the wrong street number. I've been trying to call customer service for almost an hour, but no one has been able to assist me. I even tried creating an account to fix the issue, but it's asking for a confirmation number that I can't seem to receive. The lack of response and assistance is frustrating, especially since I've had better experiences with customer service from online Chinese retailers. This situation is unprofessional, and at this point, I just want a refund.

Hello,
I received a Christmas gift that unfortunately was not the correct size for me. I had ordered a pair of retro 8 Jordan’s in size 8, but I received one shoe in size 8 and the other in size 7.5. This mix-up has left me disappointed.
I would like to either receive a refund for the incorrect shoes, or return the mismatched pair and have the correct retro 8’s in size 8.5 sent to me. Please note that I am requesting a size 8.5.

I returned two pairs of shoes due to the wrong size and was promised an exchange. When I called to inquire about my order, I received poor treatment and was informed I couldn't get the correct size. Despite being a loyal Eastbay customer with numerous purchases, I felt discriminated against based on my skin color. I was constantly put on hold and transferred, and the representative even kept me waiting for over an hour, hoping I would give up. I believe I was not treated fairly and plan to seek assistance from the Better Business Bureau. In times like these, it's essential not to waste money. I appreciate any help.
