Hello, I am Shiv Shankar Pandey. On 17/10/21, I visited your Agarwal TVS agency in Mirzapur regarding my Apache [redacted] 2V that I bought on 28/06/[redacted]. The engine is making noise, which I showed to them. However, the workshop manager there did not address it. He refused to work on my bike even though I was there on time. When I asked for the reason, the manager said they don't have enough technicians and that he cannot do the job. I just want to ask, if you don't have enough technicians, shouldn't you close your service center? Customers shouldn't face inconvenience. I recently bought a new bike, and I hope it won't have any issues. It seems like your TVS agency only provides quick service to paid customers. My bike has only run [redacted] km, and its number is UP70FU9980. My contact number is [redacted].
