I placed an order with etmis on February 20, [redacted]. However, I have yet to receive the product due to repeated failed delivery attempts, even though I have been home each time. Etmis has attempted to resend the item four times now, but it seems to keep encountering delivery issues. I am unsure why this keeps happening and am concerned about the status of my order. It is frustrating to experience these delivery problems and I hope to get some clarity on the situation soon.
Hello, I have encountered a concerning issue regarding a package of shoes I ordered from China in August. The package allegedly had a delivery attempt on September 1st in Hollywood, Florida, at 12:34 pm. However, I was available and no delivery was made despite the tracking stating so. After contacting the seller and checking with the shipping information, I found out it was supposedly at Pembroke Pines on North University Drive. Upon visiting twice, I was informed the package wasn't there. This situation is particularly frustrating as it involves a significant investment of around $[redacted] for 7 pairs of shoes meant for my business. I need assistance in locating the package and understanding how to resolve this issue as I am at a loss. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
I sent a parcel through the local post office on November 15, [redacted], via Parcel Force to Ireland. Even though it was received on November 19, the recipient did not accept it, and it was returned to me with a refused sticker without any explanation. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Parcel Force, I was redirected to Parcel Force Send and EMS. When seeking help, the post office disclaimed responsibility. I spent over £50 on the parcel. The tracking numbers are EE[redacted]65GB and PFU511. The package contains wooden craft items with labels. I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue. Thank you. -Catherine K.
My friend sent an overnight package due on the 28th, but all I received was an email requesting additional funds for a city permit. I paid the $[redacted] for the permit, then received another request for $22,[redacted]. The sender already paid $21,[redacted], but they want an additional $[redacted]. I'm confused and frustrated as I've never experienced this before. The sender covered all expenses, and I even paid for a city permit. I just want my package delivered by EMS as expected. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of by this company. I've been trying to get help via email, but no one is assisting me with this issue.
Dear Sirs, I am writing to address an issue regarding the delivery of two packages from the UK to Florida. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the well-packaged items inside were found to be damaged. I kindly request a refund for the value of the dishes as stated on the shipping receipt, along with the $[redacted] shipping fee. The parcels were dispatched from London on March 21, [redacted], and were received on March 24. The tracking numbers for the parcels are EE [redacted]95 GB and EE [redacted]81GB. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, [Initials]
